《The Class Of Dan ThunderField》28-Dan's Big Attack!

“You seem quite an interesting one.” Reaper says as he wipes the blood off of his lips.
“Do I? You don’t interest me at all.” Carly says.
“You haven’t recovered yet Miss Carly! You need to rest!” Horrell says to Carly.
“I will be fine Horrell. Just heal the others here.” Carly says as she readies herself with the same defensive stance that Dan used against Umba.
Carly takes a deep breath and widens her eyes.
*Swish*
Everything seems to be moving slowly as Carly and Reaper stare each other in close quarters.
“HYAAAA!!!!”
*Bang*
Everyone covers themselves from the force that Carly and Reaper’s fist clash generates.
“WHAT IN THE FUCKING WORLD IS THEIR POWER?!” Evan questions.
“This is a battle of two master classes...Even a single clash can cause a great amount of distortion around them.” Fracia says.
*Bang*
*Bang*
*Bang*
The punches continued as no one was able to keep up with the speed Carly and Reaper were fighting at.
“Seriously...Are they flying?!” Luke asks.
“Not really. Both of them are using gravity to push them in the air.” Izumi says.
“HUH?! Izumi, you can see the fight?!” Elena asks.
“Yeah, it seems like I can but I am not able to see how many hits are dealt or anything like that. There are very few moments where I can see them slow down and wait and then clash again. That’s when I see them.” Izumi explains.
“Yeah...I get you. It’s pretty hard to keep up with those two but I am surprised you are still able to see them.” Jack says.
*Smack*
Both Carly and Reaper have a fist plumed in their face.
“They are pretty damn strong...” Fracia comments on the situation.

*Smash*
“CHE! CHE! CHE! CHE!”
It seems that I am back on the ground on my butt. I look at Umba approaching me at full speed.
*Tap*
I use both my hands to push me out of his punch.
*Smash*
That guy is using a hell lotta power to destroy me.
“You say that you don’t want to fight that person, does that mean that person scares you?” Umba asks me as I dodge another one of his punches.
*Swoosh*
“Not really, I don’t want to fight Carly because she scares me but because I know, I can’t win against her when it comes to physical strength.” I say as I use the houses to hop back onto the rooftop.
*Swish*
*Swish*
*Swish*
*Tap*
I calmly stand on a rooftop and on the other side of me is Umba. Umba smirks, “I didn’t expect you to actually become this strong. You surprised me with your strength brat!” Umba says.
“Why thank you very much.” I say with a smirk. “I never expected to have a hard time against you too but it seems that I might have underestimated you too.” I say with a smirk.
“Say what? wanna end this fight?” Umba asks.
“Huh?”
What is he mumbling?!
“The way you are now, you won’t last too long. Even if you stopped the blood from flowing out of you, you still have lost a lot of blood from all those cuts and bruises. If we continue longer I am sure that I will win but...For some reason winning against you like that pisses me off!” Umba smirks.
I smirk, “You are a good observer.” I say.
“Let’s end this then.” Umba says with a smirk.
That’s right...I will need to end this and soon because...That guy is also a threat and I need to get there before Gracie and the others...I will be there soon, I promise.

“TIME TO END THIS!”
*Crack*
Umba cracks his arm.
I take a deep breath. The only way to defeat him is...
I take a stance that used for by racer to race in marathons and stuff.
“It’s time to end this!!”
*Swish*
Umba rushes towards me.
“From the Tree of Hermes...SUPER SPEED!”
*Swoosh*
Super speed, my heels sent me flying towards Umba at a speed that’s even faster than light.
“What the-“
I grab onto Umba’s face.
“From the Tree of Aria: Sticky Wind!”
Sticky wind, it helps me stick an object to my hand via the wind around me. The greater the wind, the more the object gets tightly attached to my hand. The wind here is just enough that it feels like it’s going to rain. So it’s a good time to use it.
“RELEASE!!!!”
*Smash*
I took him to the training ground and released the sticky wind. Once someone releases sticky wind the force from sticky wind is much higher depending on the wind that is flowing around you. It also means again, it’s a perfect opportunity to use this spell.
“Guh!”
I got him to bleed finally but I need to end this fight! Right now, right away!
“FROM THE TREE OF ODIN...”
Lightning surrounds Dan.
Umba gets back up, “FROM THE TREE OF KRATOS...”
This is where the battle ends!
“LIGHTNING GUNGIR!!!!”
Odin’s spear, Gungir, made of pure lightning. This is my final strike to end this battle!
“DIVINE FIST!!!!”
A fist that is capable of destroying planets against a spear that is able to destroy gods! It should be quite obvious what will win!
*Charge*
“HYAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!”
I can hear myself screaming at full might pushing that spear towards Umba.
“GRAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!”
I can even hear Umba giving his all.
I will end this! I will get revenge for Mama Serena and all the other innocent people he killed! I will kill him with this attack!
If I don’t end it now, I will die and the others too...That’s why for the sake of them and myself, I need to end this fight!
*Splash*
XXXXXX
“Hmm?” Carly looks towards the training ground.
“Dan...Be alright...” Carly says silently.
“YOU SEEM TO BE DISTRACTED LITTLE MISSY!”
Carly blocks a kick.
“Tsch! I will deal with this guy first then I will run to Dan’s aid.” Carly says as she gets ready to fight with an offensive stance.

