《Transcendence》Chapter 28

A little child - Darth - was still flying down the Canyon. He had finished his break, and now he was back to adventurin'.
Just like before, he was stripping the place of its spirit qi. He was goin' so fast, he was like a race car. Vroooooom!!
After a month of flying down the canyon, Darth had yet to find the bottom.
"Strange! This is just too strange! How could such a place exist on this planet?"
Darth had sent his divine sense multiple times during this past month. For some reason his divine sense was not able to penetrate more than 100 feet away from him. To a cultivator, this was the same as walking around blind!
"Did someone place some seals and restrictions? I haven't noticed any... Although I'm only at the Immortal stage, I should still be able to see through a God Cultivator's work... Don't tell me someone even stronger is here?!?!?"
There was cold sweat on Darth's back and brow.
The voice of reason told Darth to retreat before he encountered somehting he'd regret. Another voice, however, reminded Darth that high risk came with high reward... And it didn't help that Darth was supah arrogant!
"Peh! Who cares if they're beyond the God stage?! I was able to get to the outer outer (outside) stage!"
Darth bolted down even faster, and absorped even more qi.
If before he was compared to a race car, then now he was comparable to a submarine with turbo rockets!!!
ZOOOOO000000ooooooop.
Five Years Later~
Jk. Not even the author knows how long later. It's hard to tell time when you're underground, ya know?
"Hahahaha! Finally!"
Darth had reached the bottom.
"Eh?"
Darth had reached the bottom, but he was disappointed.
There was no grand artifact. No menacing cave. Nor ruins. Nothing.

This was literally just a hole in the ground with a bunch of spirit qi.
"What the heck? This canyon is the center of the island and had so much qi. Shouldn't this hold teh reason why this island has spirit qi? What gives?!"
Darth was gonna figure out what exactly was going on, so he sat down to meditate.
"Immortal Cultivator Comprehension, activate!"
That's right. Darth had broken through into the first stage of the Immortal Cultivator step cultivation. There was a ton of qi.

.
Darth opened his eyes after 3 secs of comprehension.
"I've figured it out!"
Darth figured it out.
"This place is - "

The Invisible String
(On Hiatus While I Practice Writing With A New Story) This is a story of connections. A story of a Writer and his pen and paper. Follow the writer as he creates Syndesi, the personification of The Invisible String. See how they change the world around them through the relationships they make. And in doing so, change themselves. PS. it's fantasy but there are no elves, no magic, no superpower. just realistic people living their normal lives, facing struggles like every human being but that alone doesn't sound interesting, does it? How about a special dimension that connects the lead characters? (check out Chapter 2 - The White Horizon) Art Cover Credit: Asviloka Post Timings: (unsure for now as I am rewriting the chapters to make it polished. Hopefully once per week on Fridays) This would allow me to post something you can read every week without abandoning the story. It's a journey, I know. But I'm ready to continue without stopping. Are you ready? If you are, then let's start reading!

8 118Chronicles of the dragon slayer [old version]
Julian was your normal happy go lucky kid in his younger years. He did everything that a normal 10-year-old that came from a relatively middle class family. Playing around with friends, going to school, and going on trips with his parents every once in a while. But life had other plans for his future than letting him grow like any normal teenager. At a young age his parents were killed, his friends slaughtered and family stolen. This had broken Julian completely, and hence he left on a journey to find strength to seek his revenge. But life was not yet done playing with his life, so it showed Julian that he had no talent to do anything that would lt him gain his revenge. It had become clear to Julian that the heavens did not favor him, so he left on one last journey when… ***** Ahhh I don't really know what else to add but ill write it here anyway, this is my first time writing a story, so I am still experimenting with things, so it is possible that you might find the beginning of the story to be a bit slow, but I assure you the later chapters and things I have in plan will not disappoint you. Oh, I also forgot to mention that I have taken inspiration from waaaay tooo many novels that I liked, and while there aren't any specific ones that I based this upon there are a few that I definitely took inspiration from like : the author's POV, chronicles of the heavenly demon [you can probably see where this inspired me ;)], etc.
