《Are you a Lucker? (Luck based LitRPG)》Chapter 4

There were flowers, beautiful paintings, leather chairs, and soft music. On the wall was a plasma screen and the bed looked so comfortable. Just one meter in the door a nurse came in.
"Hey, how do you do?" The nurse spoke in a calm manner, baked salmon, peas, carrots, corn and water were sitting on top of the white plate that she brought, she placed the food on the build-in-table and sat next to Mio.
Mio's stomach grumbled but she was bored with the same tasteless food, albeit she still ate the tasteless food and replied the nurse. "Hm... I feel amazing today."
"Oh, that's great." As the nurse changed the water on the flower vase, She took one stalk of flower and began to put it in Mio's ear.
"Fuee?!"

As the sun rose, Mio slowly opened her eyes and found Yuu, using one blade of grass to tickling her ear. "Finally you're awake, go eat your breakfast, we need to find water ASAP." Said Yuu with a hoarse voice. In front of Mio sat a purple colored fruit, as she took the fruit and chewed it, sweet juice was spilling out from the fruit, flooding her hand and her face.
After a few minutes of eating and preparing, Mio rolled a dice, and it showed 6. As her body and clothes transformed into deadly and savagely raptor, she lost her ability to speak but gain an ability to walk.
Yuu nonchalantly sat on top of a raptor that moved 63 feet per second and yawned. An hour later, Mio turned back and Yuu was the one that carried her.
"Dang, you should gain some weight." Said Yuu when Mio rode on his back.
"Ehehe... hm... I know, well the food here is tasty, maybe I will become fat." Mio grinned. It was strange that she felt so excited about this whole Epsilon thing. Although her heart was pounding, knowing that this was a life and death matter. She was content, she could walk under the warmness of the sun, feel the breeziness of the wind, and feel healthier than the usual.

They walked for a few hours, and surprisingly they didn't meet any monster. "Hey... do you hear that?" Mio broke the silence atmosphere.
"Hear what?"
"Em.. there. Just continue to walk that way." Mio pointing to a slope.
Down the path there was a stream, the slow-flowing and lax stream of water, boulder rose out of the water and the scent of water immersed through the air.
"Water!!!" Yuu shouted. It didn't take long for him to drink the crystal clear water without hesitation. "Damn, this is refreshing."
Looking toward Yuu content face, Mio slowly shoved her hand and drank the water. "Hm... I can't believe a water will taste this good."
Drowning his face while drinking the water. Yuu noticed the fish that were swimming in the stream. Something inside Yuu moved, something that he didn't have since yesterday. Feeling like he was on a vacation, Yuu took off his shirt and grabbed his spear. Walking against the current, a fish with silver scales drifted toward him, Yuu moved his hand in the same way as he flexed his body and threw the spear. As he stood still, the crystal clear water around him turned to red. He rose his spear and showed a fish, almost as big as his hand. "There's lunch!" Yuu cried.
A couple of minutes later, Yuu managed to spearfishing another fish. Less then an hour, he managed to catch five fish, three silver scale sweetfishes and the other two looked like a normal pomfret.
Feeling that it was enough, Yuu stopped and began to untie his spearhead. "Oi, gut the fish. I'll gather some firewood." Yuu gave Mio his dagger and went gathered some wood as soon as he finished his words.
"E...ehh?!" An unpleasant feeling rose from her heart when Mio heard Yuu. Her only experience in cooking came from a cooking manga. Unsure of what to do, Mio hesitantly touched the fish, the fish flapping its body when she did this, followed by a scream. "E..ekk!!"

Less than a 5 minutes, Yuu came back and the first thing he saw was Mio holding a dagger in reverse, like she wanted to murder people, with five fishes still laying on the ground. "....You can't cook right?"
Without saying any word, Mio lightly nodded.
"...Unbelievable." Yuu dropped the firewood and walked toward Mio, taking the dagger and taking one fish. "...Oi, watch me."
As Mio seriously stared at Yuu. First, he held the fish by its head and scraped the scale from tail to gill. Once Yuu finished, he scraped the other side and rinsed the fish away. Next, he Inserted the dagger into its bottom, drew the dagger toward the head, spread the abdominal cavity with his finger and rinsed the cavity. "There, get it?"
"E..ehm... one more time." Said Mio while rubbing her cheek.
"....no, do it by yourself, I'm going to make a fire. It's better to be ready once I finished."
"E..eh... wait... let's see... holding it by its held, scraping it and pulling the intestines... eeek!!" Mio screamed when she pulled the intestines with her bare hand.
After waiting for forever, the rest of the fish was gutted, and with a determined look, Yuu began to cook the fish without any spice.
"Oh... this is tasty." Said Mio after she took the first bite.
"Nah, there is no way this is tasty. it doesn't have any spice." Thought that it was an idle talk, Yuu began to eat the fish.
A tender meat and the deep taste among the saltiness and soft smell and flavor spread inside of Yuu's mouth. "Damn... this is good, even though it doesn't have a spice."
Though, around the time they filled their stomach, something was sitting on a branch, gazing at them from the distance.
