"Go on and kill me then, I'm not writing that." Jem takes a pen, "Fine, I'll write it." Note raises a silenced pistol to
Jem's head. With a crazed smile, he pulls the trigger. I jump as a second shot comes from behind. I slowly turn around and Zack stands over Tim.
Note puts on a blank face while bringing out a laptop. A distorted voice comes from it, *I'm truly sorry about your team. My men disobeyed me.* "You locked us up for three days!" He clicks his tongue, *Gladius and Fox are being released as we speak.*
"I'm gonna find you." He laughs, "Just remember you're still alive because you aren't corrupt." The girl runs downstairs asI turn to Note shaking. His evil stare freezes me in place, *Note is a psychopath that works for me. The man wakes up, "Kelly!?"
He runs over and cries over the woman. *Reede's corrupt reign will crumble under our feet.* "What has he done that's so terrible?" He pauses for a moment, *Find the hacker to find that out. Bolt'll fill you in. It's your turn now.* "What?!"
Zack laughs as the laptop shuts down, "Yeah, that's why he mentioned doing raids with you." "He wouldn't!" Note scornfully grins as the man sits down next to his daughter, "Will she be cared for?" Zack smiles, "Of course, anything your child needs." He hugs his daughter so tight, he could crush her.
Zack grabs his radio, "Jem and Tim tried to kill me and Note!" *Someone got to them?!* I want to out them so badly, but I would be killed too. My fists even shake at the thought, begging to have at the two. "Yeah, we're coming back without those traitors."
I bow my head, "Just take me back." Zack lifts my head up and looks me in the eyes, "This was for the better of
Peacekeeper." "At what cost?" I turn away and march off to the car. "They better be lying, Bolt."

Blind
Have you ever wondered what the blind actually see? For Damon, he can't even answer that question. He's been totally blind since birth. He has no concept of light or dark, no colours from which to reference. How is he meant to describe something when he has no visual context to work from. To him it's simply an abyss, or at least he thinks it is.. He doesn't actually know what an abyss looks like. But from the sounds of it, that's as close as he's gonna get to actually knowing what he sees. That is, until he enter's King's Wrath. Welcome one and all to Damon's story as he gains his sight after entering a game in which he must work hard to stay alive and fight to keep the one thing that will let him see what all other's take for granted. I am a first time writer and if you have any tips or if you spot any mistakes please let me know, as I will endeavour to make this story as shiny and polished as possible. Happy Reading!
