Darkness. Endless darkness was all David could see. David could not even feel his body. Eons passed without the knowledge of David, kingdoms rose and fell, stars where borne and destroyed, all without him knowing. Until one day when David herd a voice.
"AHA! I finally found you!" a voice reverberated throughout the void, startling David terribly. "I've bean looking for you for a long time, young man.". The voice had a way of talking that one would think it was a great leader, but there was also a gentleness there like if a father spoke to his son.
'Me!? Why!?' Thought David who was very confused and flustered frome the voice suddenly speaking to him.
"Well little soul you where placed in the wrong world, you where supposed to be placed in a world of magic but there was a mistake and you brought change to a planet before the time set. That's why you learn so fast, you where designed to bring change. Of corce we didn't mess with your free will we just have you the power and you did the rest."replied the voice "we do opoligise for that buy the way."
'Well that explains a lot, I new I was special, but that's not what I expected' thought David 'Any-who whats your name?'
"I am called Alinsandrax, God of Kings!" (Al-in-zan-drax) replied The God of Kings in an exaggerated manor. "And I speak for the gods when I say we would like to repay you for this inconvenience we caused, so we are sending you to the world we where going to send you before with your memory's intact and with a immortal body. We hope this will be enough but if not than I was sent to give you my blessing and one item of your choice. So what will it be?"

If David had a physical body at that moment he would be shaking uncontrollably with excitement at that moment. This was his dream come true so he asked for what he had thought about having all his life. 'I want a spatial ring with infinite space and the feature of being able to go inside and change the demention inside as I will.'
Alinsandrax responded with a simple "Okay" and asked if he was ready. David then nodded his ethereal head and his vision turned white.

If you've ever read any other web serials, you might've noticed that authors get better with time (that is, their art or writing improves). Wutosama of Metaworld Chronicles noted that the first 20 chaps are always a mess. This is also the case with Apex Predator. The first two parts (ranging just under 30 chapters, or 161 pages) are absolutely subpar. While I have edited them as of 7-10-18, they require a rewrite, which is currently in the works but not complete.
