Rose ran at Nick with surprising speed. When she got to him she threw a punch with even greater speed, fast enough so Nick didn’t have time to react to the new speed. Her fist connected with Nick in the stomach while she simultaneously using her power to shoot Nick a couple feet deep into the wall. Nick laid still in shock of how fast she moved.

“When did you get that fast?” Nick asked.

“I guess I am faster than the all mighty Nick.” Rose said.

“No your not faster than me, but you did catch by surprise.” Nick said as he climbed out of the wall.

“Let’s see your full speed then.” Rose challenged.

“Remember you wanted this.” Nick said.

Nick disappeared from his position running around the room at top speed. Rose looked around for him but couldn’t see him.

“You know I a new trick up my sleeve too.” Rose said cockily.

Rose started glowing brightly once again like she had the first time they fought, She started levitating off of the ground. She burst into flames and started flying around the room. The flames were surrounding her like a skin tight forcefield. She landed in the middle of the room she raised her and hands and put them in front of her she murmured some words that sounded like it was from a different language and not loud enough for anyone to hear her. When she finished talking fire shot out of her palms like a flamethrower. She started levitating again and spun at speeds that aren’t humanly possible. Fire soon engulfed the entire room,

“Dodge this Nick.” Rose yelled.

“I just did.” Nick said.

The fire started dying as he said it, the fire that surrounded Rose had died and Rose fainted and started to fall. Nick stood under Rose and caught her before she hit the ground. Once the fire was gone it was clear that there had been a fire there, the walls were scorched and burned, and there was some rubble on the ground. Nick gently laid Rose down on the ground.

“How did you do that?” Rose asked just waking up.

“I created a vacuum by running around in a circle really fast. It took the oxygen out of the room which is why you fainted, no oxygen no fire.” Nick said.

“Oh.” Rose said as she passed out.

Nick picked her up and brought her to the observation room where Maya and Sophia both sat dumbstruck.

“That was amazing.” Maya said. “I guess it is my turn now too.”

Nick laid Rose down on one of the chairs in the room and followed Maya down the stairs back to the scorched room.

“I’ll pick up quick.” Nick said as he disappeared.

The room started being put together once it was done Nick appeared again.

“Alright ready to get started.” Nick said.

“Yeah we should.” Maya said.

Maya started levitating about ten feet of the ground, she was surrounded by a red haze. Maya started moving her hands around in distinct motions, the haze that surrounded her started to smooth and take the shape of an orb. Nick ran to it and punched it hard, but nothing happened.

“You like my force field.” Maya said with a smile.

“It’s pretty good but not good enough.” Nick said.

“What do you mean.” Maya said smiling less.

Nick jumped at the orb and just before he hit it his entire body started vibrating very fast. When he made contact with the orb it was like it wasn’t even there he flew through it like it was air. When Nick was inside he stopped vibrating and landed on the bottom of the force field next to Maya.

“What how did you do that.” Maya said still in shock of what he just did.

“I will tell you after I defeat you.” Nick said confidently and slightly cocky.

“Yeah right.” Maya challenged.

Nick started running around the sphere and slowly got faster and faster. Eventually the sphere snapped in half, making both Maya and Nick fall the the ground. Nick landed on his feet, Maya slowly floated down using her cloak as a small little parachute. When she landed she went into immediate action, she clapped her hands together and pulled them apart. As she did this her staff appeared in between her hands. She grabbed out of the air and slammed it on the ground making a wall of stone in between her and Nick. Nick ran up to the wall and started punching it, as he did the wall started to crack. Maya slammed her staff against the ground once again and started muttering a long chain of words.

“The sun is black, the moon is red; the sky is white,the ground Grey and cracked the grass is gone, the moon on fire; Hell has been born on earth, for Heaven has died.” Maya said.

Once she finished fire formed a circle around her, The fire shot all the way up to the ceiling. Nick broke the wall into shards. Nick stopped when he saw the circular wall of fire surrounding Maya.

“What she has fire powers too.” Nick said thinking outloud.

The fire dispersed shooting everywhere blinding Nick in the process. When Nick’s blindness wore off he stood in shock, Maya was standing on the head of a Fire element dragon.

“WHAT! THERE ARE DRAGONS!” Nick yelled. “WHEN DID SHE GET ONE!”

The dragon swung its tail hitting Nick in the side and launching him through the wall and into the other room. Nick coughed and got back up. He turned around as the dragon crashed through the wall demolishing it. Nick ran at it but was hit with its tail again in the other side sending him flying across the room screeching against the floor. He came to a stopped and got up again. His face no longer in surprise but in pure determination. He powered up into his armour, and disappeared, but soon flew into the wall from the dragon hitting him with its tail. Nick climbed out of the wall.

“How could he see me?” Nick asked.

“He couldn’t see you. He could feel the vibrations in the ground from you taking steps at that speed.” Maya said.

“You just cancelled all of my power then.” Nick said.

“Yep, pretty much.” Maya said.

“Well then, I have my true potential too, I learned of it while you were in you deep sleep for three years, never had to use till now. You the first to see my true power.” Nick said growing a smug smirk on his face.

Nick started running around the room at first slow and then faster and faster. Maya watched with curiosity but also on guard for anything. A tornado started forming in the path he was running. Blue sparks started flying off of him. Each time a spark flew off of him the sparks doubled and it looked as if another Nick running with him. Nick stopped running and stood in front of Maya and the dragon. Behind him were twenty more Nicks, Identical to each other.

“CHARGE!” The Nick in front said.

The dragon was swept from underneath Maya’s feet, as it slammed against the wall and blasted through it, once that wall was destroyed the entire building started collapsing. Maya was caught from mid air and swept outside next to Sophia and Rose.

“What Power.” Maya said in awe as the build finished collapsing. ”He destroyed the entire building.”
