《Fox Squadron》Chapter 7 - Tali

Tali was glad to be given the rest of the day off. It gave her time to study the schematics of her fighter as well as finish going over upgrades for said fight. So she headed back to the quarters that she shared with Orin. They had each been given their quarters based on their designation. Each of them roomed with their wingmate with the only exception being Micheal and Tiara the two Cadet wing leaders who were bunked together. She was very nervous when she had first been told she would be bunked with a Terran male. She just didn't have a lot of experience with male and from what she had been told they could be quite aggressive when trying to find a mate. But after a week though she was fairly sure that Orin wouldn't try anything though there had been some confusion when it came to her age.
For some reason Terrans seemed to think she was under aged. This had led to multiple misunderstandings and in one case a fight. The misunderstandings were simple to deal with. All she had to do was inform them that she was in fact seventeen and and now two years an adult. This at least passifided them even if they weren't always convinced. The fight had been a little more difficult. It had happened the one time she had left the Frayin section of the station. That was when she ran into a middle aged couple who had absolutely refused to accept that she was an adult. Even when she told them her age they simply said that's not adult age. The man had then attempted to grab and drag her to a security checkpoint. This had ended with her drawing her sword and defending herself. The man had only reserved light injuries but this still somehow warranted a full security team and Lieutenant Colson being called. It was these types of confusions were the main reason she tended to limit how often she interacted with Terrans.

As soon as they had made it back Orin had said something about "tacking the guys out" before getting cleaned up and leaving. She on the other hand pulled up the holo schematics of her fighter. They had all been given permission to modify the fighters using Frayin technology. Colson had already had them modified with Frayin energy drives and sensors. This was a good start but based on what she was seeing the power generator could put out considerably more than what was being used. So the first thing she added was shield emitters. These hadn't even fazed the power draw. Even after adding four wing and one nose mounted plasma cannon the generator still had power to spare. It was actually a little scary how much power something that small could produce.
After asking Nayomi to run the upgrades through some simulation while she took a moment to relax. The station's temperature had been a little on the warm side all day, though Nayomi swore it was still in normal variation. This is what prompted her to take a nice long and cool shower. It had been pleasantly surprising to find out that she got her own personal bathroom with a full shower. Normally only Ace pilots got their own. So she slipped in to undress sense she really didn't want Orin to walk in on her in that state
Alongside the shower there was a full size wall mirror, something that would normally be a luxury for a Cadet pilot. Tali’s tail swayed as she looked her slender body up and down in the mirror. She wasn't the prettiest girl but she wasn't bad looking either. The problem was she really did look like a child when compared to other Frayin females. Was this the reason Michael seemed to pay so much attention to Tiara over her? She didn't know if it was but she truly wished someone would turn the heat down. It was starting to get hard to think.

As she stepped into the cool water of the shower a little moan escaped her. The water felt good as it ran through her long hair and soft fur only to seemingly cling to her as it transitioned to her skin. Yet still her entire core felt hot. She was starting to think something might be wrong. But this thought was thrown away quickly when a delightful smell drifted in.
She had just barely heard the door to her quarters open then close a few moments later. The delightful smell was definitely coming from the main room. She needed to find the source. It felt like the most important thing in the galaxy. She quickly stepped out of the shower and wrapped herself with a towel. The fact that she was still soaking wet didn't matter. The need was all that was important and nothing else. Spirits, her body felt so hot. Keying the door her eyes immediately fell onto the source of the smell.
There Michael was sitting on the edge of her bed talking to the other two males in the room. She had to be close to him. While they all stared at her she moved in front of Michael. "Tali what" was all he managed to say before she let the towel drop revealing her body to him. It wasn't the first time he had seen her naked but this time it felt like something more. One of the males behind her said something before rushing out of the room taking the other male with him. But that didn't matter.
She moved forward sitting down face to face on Michael's lap. He immediately placed his hands on her slender hips and moved them up her sides just a little. This sent sparks of pleasure through her body as she moaned. She learned forward into a kiss and found that the scent of Snowdrops was mixed in with his own. The kiss made her whimper, she needed to feel more of him. One of his hands slowly moved up her side while the other slipped around to her back, as he pulled her closer to him. It felt like she was on fire yet his touch felt so good. She just couldn't help but moan and coo as his hands moved up her body.
But before they could really get started the door opened and She, who smelled of Snowdrops rushed in with another female with her. She immediately crossed the room and pulled Tali away from Michael before pinning her down onto the bed. The other female pulled Michael out of the room. With him out of the room she refocused on She, who smelled of Snowdrops who was now straddling her. Michael's scent lingered around the pretty silver haired girl. If she could just get her permission would she be allowed to mate with him? Tali just managed to remove the girl's skirt when there was a sharp pain in her neck and everything went black.

Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.

The Sleeping Immortal
It's my first time writing, I'm going to try a mix up of LitRPG and Wuxia. God killed me while I was sleeping, and now I have the power to become a God myself just by well... sleeping. Ironic isn't it? Let's say it came as a surprise when I, Fiend Yuki, got killed by God. God, not wanting me to die as easily next time, reincarnated me with OP sleeping powers. Before this, I was just your average bum living in my parent's basement, sleeping and doing general otaku things. Now I have to worry about getting killed by Gods, kinda came full circle didn't it? Or I could just sleep and worry about it later... Yeah, I'll just sleep... Sleep sounds good. Yeah, it was until I woke up and found out I've become a toothpick and personal claw sharper of the world's strongest dragon while I was sleeping... I don't like being awake...
