I’m sia Easton. I'm thirteen years old . it’s weekend today. so we decided to go for hiking today.

I love to sleep but we are going for hike which I never done it before. I’m excited so i got ready little early. Its six thirty in morning. I’m sitting in the living room waiting for my brother and dad to get ready.

My mom, Hannah Easton. She’s in the kitchen preparing some snacks for us.

“honey, come here” she says

I put my backpack aside and walk toward kitchen. she handed me glass of milk.

I hate it. Who drinks milk at age of thirteen.

“mommy, I don’t like it and you know right” I said

“honey, you are still a kid. Come on, drink it up. You need more energy for hiking right”

“yeah, yeah, yeah. You win”

“and tell your dad to come downstairs”

“okay”

I don’t get it what the hell are they doing. Not even girls takes this much time to get ready. We decided to go at seven and It’s already 6:45 still they are not here.

I knock on dad’s room. The door is half open. He’s sitting on the edge of the bed putting on his shoes. Jonah Easton, my father.

“seriously, you’re still not ready” I say.

“honey, it’s all done. Just Wait a second” he says.

“fine. come downstairs”

“yeahh”

Iain’s already downstairs.

At seven we are all ready. Mom dad sits on the front seats and we’re on the back seat.

And here we go.
