On 2139AD, world retained its peace and the destroyed world was again rebuild .Due to technological and human advances problem of resources was solved by the mining on Mars.

In 2145AD ,the New World Government established PMB (Psychic Management Beureau) whose sole purpose was identifying young psychics and teach them how to use there powers and not harm others.After the Graduation the Children were free to do what they wanted in life.Most of Which joined Military.
