… Considering the abnormality of the situation, I thought just making a report versus a video was more in good taste.
But… People take some sort of refuge within my aesthetic; I’ll at least try to provide that right now…
~ ** Tabby ToMorrow Shift Updates **~
…That’s the best I could manage with making my logo. Could’ve just pasted or take the extra time uploading the logo? Sure.
But this all comes first.
The Incident of Gregor Mallory Hospital has 27 dead, 345 injured, and many unaccounted for/missing. This situation, while having origins at the destroyed hospital, might be outright renamed or classified as something else due to the scale. Among what happened with the hospital, there’s no telling how many more victims are discovered, the devastation fully recognized, and the estimations of Extant-related or even outside Shift relief efforts are revealed to us.
Whatever this is, and you all know me—I don’t use hyperbole anymore because of how insane the facts are now—It has literally cut the Island of Davenport in half.
Eye witness accounts describes this Shift abnormality as a “white, pulsing sheet that stretches three-dimensionally yet is flat enough to be more or less a wall with the reach to burrow, latch on, and rip apart various feet surround it […]”
This is truly the first, new development with the Shift Noumena in decades since the discovery of the siVis Anomaly in the 1980s.
And we have insight that this might be siVis-based or related as well, as Extant Research report in that their readings say that this Shift wall is giving off the same warping as siVis does.
Now, remember everyone, siVis can allow one to do very, very weird and amazing things. But to produce something like this, is currently beyond any siVis user we know of, including the siVis Trends. If the first cases of Cassie Morgan, Nathan Fuuki, and James Avery were to meet and render Davenport into a warzone; they still wouldn’t be able to pull whatever this is off.

siVis grants power sure, but it depends on the ability of the very human user. A human, even one that has a 100% Syncron rate with their siVis, just cannot produce the amount of energy needed to create this disaster.
So that leads to two possibilities. That the siVis Escalation Theory might be proven and newer generations will breed more and more complex, hard to deal with siVis abilities as they suffer from mental distress due to the Shifts equally getting complex—Or that reality is weakening enough that the toll of the Shifts have finally started to show itself.
Ah, on that point… Here’s the current Trends update.
Dessire “N’atural Savage” Lars is still being tracked as we speak. And as Davenport is currently split, it’s more than likely that she was within the now-southern region of it. Considering her recent breakdown that’s lead to this chase, it’s more than likely that she may be hiding or at least on route towards her old private high school, “Future’s Architects”.
REMEMBER: If you see or come into contact with her, flee the scene and notify what you’ve saw. There is no reasoning or should be no attempts to encounter her.
Nathan Fuuki, who has been drifting within the area, is also trapped within the southern region. It’s currently agreed that he might not be behind this incident, but tension and anxiety is high that he might use this situation to feed into his obsession with power/furthering his siVis abilities.
REMINDER: If you see or come into contact with him, flee the scene immediately and make sure that you’ve lost him before notifying everyone. And even then, still keep running and hide.
This is a very dark few days for humanity’s struggles against the Shift Noumena and we have yet to hear from the Extant Commission on how will they handle this, or the best course of action in the next few months.

…Now that I’ve done my reporting, I think it’s time for me to… Not hide my feelings behind the facts.
I’m so… Drained by this. Heartbroken. I, like many of you, thought we were starting to have these things on lock. Not solved of course, I don’t think we’ll ever solve this crisis in my lifetime… But we were trying, starting to finally climb against this mountain. Now cue the avalanche that not only knocked us down, but we’re physically crippled as well. It really is unfair.
I want to be my spunky self, that does the weird reactions that’ll become memes and moods, but I… Really can’t, now. Maybe never after this, because we’re going to get more distressing news as the weeks drag out and we’re going to see society finally slip blissfully into the existential dread that’s been building for more than I’ve been alive.
But… And maybe this is just me refusing—I can’t let that go.
I know that you’re drained, hurt, tired, and are willing to give up. You’re allowed. But don’t throw away who you are into this darkness, whoever you want to be to this darkness.
I want you all to rage. Take these negative feelings, and rage. Rage against the dying of the light.
Yeah I know I’m botching the quote, but it’s more than relevant than before.
Rage against the dying of the light. Because that in turn let it flicker a lot more than it did

The Legend of the Fake Hero
*I don't own the cover image**This has the Tragedy Tag; please no genre hate. Bad things can happen to good people, just like in real life (not that they will. I almost didn't put the tag there as it doesn't really fit the genre. I like happy endings.).The year is 201X, and the line between reality and the imaginary has become blurred. Approximately nine months ago, the event which became known as "The Convergence" occurred. People on Earth began to obtain powers. Some received them for seemingly no reason while others had obtained them after they had returned from the many different worlds that they had unwillingly been abducted to. These new worlds existed beyond time and space, and many could have different rules different from what we know as standard reality. That is because these many worlds seem to have traits taken from imagination. Things from stories and myths, like magic and plots, existed in these worlds as if they were inspired by them, and that was only a start. On earth, there was a young man. On appearance, he could be considered only slightly better-than-average. The only thing he was known for was his incredible mind that left him feeling bored and out of touch with reality. But soon he would leave this reality altogether. One moment he was lying in his bed. The next, he was face-to-face with a beautiful young lady who he had just woken up upon him falling into her bed. This young man has an incredible fate and will soon visit many worlds, gain many powers, and meet many women who, like the young girl whose bed he had fallen into, will blow him away.Upload Schedule (Updated 3/28/2021)Upload one chapter every-other-weekend PST (with rare exception, typically due to length).Breaking Fate/Origin Arc (Done) Albion Arc: Vol 1 - Origin, Vol 2 - Rise of the Red Dragon (Done) New Earth Arc: Vol 3 - New Earth (Done) Dealing with the Past Arc: Vol 4 - Ghosts of the Past, Vol 5 - The Dracul Descends, Vol 6 - War of FateBound Fate Arc Fake Hero Arc Vol 7 - Martel Side Stories #1 Shield Hero Arc Vol 8 - Second Chance Vol 9 - The Adventure Begins (Current) Vol 10 - First Quest Vol 11 - TBD (Writing [37%]) (Multiple Future Volumes TBD)Currently ONLY posting on Scribble Hub, Royal Road, and Wattpad (Same user name)If you find my work on other sites please let me know!

Sorcerer, level 1
Alcar's life sucks. His days in the poor quarter of the city of Katresburg are long and tough, his parents treat him like garbage, and he doesn’t have a silver moon to his name. But Alcar knows that there is an exciting world of adventure out there. And when he sees a half-orc master sorcerer walking through his neighborhood, he decides to grab his chance. He approaches Master Maluhk to offer his services as an apprentice. And to his shock, the sorcerer agrees to let him come and try his luck along with several other applicants. Soon though, it is all too clear that Alcar, clumsy and lazy as he is, lacks any natural magical talent. It also becomes apparent that Master Maluhk is only interested in ’apprentices’ in order to get someone to do his laundry and tidy up his books. At best, Alcar and the others have signed up to do unpaid labor. Things go from bad to worse when his fellow applicants for the role of apprentice prove to be reckless in the extreme, and as Master Maluhk’s tower catches fire, Alcar soon finds himself being blamed for their misdemeanors. Can Alcar clear his name, gain another chance, and learn enough to show that he has the potential to be a proper sorcerer’s apprentice? [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
