"Vivian: Invisible Mode"
Swinging her right arm in a horizontal direction across the air, the palm sized, black floating ball that was previously in front of Yuri disappears into thin air.
"Vivian… A divine-level magic tool that was originally made by the first head of the Stradivari Family... It can store almost anything in this world as it was made when a rift was made in space and time, thus the reason why the insides of Vivian is an occupational space dimension that closely resembles the real world outside…"
Thinking for a moment, Yuri's thoughts filled her mind as she walked out of her office room, thinking, "The fact that Vivian is here confirms that even the head director of Sweet Haven Company, Latchna Lovick Michael wasn't able to detect the existence of Vivian inside his company...Vivian… Father left you here on purpose… His letters… If it weren't for my strong suspicion, I wouldn't be able to realize his subtle hints..."
Remembering father's last letters before his death, I couldn't help my fists from balling up in anger.
"I will find out the truth about everything. Father… Mother…Please wait for my return"
Standing in front of the elevator doors, Yuri pressed on the down button.
After waiting for a short while, the elevator chute finally opened up, revealing a familiar figure waiting inside.
Huh?
Another coincidence?
"Ah… We meet again Miss Yuri…! This must be fate!"
Stepping in inside the elevator chute, I answered, "Fate? What fate do we have with each other to keep on bumping onto each other's lives? Are we perhaps fellow neighbors in our past lives? Past relatives? Or maybe sworn enemies? I suggest that you don't think about it too much. The Gods are just simply playing with us"
Pressing on the ground floor button, Yuri stood by the left side of Dennis.

For a moment, no one talked and the elevator chute only made a silent "whirr" sound as it descended down the building.
Breaking the silence, Dennis finally spoke up in response to Yuri's previous statement, asking, "Is that what you think why we kept meeting each other in this lifetime?"
At once, Yuri immediately answered and asked, "Yes, and why are you not pressing any buttons?"
Changing the subject, Dennis replies, "The cake shop that I mentioned before… Have you considered my offer?
"Dennis, you're changing the subject. I already told you that I'm busy…"
Letting out a short laugh, Dennis turns his head towards Yuri, saying, "I can wait for you to finish. You're not busy for your whole life"
"I'm leaving"
"What?" Suddenly baffled and at a lost for words, Dennis asks again, "What do you mean by that?"
"I've asked for a 3 days leave-"
Cutting me off with his words, Dennis frowned and asked, "Why?"
"That's-"
*DING!*
Turning both of their heads to the elevator doors as it automatically opened up, a familiar figure waits outside.
"What's up with the elevator today? Taking too damn long to reach our department's floor--!"
Suddenly pausing, the one outside the elevator chute, and the other two inside the elevator chute, was abruptly stunned for a moment, unmoving as the three of them blankly stared at each other for 2 seconds.
…
"What the f*ck are you two doing alone?!"
Chelsea was the first to react with her index finger pointed straight to Yuri's figure.
Why am I always the one to blame? Am I the only human here?
Rolling my eyes at her, I answered, "Stop acting dumb Chelsea what else would we do inside the elevator than go UP and DOWN"

"Up… and down?! No! You're lying! Dennis won't do THAT with you!"
Suddenly confused, Yuri furrows her eyebrows, asking, "Huh? What were you thinking about?"
Tapping my shoulders with his head turned away, Dennis says, "I-I suggest that you don't think about it too much…"
"Huh--?"
Shoving her way in between Dennis and I, Chelsea stood in the middle with her nose up high in triumph.
"How old are you Chelsea?" Yuri questioned as the elevator doors closed and the elevator chute once again descended down the building.
At once, Chelsea answered, exclaiming, "26!"
"Then why are you acting like a 6 years old?"
"You-!!"
Chelsea was about to lift her hand and slap Yuri's face when the elevator doors once again opened up, startling Chelsea at the sudden loud DING!
Hopping off the elevator chute, Yuri turns to wave at them, saying, "I've reached my floor now, goodbye"
"DO I LOOK LIKE I CARE?" Chelsea snorts as she clung unto Dennis, her eyes glaring darts towards the direction of Yuri.
"Don't you know how courtesy works? Anyways, I'm off now"
Yuri was about to walk off when her arm was suddenly grabbed by Dennis, confused, Yuri looked back at him and asked, "What? Do I owe you money or what?"
"I… You don't owe me anything… I just want to tell you to have a safe trip"
Raising my brows, I answered, "Oh I see. Thank you for the concern-"
Cutting me off with her loud obnoxious voice, Chelsea breaks Dennis' hold on my arm, exclaiming, "Stop being so delusional Yuri! Dennis isn't concern so stop inserting strange thoughts inside your head!"
Oh the irony.
"Chelsea, you're the one with strange thoughts here…"
"Shut up!"
Letting out a sigh, I was finally able to walk off by the help of Chelsea restricting Dennis from following me even further.
After a few more minutes of walking down the long hallway, I've finally reached the entrance of the Sweet Haven's building. The front entrance of Sweet Haven Company is where the head of security, a woman named Hilda, was situated in to contain people that wanted to 'rebel' despite knowing the consequences of being in a contract.
"State the name of your department manager, and hand over all belongings before the body inspection"
After placing the sleek black phone inside of a metal box that has Yuri's full name embedded on top of the silver steel, Yuri answers, saying, "Ghostwriter's department, Celandine Zoe Lee is my manager, and I've placed all of my belonging/s under the supervision of the head of security, Hilda"
"Ok, employee of ghostwriter's department, Celandine Zoe Lee, we will now start with the body inspection."
"Yes."

The Desecrator's Tomb - A Numbers Lit-aRPG
A man appears in a dungeon full of undead. He tries to leave. This is my attempt at writing a litrpg where the system is more formalized. This means that there will be a fair amount of min-maxing and we will hopefully be able to calculate the dps of every ability by the time I am done. Expect math. The main character will become a Drain Tank. This story uses an aRPG item and stat system. Oh and one last thing. Beware the penguins. update 1/8/22: I am trying to simulate things as faithfully as is reasonable. As of chapter 17 there are animated gifs depicting Chilly's life throughout encounters. update 1/11/22: Kreksyte drew me a cover! All hail our artist overlords! update 5/25/22: Going on hiatus for a bit. The second arc is complete. Will come back for the 3rd and final arc soon. update 7/15/22: ayy...I've returned.
