Dean watched as the one-armed Red walked out, ready to kill something.

“What are you gonna do with one arm?” Dean asked.

“I’m gonna kill those things,” Red said.

“Whatever.” Dean loaded some rounds into his gun and began to walk out the door with Red in tow.

“Do you know where they are?” Red asked.

“I don’t but judging by the howls, they’re towards the north.” Dean walked towards the howling and wiped the blood off his jacket.

Erik was sitting on his throne, anxious to see the unknown energy he felt. He had lost connection with many of his warriors and wondered what they did them in. With the type of energy he felt, it wasn’t human. He stood up from his throne as he felt the energy getting closer. The closer that it got, the more he started to recognize it. ‘Holy shit!’ Erik thought, ‘It’s an apostle of hell!’

Erik ran out of his tent and went to gather his troops. “Soldiers!” he yelled, “There is a monster coming to fight us, get to your battle stations!” As soon as the other wolves heard their leader, they ran as fast as they could to their positions.

Erik stood in the backline waiting for what was to come. After a couple of minutes, Erik saw a figure come out of the tree line. It was a human wearing a black hoodie with black cargo pants that were tucked into a pair of boots. Right behind him was another figure, a small girl that had an angry look on her face, but there was something that Erik could see that no other being could. It was that black and white smoke coming off the girl. ‘Wait, she’s in the process of becoming an apostle, I thought I saw a full-blown one,’ Erik thought. He then looked at the hooded figure and saw a huge cloud of black and white smoke coming off it.

Dean walked out of the treeline and saw a pack of wolves blocking his way. He sighed and continued to walk. Red on the other hand had an angry look on her face, almost like she was about to go on a rampage.

Dean looked at the backline and saw the biggest wolf amongst the pack. “You!” the wolf yelled, “What is an apostle of the devil doing here?”

‘Apostle of the devil?’ Dean thought, ‘What is that supposed to mean?’

“If you are here to kill us, we will not go easy on you!” the wolf growled.

“I call dibs on that one.” Dean looked left and saw a crazy look in Red’s eyes. It made him shiver.

“Chill out,” He said, “We aren’t calling dibs here, especially you. That guy is the biggest here so you can take a step back, you won’t be killing anything with one arm.”

Red, who ignored Dean, ran full sprint at the pack of wolves. “Shit,” Dean said as he followed suit. Dean saw Red cutting up the wolf that she had run towards. There was blood flying at her emotionless face as she repeatedly stabbed the wolf.

Taken off guard, Dean was tackled by a wolf. He brought his shotgun to its head and blew it apart. He pushed the corpse of himself and started to hack and slash his way through the pack. A wolf came up behind Dean and slashed his back. He turned around and hacked off the wolf’s leg with the ax and decapitated it.

“Why don’t you use your new skill?” Nancy suggested.

“Why didn’t I think of that?” Dean then raised his hand and shot a wave of black energy at some of the wolves. “Oh, shit. That was sick.”

Dean watched as the wolves were devoured by the wave of black energy, ripping off any flesh they had.

Dean then got caught off guard again and was attacked by the head honcho. He luckily rolled out of the way and shot at the wolf. The pellets whizzed past the wolf as it crawled its way to Dean.

“Apostle of hell,” it said, “What is your business fighting us?”

“Why are you calling me that?” Dean asked.

“Because that is what you are, you demon, while I, Erik Lambert, am a leader of the people”

“Whatever man.” Dean lifted his gun and shot it at Erik. The pellets clipped Erik’s leg as it charged at Dean. Erik lunged at Dean and clawed at him. Dean parried with his ax and counterattacked. He swung the ax and lodged it in Erik. Erik jumped back, taking the ax with him. Without hesitation, Dean sprinted towards Erik and shot at it. He caught the ejected shell and turned it into a kunai, proceeding to throw it at Erik. The kunai hit Erik in the eye, temporarily blinding it. Erik ripped the kunai out of his eye and growled viciously. “You are starting to piss me off, demon.”

“And I’m supposed to care why?”

“You are killing innocent people!”

“Innocent? You guys attacked us first.”

“Why would I attack a demon that could very well kill me?”

“Then why did her grandma attack her?” Dean said as he pointed at Red.

“That wasn’t from my orders. You should kill the ones that did that.”

“I did,” Dean said as his army of wolves appeared out of a black mist.

Taking advantage of Erik’s surprise, Dean shot his gun at him, cleanly hitting his leg. Erik howled in pain while Dean ripped the ax from Erik’s side. Dean swept Erik with the ax and chopped its leg off. Erik was about to speak, but Dean reared the ax back and cut it apart from the neck to the stomach.

“Are you not gonna hear his villainous monologue?” Nancy asked.

“Why would I do that?” Dean said as he wiped the blood off his ax. He turned to see Red covered in blood and guts, a plume of black and white smoke coming from her. ‘What the hell is going on?’ Dean thought. A red light surrounded Red as she started to convulse violently. Dean tried to rush to her side, but a heatwave stopped Dean from getting too close. The heat felt like he was in the middle of a desert. Dean tried to push his way through the heat little by little. Dean looked up and saw that a black fluid was coming out of her eyes, nose, and mouth as she was still convulsing. Eventually, the heat subsided, and Red stopped convulsing. Once Dean got to her side, he shook her until she regained consciousness. She woke up and both Dean and Red started to feel a pain coming from their arms. Dean rolled up his sleeve and saw that a marking was forming on his arm. It looked to be some sort of tribal marking. It was a peacock’s feathers wrapping around his arm and connecting to the symbol on his hand, which was now a peacock. Dean looked at Red and saw that a dragon was now wrapped around her arm, the head being on the back of her right hand.

“What just happened?” Red asked. She looked at Dean, and he could see a defeated look on her face like she was on the brink of tears.

“We will talk when we get back to my place.” Dean tried smiling to cheer her up but realized he had his mask on.

“By the way, my name isn’t Jack. It’s Dean.”
