First is the "Soviet Union" made out of "Lagnar", "Bumholia Kingdom" and the "Country of Ice"

Second is "The Liberian Empire" made out of "Falkreath" and "Morroth Kingdom"

Third would be "The United Kingdoms of Vallnica" but "The United Kingdoms of Vallnica" are isolated from the reset of the world ,they know about the main land the main land knows about them but the distance is too big to do anything

You won't be able to summon freely whatever you want there will be a cost for example a city prefab of 10,000 people would be 500,000 points

And to gain points your citizens have to work 1 citizen working 1 hour generates 1 point a citizen generates 8 points per day a city of 10,000 people would generate 64,000 points , out of 10,000 20 % are kids (in every city at least 20% are kids) and 8,000 people working 8 hours per day 8,000 x 8 = 64,000 points and 320,000 points per week + 40 % at least works in weekend so so 352,000 points per full week from 10,000 city
