Chapter 4:
An hour had passed. Ardale had changed into her made uniform and was diligently trying to work but unfortunately, she didn't know what she was doing half of the time and constantly asked Tomini questions.
Suddenly there was a knocking sound coming from the main entrance. "Ardale could you get that for me?" Tomini directed Ardale, "Yes Mr. Tomini" Ardale smiled, she began walking to the door. Once she had opened it she saw three faces "Mr. Tomini there are three men here to see you" Arale called out to Tomini.
"Ah, those must be the three men I requested" Tomini couldn't help but contemplate to himself. "Please let them in," Tomini said with a hint of joy.
Three strong-looking men walked in front of Tomini "We greet you Lord Tomini!" the three men bowed and shouted in unison. Tomini had used his Scan Target spell but although they look strong two were level 9 and the other one was level 10. Tomini couldn't help but think to himself, "No wonder they couldn't defend themselves the soldiers were no less than level 15. I wonder..."
Tomini cast Scan Target on Ardale "it appears that if the average person is like Ardale then.... the average person would be level 6. That would mean that these three individuals have quite the potential, considering their level and their age. Village elder, you have done good for yourself, I will not forget to reward you." Tomini was not stupid he could see the latent potential in these three young men.
Tomini began "What do you call yourselves".
"I am Galen" the young man with the red hair and brown eyes stated."I'm the one they call me Duron" said the most imposing one of the three, Duron had short hair and the strongest looking build. "My lord I am Ren" The remaining one stated having white hair was quite odd it was the first thing Tomini noticed about Ren. Both Galen and Duron were level 9 while Ren was level 10.

Still, Ren and the others couldn't help but seem as mesmerized as Ardale was when she first entered the pagoda. How was this building created so quickly and in a day no less?
"Going forward you guys will be trained under me I will not accept no for an answer In the future if you three work hard I will make you captains and each of you will command armies I will give each of you titles when such a time arrives" Tomini stated.
Tomini motioned the three of them to follow him towards the pagoda's courtyard as they made their way to the courtyard he continued to contemplate his plan he noticed that there were many obstacles in his way such as the lack of gold, weapons, and even basic living accessories the longer he remained in thought, the more he realized how much work was ahead of him.
Reaching the center of the courtyard Tomini exclaimed "Today is your first day of training, I won't go easy on you. Line up." In order for them to fight they would need to acquire a class and martial arts But they would need to either come up with their own or learn from a teacher. The first option could take years so only the second option was possible.
Looking through his martial skills the one that stuck out the most was the "The Black Wind Lotus". The Black Wind Lotus martial arts was focused on agility and speed. Tomini thought that a fast-moving army would be able to sweep their opponents.
As soon as they were lined up they began training as if it were a martial arts school the teacher in front of his students "Do as I do and maybe you'll live through this." Tomini said but in reality, there was no possibility that any of them would die, Tomini just wanted them to concentrate as best they could.
As the sun was setting Galen, Duron, and Ren were prompted with the skill acquired screen.

"It looks like they have finally acquired the skill" Whispered to himself. "This concludes your training after today you will continue learning what I thought you three by yourselves as I have more pressing issues that I must resolve you have 1 week to raise your levels to at least 15" Tomini shouted."Your rooms are on floor 5, 6, and 7 you guys can choose which of you guys goes in which room they are all the same of course there is a bath as well if you so choose to bathe" Tomini finished.
"Yes! Thank you Lord Tomini!" the three men bowed and moved towards the inside of the pagoda.
Finally, it was time for Tomini to have a turn with the bath, But before he went in he stopped by Ardale "How old are you ?" Tomini asked, "I'm 17 Mr. Tomini" replied Arsdale.
"I see can you cook?" Tomini continued questioning Ardale. 'Yes, I've cooked for my family before why?" Ardale affirmed.
"I would like you to prepare some food for me after the bath and please deliver it to floor 7 room 1." Tomini asked politely. "I would love to but... But what if you don't like it?" Ardale Followed.
"Not be good enough?" Tomini paused "Anything was better than scrounging for ra... Nevermind nows not the time for that" Tomini thought while some of is memories flashed by.
"Please just prepare anything is fine don't forget to deliver it to my room" Tomnini finally finished speaking with her and moved up to the fifth floor for a bath.
"He invited me to his room? Could he be planning to?"Ardale slapped both her cheeks simultaneously as if to take herself out of a daze.
Meanwhile, in the bath Tomini continued contemplating the gold problem how could he solve the gold problem without hand feeding it to them. He could have them send people to hunt monsters. Monsters could drop gold and items but that's too risky especially at the level of the villagers are in. That method would have to wait. Another way could be if he sold resources to cities but they had no valuable resources.
"Wait... that's right! The soldier's bodies there must have been at least 50 soldiers and they could have carried coins with them why didn't I think of this sooner?" Tomini could help but mumble Tomini needed to inform the villagers as soon as possible not only that he needed to find capable blacksmiths to outfit his own to be troops.
He would need the coins the soldiers carried to buy some blacksmith, but where would he get the blacksmiths? Another thing he thought about was when the empire would receive word that their troops were dead. If need be Tomini didn't mind displaying a show of force he thought to himself.
It was time for Ardale to bring his dinner to his room so he decided to get out, as he was leaving he came to a mirror on a wall before stepping out. "That's right I don't even know what I look like in this world lets see. Black hair dark eyes, wait why do I look this young" Tomei appeared as a 17 or an 18-year-old man. He wasn't too ugly or good looking he was average.
Tomini hastily opened his menu and sure enough, his name was their, age 17. Why hadn't anyone pointed out that he was still a teenager? Tomnini thought he should ask Aradale this question once she came to his room.
Tomini left the bath and went to his room a couple of seconds later Ardale arrived "Just on time." Tomini smiled he hadn't had a real dinner for a long time. Although he didn't need to eat he did miss the taste.
