1 A body consists of its base elements as well as the power absorbed from the outside world. This power must be unconsciously absorbed from a young age and therefore should affect the growth and shape of the body. This is why earth element users are usually of broad stature, air are lithe and light creatures, fire are powerful and imposing and water smaller and unassuming
2 This idea seems to be anecdotal and does not account for the myriads of variation found in people. The fat air user, the gaunt fire user, the earthen beauty or water giant. Though one seems to be able to make a guess of an element looking at a person there is no universal physical characteristics that can separate someone. The physical form may be more clearly related to diet or heraldry.
3 I agree to some extent with both speakers. For me the issue is as follows: are there unseen elements. Does the earthen beauty not resemble a porcelain doll. Maybe there are lesser and greater elemental combinations to the unseen eye or still completely unseen elements. These may account for physical variations outside of common beliefs.
2 If that is truly the case then the study of physical manifestations is indeed a fools errand as there is no way to see or classify the unseen in each person, even then the role of heraldry is most likely the predominant precursor to physical traits.
1 Taking the assertion of unseen elements as truth doesn't the practice have more value? Though more difficult isn't the prospect of discovering a mans power as well as future potential a valuable endeavor. Judging someone on sight may currently be imperfect but this does not mean the practice itself doesn't warrant further study.
3 An interesting practice but not one I think should be relied on in life or death combat. For what easier way to be skewered by an earth lance than charging what looks like a slender air user.

The Bound Dungeon
Pan was an ordinary boy, practicing to become a mage's apprentice. He lived at home, and worked for his parents. Until the day his family is attacked by a rogue necromancer and killed. Pan is kidnapped by the mage for his affinity for magic, and in a bizarre ritual, Pan's consciousness is transferred into a dungeon stone and bound by the necromancer to serve him and create an army of skeletons. Now Pan has to find a way to escape the magical clutches of the rogue mage, and if he can accomplish that, survive.

General Summary: Sometimes, the multiverse needs expanding. That's where I come in. But, unfortunately, being a deity isn't all fun and games (and is incredibly complicated), as there are always things working against you. Not even the God of the Multiverses can change that. Another Summary: Twelve souls were chosen to expand into the void surrounding the known universe(s), and were given a grace period in which they would experience a relatively safe expansion of their domains. Once that period is up, however, they are free to interact with each other...and what lurks in the depths of the Abyss, the Void, and the Primordial Chaos. I am one of those souls. And let me tell you, this shit ain't easy. Between trying to raise mortals into an immortal army, with which I can defend my domain, dealing with my children, and trying to maintain the balance between all realms of existance, I have my work cut out for me. Sigh. Now I know why, back on Earth, gods worked in mysterious, invisible ways. There's just too much to be done. Formerly called RE: Deity
8 132Silver Amelia
Amelia used to be a positive, brimming girl loved by those around her. Once tragedy had befallen, her view of the world has changed. Her sight was no longer filled with blooming flowers. Her eyes bore those of an actor. Her body knew what true pain was. Lastly, her heart was filled with the resolve to continue her Grandfather's legacy. The dream of a world that accepted diversity. However, in a series of events, Amelia was jolted with another realization. The ancestors of her family, Laurel's Royalty, descended from a being far from what humans could call a relative. Now, her ancestral blood forcefully awakened by a grand scheme, Amelia found herself unsure of her own identity and purpose. Would she live as a human and only lay the foundations for diversity? Would she accept her newfound identity and become immortal? Even so, no matter what option she chose, she needed to prepare on how to accommodate the Heroes summoned from another kingdom. _____________________________________ Author's Notes: This novel is a participant of WriTE This novel will be re-written after I finished it and gained more experience in writing.
