You decide to check the bed area.

As you made your way to the leftmost table, you notice that there isn't a speck of dust on the surface of the table...as if someone had periodically cleaned it.

You reach over and pull open the drawer.

Inside, there is a flashlight!

You take out the flashlight and switch it on. It works!

You hurriedly switch off the flashlight in order to save power and pocket the item.

Next, you head over to the table on the right. You reach over and pull open the drawer.

Inside, you find a key. The key is oddly shaped and didn't look like a door key.

You pocket the key as well and close the drawers. Next, you decide to check the bed for some clues.

As you turn towards the bed, you begin searching through the blankets and the pillows. Nothing.

Then, you decide to look under the bed. As you peer into the dim underneath, you see a wooden box about the size of a tissue box.

You reach over and pull out the box. It's locked.

What can you do? Ah, that's right! You have a key you found from the table on the right. You pull out the key and insert it into the lock.

CLINK!

It fits!

You turn the key and with a satisfying pop, the lock opens. You lift up the wooden lid and frown at the item in the box.

The item that lay so comfortably inside was a screwdriver...a bloody screwdriver!

You take out the bloodied screwdriver and wipe away the blood. You don't know why there is blood on the object, but you figure that you may need it later on. As you pocket the screwdriver, you push the box back under the bed and continue to search the bed.

After thoroughly searching the bed and finding no other clues, you decide to move on. You take a few steps back and look about the room once more.

You ponder on your next destination...
