"And that's how I got here..." puffed Katsuo smiling.

The girl was drying her dress that was burned slightly on one end, with the air playing with her hair. She was sitting on a wall that enclosed the backyard, as Katsuo was under the awning, preparing them some tea. His side had stopped hurting a while ago and he was feeling a lot better.

He pulled the teapot from the fire using a cloth and filled two cups with the hot drink. He offered one to Aya. She took it, smiling and nodding to thank him. After that, her expression got more serious and her eyes seemed a little sad. She looked towards the afternoon clouds that emerged from the roofs of the nearby buildings.

"He left at the middle of the night" she said indifferently. Katsuo turned towards her with interest:

"Eugene-san, that is. I was sleeping inside. He woke me up and said he had to go. We had discussed about it, I was not to follow him. He said something important had turned up. I can still remember the wrinkles on his face, painted by the yellow light of the candles. He didn't come back since...I still wake up at night, wondering why he had to go like that, wondering where he might be..." she paused and then, as if she was shocked by electricity, she sprung, saying:

"Aah, that's right. I forgot!". She put her hands at the wall and fell into the garden. After that, she entered the house with a fast pace, to exit it almost immediately, having a paper envelope on her hands.

"This is for you, Katsuo-kun. Eugene-san left it here."

The young man took it on his hands and flipped it over. On it he could notice a small sign, written in calligraphy: "For the Visitor".

"He said you should open it, once you get here."

Katsuo nodded affirmatively and unfolded the paper, taking out a letter. He held it in front of his face, then started reading:

"Dear Visitor, If you are reading this letter this means the inevitable has happened and I have been forced to leave Aya, on Amber City. I hope you got the letter from her, meaning that she managed to stay alive until now, and not kill herself by her clumsiness."

Aya was blushing from shame as she looked down, at the floor.

The letter continued: "The amulet you have hanging on your neck is what led you here, and what allowed you to use the power you used, this one time. I'm very happy that you didn't have to use that power again, during the ordeals that led you to Amber City, because I would be afraid it would have you killed ."

Katsuo gulped: Why didn't anybody tell me about this?

He continued reading, in a steady pace: "There is power hidden inside of you. Power that can reshape this world, and allow you to get the answers you seek. You need to get stronger, both of you.

Take the train and go to Steel Hurukamairu City. Find Zehjung's Noodle Restaurant. Your path, awaits you there. Best regards, Enenoriju Eugene"

Katsuo lowered the letter and folded it putting it on his pocket. Aya looked at him, thoughtfully. Nevertheless he walked towards the house's wall, where he'd left his cloth backpack, he worn and smiled. The girl looked at him, dazed:

"You heard Eugene-san. If we we want to find answers we need to go" he said.

"But..."

"There's no but" he interrupted her "C'mon, let's not waste time. There's nothing else for us to do here, anyway". Katsuo looked at her, brimming with energy. You could detect the enthusiasm in his eyes, as a new adventure was spread in front of him. Aya's look softened and filled with determination as her doubts dissolved.

"My stuff will be ready in no-time!" she said and immediately started preparing.
