I apologize for the delay in giving you guys anything, but there are events in my life at the moment that are out my control and I cannot continue writing until things become resolved. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and I apologize for taking you on a journey that I cannot complete for a while. I am not ending this, I have far to much vested into it, but I am rather getting my own life in order so that I can continue.

I just posted chapter 8, and I apologize for the delay. I noticed combing over the first bit of chapters my timeline was slightly askew so I had to fix some dates to be able to exact the age of Ornias and Rana, just an FYI. I apologize for that and any confusion I caused. There is good news by the way. Chapter 8 was actually so big I decided to split it into two chapters. That means in the next day or two chapter nine will be out so look forward to it!

Just a side note, I might be deleting older updates on here, because I don't think they are needed, unless you guys want me to keep them.

I am working strongly on chapter eight and it's a thick storylined chapter so it may take longer than desired. Also next week is my first set of midterms. So If we are luck, I can pull the chapter out, if not It will come out next week. Oh and I am reworking the first set of chapters again. Just an FYI. I always desire improving my story so that will be a time consumer as well. Hopefully everyone is enjoying reading my novel.

If you haven't already seen, I have changed the prologue drastically. I have been meaning to do it for awhile but wanted to provide more chapters to you guys instead. So if you haven't already, I would recommend rereading it, because it's way better.

So if anyone took the time to read all these updates, I will most likely be posting a new chapter once a week give or take couple of days. My chapters are a little lengthy at 5000-6000 words and I do extensive research into many things before starting to write them. Unless you guys want to see shorter chapters like many novels on here have you will have to wait.

On a separate note, hopefully you guys can see my writing quality has improved. I kinda wanna hear some feedback in that regard. Do any of you like my newer chapters I am releasing compared to my older and if so why? I will most likely be doing another major rework here in the next month is why I ask, and I want to improve them based on feedback.

Now to appease the few, I do have a teaser of chapter four ready to hold you over until it's completely finished, and yes I purposely choose to end the teaser there because I'm evil. Also this week marks the start of, yep the dreadful time sucking thing, college classes. I am taking five classes this semester so I will not be able to promise a patterned schedule now that everything chaotic in my life just calmed down. But I assure you I will strive to stay motivated and keep active with releasing material or at least inform, you wonderful readers, why I'm just to pure lazy. Now, I want to thank everyone who has enjoyed reading my continuously improving novel and without further ado... I'll post chapter fours teaser.

I have good news and bad news. The good news is I just concluded my last final today. (Hooray)

I am also having health concerns(Slightly bad) so I have taken days off work following vacation time for this weekend and all of next week. So I should be able to devote my time to fixing my book and posting chapters again.(Good news)

The dreadfully bad news is I am going out of town for the next several days and will not have any internet to update the progress I make as I go. However, once I return I will definitely have finished redoing the chapters for better readability and I most likely will have one or two chapters finished that I can post.

I know most of you still don't care, but to the select few that do I am posting this notice.

Firstly, thank you for reading my novel it makes me feel proud I have a few readers whoever you are.

Secondly, believe it or not I have been juggling four college classes during the summer while still taking time to write this, and well finals are upon me. I need to put my focus towards passing my classes and thus going to put off writing, but not completely.

Lastly, I have been reworking my previous chapters from some helpful advice from the community here, thanks Unice5656. So chapter 4, Harsh Methods, will most likely be delayed so I can have it on the same standards as the reworked chapters will.
