"Fuck."
Cyan's face slams onto the table groaning. In his hands were cards. Brick just laughs. "Hahaha! You know you can't win against me, Cyan!"
"Fuck you," Cyan said.
"I don't why you even try to win against," Lester mutters, cleaning his daggers.
"I need to win since the future platinum rank cannot lose a simple board game!" Cyan said getting up.
"But at this rate, you're gonna lose all of your money at this point," Basil said looking at the board game, Cyan and Brick were playing. Cyan slam back onto the table groaning.
"Because he's an idiot," Drake said laying on a couch. He brought the couch with his own money and put it in the inn despite Brick complaining.
"Now that's just rude," Lupin said from the table beside Drake. He was cleaning and seeing if there were any problems with Betty and Chad.
"It's the truth." Drake shrug. He then got up and walk out inn saying, "I'm going out on a walk."
Drake walks through the street uncaring where he was going. He then a someone or something watching him. He stops and looks around. "Strange." He shrugs and kept on walking. He walks into an empty street with no one around. People start to walk out of the alleyways wearing hoods, they surround him and pull out swords, clubs, daggers, and guns. One of the hooded figures walk up to him, they were bigger than the rest, and pull off their hood revealing a woman's smiling face. "How lucky we are that one of our targets walks out of the inn." She had a scar running her face and she was fit.
"Assassin?" Drake question.
"Yup. You piss off my employer." The assassin said.

"How annoying." Drake mutter.
*With the Rest*
"Fuck!"
Lester slams onto the table. Cyan laughs at him. "Who's losing now!" Brick collects his winning. Basil was comforting Lester. Lupin suddenly looks around and sniffs the air. The rest ignore him. Lupin equips Chad and grabs Betty. A dagger flew by his face barely missing him. The rest became alert and wield their weapons except for Brick.
A dozen of hooded figures surround them with a figure standing out. A white mask covers one side of his face and was dress like a jester. "How fucking annoying." The masked man grumbles.
"Why are assassins here?" Brick asks glancing around.
"Reasons I don't wanna said." Said the jester. "We were just gonna kill those three, but now you caught us, we have to kill all of you." He pulls daggers and points them at the adventurers and innkeeper. "So laid down the weapons so we can kill you."
"I'm afraid not," Lupin said.
*With Drake*
Drake looks around and sighs. "How annoying." The assassins point their guns and the one that didn't have guns start to charge at him. Their vision was then filled with white smoke. "Urgh!" Their leader turns to voice and yells, "He's running there!" The assassins run toward the voice but kept bumping into each other due to not being able to see.
Drake ran down where he came from but not before punching the nearest assassin. He didn't have his sniper rifle, he only has a knife and he was outnumbered and he wasn't gonna die trying.
He ran back to the inn and slam open the door to see assassins and the crew wielding weapons and ready to fight.
*Few Minutes Before*
"What do you mean 'I'm afraid not!" The jester yell with a vein visible on his forehead.

"You really expect us to let you kill us," Lester said. "What an idiot," he muttered.
"Who're you calling an fucking idiot! You laid down your weapons and then we will give you a painless death but if you refuse then we'll give you a painful death." The jester yell.
"Sir."
"What!"
"Miss York report that one of the target escape."
"What?" The jester said. "Fucking bitch. Always complaining about getting her paycheck cut but keep on letting her target escape." He made a gesture with his hand making the rest of the assassins drawing out their weapons. This made the adventurers and innkeepers tense.
The tension was could be seen between the two groups and could be cut with a knife.
*Bam*
The doors slam open revealing Drake panting and sweating. "Ah how annoying." He mutter.
"Well, well, well." The jester said. "Good to see that the prey come to join the rest."
"How fucking annoying."

An Infinite Recursion of Time
I always wanted to be taken to another world, and as they say, there are no atheists in the foxhole that we call real life. I prayed, and prayed, and prayed until one day, I opened my eyes to see my dream had come true. I also saw the axe of an orc bearing down on my skull. You win some, you lose some. A time-loop fantasy story written after getting into litRPGs a bit. I wondered what it would be like if I just went and wrote a story about all the things I liked in web fiction without holding back: time loops, RPG stats, certain character archetypes, and harems played straight. Please be warned of lewd descriptions and depraved sexualization. If nothing else, this will be a sincere work.
