The Human Emperor caught the light and nodded.”Then there is no need to wait...Let’s fight to our heart’s content!”The Beast roared as it shot a beam towards the Human Emperor who caught it in one hand.
“Yes!”He shouted.
The battle lasted 200 years and eight months,the winner was...The Human Emperor.
“I became old...You are the new God of the Planet…”The Beast muttered as it gave a medallion to the human emperor before it slowly closed it’s eyes,peacefully with no regret…

It features dark, realistic storylines, corporation-funded heroes, and villains who aren't necessarily bad guys. The protagonist's powerset involves the crowd-favourite consuming enemies for power trope, too. The GameLit/LitRPG elements are super light and takes a while to kick in. The powercreep is slow as well since I don't enjoy overpowered protagonists. Chapters everyday until book 1 is complete. The schedule will change once I reach that point.
