Potentia screams in the middle of the battleground
-Move! We are under attack!
In the middle of the chaos, soldiers ran around desperately trying to organize and evacuate the civilians, and amongst them was Morietur, mounted on his black pegasus, he flew directly against the enemy forces, trying to ascend as vertically as possible to get out of the arrow target area.
Potentia
-Morie!
Morietur screams
-WWWOOOOOOHHHHH! COME AT ME! SCUM!
As Morietur advanced against his enemies he kept swinging his arm to try to stop projectiles with his blade, all the while his mount flew at an astounding speed letting him quickly reach one of the archers.
Angel archer
-Huh?!
Morietur yells like a maniac.
-I WILL KILL YOU! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE!
The archer, clearly caught off guard, instinctively toke aim at the enemy in front of him, and shot his arrow without even giving the angel right next to him time to light it.
The arrow flew directly at Morietur who deflected it with his blade, while the angel draw another arrow.
Morietur, seeing that he was close enough, decides to take a risk and jump towards the angel. Unfortunately for him, he was not fast enough, the archer manages to react in time and fires an arrow that hits Morietur's rib and gets stuck there.
Blood flies and the angel sighs in relief as he sees his enemy surprised expression. Now calmer, he starts flapping his wings to get out of the Morietur's trajectory, thus letting him fall to his death.
But to his surprise, Morietur manages to grab the angel's leg and uses his hand to lunge his body upwards, and finalizes the angel with a clear cut in his neck.
A splash of blood flies into the face of the torch-wielding angel. He barely has time to react to the brutal scene he had just seen, in a desperate attempt to defend himself he uses the torch in his hand to attack Morietur.

Morietur then uses the dead angel's body as an impulse to jump against the other, with one hand he holds the torch's handle and with the other he stabs one of his blades through one of the joint openings of the angel's armor, fixating himself on his target body so that he wouldn't fall.
The angel whose neck was cut finishes bleeding off, his wings stop flapping instinctively and he falls.
Another nearby archer sees the scene and prepares to shoot Morietur.
Basilius
-Stop! Leave it to me.
Hoping to stop the murder of his own people, Basilius flies towards Morietur.
Luscinia
-Basilius!
Morietur's attention is drawn towards the noise, and upon seeing Basilius one element catches his attention.
-Four wings?!
Noticing the genetic sign of angel royalty makes Morietur grins maniacally. He takes his blade off from the torch-wielding angel's body and leaps towards Basilius using his old target as a boost again.
Morietur
-RAAAAAAA!
Basilius then uses his huge scythe to attack the human who had jumped towards him.
Morietur block's the scythe's blade using one of his blades while he grabs the scythe's snatch and clings to it.
Basilius proceeds by rotating his hands, which makes his scythe let out a tick-like sound. Then he pulls the hilt causing it to snap in two, revealing a small blade hidden inside the scythe's snatch. Basilius holds the blade in his left hand, while the part Morietur had clung to fall with him.
Morietur falls, with nothing else holding him in the air nor anything for him to grab. As his last attempt, Morietur starts to spin his entire body and hurls his part of the scythe at Basilius.
The weapon that was now basically a sickle with a longer handle, flew while rotating in Basilius' direction. The king then easily catches the sickle by the handle and engages it with the hidden blade, thus putting the huge scythe back together.

Morietur glares at Basilius with pure hatred in his eyes.
Basilius, on the other hand, just watches him go down with a clear expression of disdain.
Basilius then hurries to help the wounded angel, while holding the angel to help him stay up in the air he screams.
-Hurry! Get him treated!
Salus answers
-You heard the king, let's go!
Salus thinks to himself a little annoyed.
-All this for just one soldier...
Basilius speaks smiling to the soldier
-Don't worry, you'll be fine.
The angel stares at him, not knowing how to react.
-O-ok…
In the middle of his fall, Morietur is caught by his pegasus.
Morietur, still lying on top of his pegasus, grabs a rein and speaks
-Thanks, Noctis.
Potentia, after watching the whole fight from afar yells an order that echoes across the battlefield.
-Everyone! To the stone prison! Bring out the civilians and the wounded!
Potentia thought
-Risking himself so much just to try and give us more time... That idiot!
A familiar galleon crashes against the coast of the island while the colony burns.
A hooded man jumps from the ship onto the beach.
He sees the city on fire and speaks
- There seems to be a lot of confusion going on.
A hooded woman also comes down and speaks.
-A city on fire, this has the potential for a terrifying setting.
She is then followed by a hooded girl who speaks as she pulls out a small sketchbook and pencil.
-Hum… is there time for me to immortalize this scene before we go there to there to help?
A hooded man remains on the ship and speaks.
-All this can only mean one thing...
The first one to set foot on the beach asks
-What?
The man takes off his hood, revealing himself to be Deville
-That ZAAAAAAAAAAARRR-
The girl interrupts him.
-Huh? He is here? How do you know?
He looks at her and speaks with a serious face.
-Instinct.
The ship suddenly breaks down, a huge hole is made in its hull and a hulking huge beast comes out of it.
The woman says
-Okay, who forgot to lock the cage?!
The girl raises her hand in embarrassment while the monster roars.
