Arriving at the Monster Breeder Association of the New Jiangnan Branch, Ye Qin and Kong Bo respectively both stepped foot inside the building which looked like a large corporation however was on a smaller scale. Walking around inside, displays of holographic monsters along with their details flow in a streamline whilst a battle or two between Tamers is shown on screen.

The Monster Breeder Association of New Jiangnan is naturally located in New Jiangnan, it is located just beneath the recreated Yangtze River. Like the original Jiangnan, it encompasses the city of Shanghai, the southern part of Jiangsu Province, the entire Zhejiang Province, the southeastern part of Anhui Province, the northern part of Jiangxi and Fujian Provinces. The most important cities in the area are Shanghai, Anqing, Changzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Zhenjiang and Fuzhou. However, only one Breeder Association Branch is located in the region making for long travel distances for tamers in certain regions.

Kong Bo asked as he walked in his casual clothes "So what do you think? Not too shabby right?". Ye Qin who was looking around and saw many tamers and breeders with their monsters out and scanned them, turned around to nod at Kong Bo's question before going back at it leaving Kong Bo speechless.

The two of them walked up to the reception desk whilst a young woman in her 20's politely asks "Welcome to the Jiangnan Monster Breeder Association, how may I help you?"

Kong Bo said with a poker face, "Tell Jin Kun that Kong Bo is looking for him." causing the receptionist to make a puzzled face and ask "May I ask you who this Jin Kun is?"

Kong Bo looked at her blankly and thought "What the hell? An employee not knowing the name of her boss?". Thankfully a co-worker walked up to the receptionist from behind and whispered something into her ear making her entire face flush as red as a tomato.

She then bowed and said in a very loud voice accidentally "I'm extremely sorry sir, I will call the President immediately." which brought the attention of a majority of nearby tamers and breeders making them wonder what the old man's relationship with the President could be.

After making the call, a few minutes later, a middle-aged man wearing a full black suit came running as he arrived in front of Ye Qin and Kong Bo who were sitting down and enjoying a cup of green tea.

President Jin Kun caught his breath and said slowly "Uncle... Master... Why have you come to look for me?". Kong Bo got up and replied, "Well we can't exactly discuss this in such an open space now can we?"

Jin Kun replied, "Of course not, Uncle Master please follow me to my office." As he looked at the young man behind his uncle master.

Once the trio arrived at the president's office, Kong Bo and Ye Qin sat parallel to each other whilst Jin Kun sat directly opposite of them. Ye Qin sat down with one leg crossed over the other as he sipped on a cup of black tea, Jin Kun asked once again, "Uncle Master, why have you come today? Alas, this young man is?"

Kong Bo replied bluntly "I've come here for this kid today, give him a Gold-ranked license. I would give him a Diamond Rank but having one at his age will cause a huge commotion."

Jin Kun who had been sipping his coffee almost choked and coughed a few times before saying "What! You want to give a highschooler a Gold-rank license?! That will cause a huge commotion itself, forget the Diamond rank! Are you sure?"

"I think even a Master rank license is more suitable for him but such a thing would shock the entire world, not just China. I've tested him myself, he has the knowledge to be at the Master rank. The kid even has a 100% evolution rate." Kong Bo said.

"What?! 100%? How many evolutions has he succeeded in?" Jin Kun asked. "1." Kong Bo replied sharply with confidence.

"..."

"The thing is it succeeded on the very first try, better yet he discovered a brand new species. I'll show you the data I've gotten from observing it, now I just need to see it in action before it can enter the encyclopedia."

"No way for a kid to discover a new species all on his own… You're right about the Gold rank, however, I won't be able to hold onto my seat if he is just given one without taking any tests. How about it are you willing to take a single test? It's only two pages long." Jin Kun asked.

Ye Qin frowned slightly as he looked at Kong Bo then looked at Jin Kun and replied "Fine, I'll do it since I'm already here"

"Great, let me get the papers ready." Jin Kun said.

After completing the test and scoring a beautiful 100, Jin Kun gave Ye Qin a golden badge to keep on his body and a digital license to leave inside his smartwatch.

During the 1000 years of history with monsters, though it became humanity's greatest crisis, at the same time, technology advanced rapidly by centuries. Nowadays, every student owns a smartwatch which records everything needed in school and even after they graduate and become a soldier or breeder.

Walking away with a shiny golden badge pinned to his shirt hidden by his jacket, Ye Qin and Kong Bo left the breeder association as they took a cab to Qingzhou High. Making their way to the principal's office, Ye Qin showed the principal his Gold rank license and asked to skip all theory lessons without affecting his overall record, making the principal fall off his chair as his wig slipped off his head revealing a shiny bald head.
