"The boss of a portal contains many treasures with it and when one kills a boss he could level up any ability depending upon the strength of the boss if the strength is weak the kill would add experience points to their ability and same goes with a group raid the experience points are divided automatically according to their contribution. "

(The protagonist and the team were entering the portal, there was huge pressure in the portal that John never experienced. This was something that was totally out of the world.)

"The team finally reached a destination inside the portal. There was energy radiating all over the place and it was all a new atmosphere for our protagonist."

The others were not surprised by this because they already raided 4 to 5 junior portals. They were also implying that the radiation of energy in the portal was somewhat less than a junior-level portal.

After taking some rest they started to gather the loot and were hunting the beasts present in it for its core.

(The core is one of the most valuable loot present in the portal which can be exchanged for more money than the loot itself in many portals.)

John was carrying the loot and cores which were hunted by the others and using his ability to increase the speed of the other team members to get contribution similar to others.

Sophie was the leader of the team and Jack was more of a right-hand man for her. They together with the help of Emma and Linda cleared the beasts in no time.

After 2 hours of hunting and raiding they finally reached a junction were all the passageways were connected. They finally decided to regain their stamina and energy by taking some rest because they used excessive amounts of energy to use the ability. Because there was a door on the other side of the junction and it was the tomb room on the other side of it.

(Tomb room is a place where the boss lives)

(John was frozen to a bone because he never experienced something which emits such ominous cold energy)

Sophie and the other two girls tried to cheer him up and also suggested that if he was not willing to go to the tomb no one will force him.

But John did not agree to stay behind he said that he is willing to go and said if it gets dangerous he will get out of the tomb immediately and allow them to take care of the boss themselves.

After an hour maximum people who entered the raid reached the junction and they decided to team up for a group raid, all the raiders agreed to this proposal and set out to hunt the boss.

"All the raiders entered the tomb and started attacking the boss."

(The boss was a fearsome looking spider that was 18 feet high and had 12 legs and 6 eyes and it also had the support of 20 three feet spiders which looked similar to the boss but had 3 eyes and 6 legs.)

John assisted in the hunting of the junior spiders and their team successfully obtained 5 cores which were split between them, John also obtained a core but when he saw the boss he was frozen he was not able to think straight and was standing in front of the boss like a dead man.

Jack helped him to gain his consciousness by throwing him away from the boss and said that "If you don't want to die then get away from it and let us handle that disgusting monster."

(John was feeling annoyed and as well as grateful for Jack because no matter what he saved his life)

John backed away and helped them from afar using his ability.

(After half an hour of struggle the boss was finally slain with the help of other raiders.)

"When all the raiders were celebrating their success in slaying the boss an unpredicted thing happened which washed away all their happiness in a flash"

When the raiders were collecting the remnant of the boss and calculating their experience. From the tomb a sound stuck the whole portal was trembling. When raiders were trying to figure out what was going on in the portal. The portal started to collapse.

(Raiders were desperate and they started to rush toward the exit which was at the starting point. The portal started to collapse even faster due to the commotion caused by the raiders)

( The raiders who were weak and exhausted were starting to get buried under the rubles and no one was willing to help them to protect their own skin. )

John (running) ah! ah! ah! ah! ah! (breathing heavily) no, I don't want to die, I don't want to die. I cannot die here if I died my family is done for. I have totally exhausted my energy and I am not able to increase my speed. I need to live so I can help them. My ability's role is to help me escape from dangerous situations if I cannot even do that then what is the use of me being a raider.

No! I don't want to die! (Sobbing)

Ahhhhhhhhhh! I need to get out of here they are waiting for me.

(Here they is referred to John's mom and sister)

(While running)

Hah! Hah! What is that? Am I ah! am I hallucinating or something?

( There was a passageway on the left side of the hallway which looked like a room of some sort. )

I don't know whether the room contains some sort of danger or not if I keep on running I will never make it out of the portal so my best choice is to enter the room and find a way out from there. (John thinks while running)

Ahhhh! Damn it all I don't have time to think about all those stuff let's just enter it.

(John reaches the door and tries to open it. )

Damnit! open you piece of trash, open!

(The door open and John is sucked in it and after sucking John in the door, the door automatically closes.)

(Out of 30 people who entered the portal only 11 people returned John's teammates were looking for John all over the place but they couldn't find him. )

(Sophie was agitated and started crying because she could not protect him even after she said she will have the back of John and the other team members soon followed Sophie and moaned for John. )

Dammit! that idiot I said him to get away, but he didn't listen to my words (sorrowfully Jack trying to hide his pain.)

(Soon the joyful environment of slain the boss turned into that of a moaning one because everyone lost at least one team member. )

" (Inside the door) Full of darkness and at the centre of the darkness was John who was lying unconscious. "

"What is this place and why is our protagonist lying there did our protagonist die? and why was there a door? Because they did not see any kind of door when they first came? "
