《Final Realms - New World》Distinction

Nanami paused her movement upon hearing the word stated by Walker. It had been a while before she ever believed that those words would come from a stranger to her.
"I am a sponge to my sister? Am I that horrible to a lowly neo-human like you?" Nanami asked. Her voice tone down, she tried to suppress her anger over a few words from the guy she had just taken an interest in not long ago.
"What you expect except hiding in the shadow of Ms. Cynthia. Whatever master said about you were right! You are nothing but a lowly demon who cowardly hides under your host!!"
Nanami couldn't let that sloppy mouth keep running forever. She must stop him no matter how much she likes him.
A dense aura kept Walker from taking his step forward. As it burst with similar energy as Xiah did to Alice, Nanami was more potent than everyone in here anticipated her to be.
Sliph Bolt—
Walker used one of his talismans as he channeled his inner aura and the loud chant for Nanami to notice.
It was a talisman that undid the force of gravity made by Nanami, breaking the wind along with energy sent right through his path.
Unfortunately, Nanami had her early judgment after hearing that simple chanting from Walker. She reverted the energy as her hand swung vertically, sending a more vital force than earlier and tearing the talisman.
"Sliph Bolt? Such lowly practice will affect me? What do you think of me?!" said Nanami while rotating Walker's body upside down using only her magic incantation.
Getting outpowered by a goddess was an honor. Or at least we should say at this point, Cynthia wasn't the same Cynthia anymore. It wasn't her intention to harm any neo-human, including the man who had a hard time with a dislocated shoulder.

Nanami can't pull off her curiosity about this man. She can't predict how much he wants to pretend before his life is in danger. Using a basic incantation and talisman wasn't his best feat. At least he should try to use the same binding technique again if he wishes to break a hostile with her.
"If you still want your life intact, use 'that' skill. Let me see how you can constrain a goddess's strength with that unique skill!!" said Nanami. She purposely provoked Walker, rushing forward as she swung her right hand filled with a sharp blade from her dark aura.
Walker can't do anything beyond this point. It was futile to struggle when he hit a point where his power had utterly plummeted. All he could do was shut his eyes while waiting to step into the death door of hell. There was no way for him to channel another talisman. Yet, his ultimate skill will not work on Nanami anymore after she quickly breaks off from his chain of constrain.
Nanami noticed no struggle from Walker, which led her attack to switch to another direction. A single blast from her attack is enough to drive the forest perimeter into flat land. She sighed as she lost the motivation after learning the limit one neo-human was supposed to hold within themselves.
"This is so dull! Why do humans always so fragile?! Could you at least make some effort to protect your own life?!" Nanami set a straight kick right to Walker's chest. She purposely throws her tantrum with a bit of power set through that kick without taking his life away.
"I'm done here. You are nothing but a lapdog to my aunt. I rather spend my fun time with that dying monster," Nanami says while floating her body. She returns to find Markcheal, who had a hole in his abdomen, lying on the floor with his dying breath.

Her move got interrupted when someone from afar finally reached her destination to stop whatever madness Nanami tried to bring forth. It was one of the ancient deities. This superior being was disappointed when Nanami's face filled with felonious and lunacy expressions.
"I see things have finally turned in your favor. I guess it's time for you to leave this body for good!" said the ancient deity. The deity's body, shrouded with a dark aura, emitted the same familiarity as Nanami.
"It's good to see you again, Apostle of Hecate, Lady of Darkness!!" Nanami shows no fear toward the entity that stopped her path and the threatening aura emitted through her body.
The phrase stated by Nanami tells us that she was one of the demi-gods in the past who had mediated her awakened three years ago. Yet today, she holds higher confidence in confronting her. At the same time, she ensures not to repeat the same mistake she has made before.

My Isekai
For those not familiar with the isekai genera, this story is about a man waking up in an unknown world. The story follows his journey and life in this world, which does not only look different on the surface, but the common norms and values of this world are very alien to the modern western mindset. How will this average western person respond to such a world, and how will it change him. For those familiar with isekai, this is a western take on a predominantly Japanese story format. It draws a lot of inspiration from Japanese isekai, but it also tries to tackle a lot of tropes that might be annoying to the western mindset. The story is not written for young boys as the story tries to take a mature take on some typical clichés and assumptions made by both the typical writer and reader of the genera.