Outlook: The Stars (Consciousness Unbound Book 1)
The year is 2152. Rune Yahui is a nineteen-year-old failure, not having gained entrance to college or the military, with no significant prospects in life. Even worse, Rune is the poorest of the poor, hailing from the mega-slums of New Southern Chicago, the lowest pit of America. In a desperate last-ditch attempt to gain a future more lustrous than toiling the rest of his days away in abhorrent conditions in one of the near sweat-shop level factories that dot the megapolis, Rune signs up for the Virtual Citizen program, a program to cull the excessive world population by transferring just their brains into a video game. In a stroke of rare luck, Rune is admitted into the program and happily submits himself to the surgery and digitization process. Unfortunately for him, he wakes up several hundred years later than he expected... or does he? **Author's Note** This isn't a type of story typical to RRL. You may have noticed LitRPG in the tags, but it's a relatively minor element in the story until later. You may also notice Slice of Life is in the tags. This story is going to be slow and there won't be any power tripping until way later if at all. The focus will be on character development. That doesn't mean I won't still have action/excitement, however. I encourage you to give the story a try. Maybe it will be your thing, maybe it won't. Thanks for even taking the time to read this, and if you do give my fiction a try, I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, well, I hope you find something that you do enjoy. Happy reading!

Dream Dungeon
Welcome to the dream dungeon. Ely suddenly finds himself in a mysterious dungeon accessed only through sleeping. Many people are drawn into this dream world, confused and mystified. Those in this dungeon must kill monsters to survive; maybe even each other. Join Ely as he struggles to survive a ruthless environment. What replaces his rest is untold trauma. What seems like an innocent game trope turns into a nightmare. This is a story of tragedy and the path to ultimate power. All in the hopes of an uncertain survival. _________ This fiction has NOT been abandoned. I made a haughty promise earlier to not worry because I'll continue this series, and with things lately, I've only proved myself a liar. Further promises dwindled, and I've lost trust. So many things have been going on recently that I've been booked. I will refrain from making any future guarantees or promises as my busy schedule will stay with me for a long long while. Time for me to actually spend on writing and revising won't appear until at the least November 19. I won't say expect that's when I'll restart, but you can expect expecting it to maybe happen. That's really shallow. But with everything going on, I've let my small reading base down. I apologize. I still stick by my statement though that I won't abandon this project. I plan to stick it to the end, no matter the delay. Most importantly, thank you everyone; readers who both like and dislike my work. I appreciate your time spent on my dumb imagination. Stay toasty my readers in this winter season. Cheers. UPDATE: We're back on track. Thank you for your patience. Any future readers, heyo! Glad you're here. UPDATE 2: So far it's been 21 days since I last uploaded a chapter. The best thing done for any fiction, no matter how good it is, is that it continues, and I have a bad history with that. 1 fiction on hiatus and already more delays with less than 20 chapters in this fiction. I've been very preoccupied with adding more things to do in my life rather than actually committing to any particular thing. That applies primarily to this. I cannot abandon this, as busy as my future looks and will look as I get busier and busier. Someday, I hope, I will be able to sit down and just write. just. write. But for now, I ask for patience. I suppose I'm glad this fiction hasn't picked up so that I don't disappoint too many people if any really. But I need to commit and it's going to happen sometime and sometime soon. No more flowery words. I'll see you later. UPDATE 3: It's very evident I won't be able to pick up this story for a while. With AP Testing, competitions, and other things I am busier than ever. But I must complete this fiction. I have too. Until next time. UPDATE 4: It is now the summer. I owe everyone an apology. Chances are, nobody's around to see this, and that is okay. I only blame myself for this sort of brokenness of a fiction, not that it is actually that bad but I am just exaggerating it for dramatic effect. But what's not exaggerated is the severity of my broken promise. I apologize for my naive claims about finishing a novel that I couldn't finish and that I didn't have the discipline to finish. Nor the skills, really, I was and am still an immature writer. What is to place now? I want to make it clear I understand this is my fault. I will man up to this. And I will accept any criticism. I understand I messed up. Reading Stephen King's On Writing made it clear to me that I need to do two things:Read lots. And write lots.I have done neither. If I don't have the time to read often, how do I expect to write? I need to become more experienced. I need to become a serious writer. So if I want to dream of continuing, I need to at least fulfill both requirements. I enjoy writing. I haven't written seriously outside of school in a while. I planned to write this summer and finish this. I made a lot of promises that I didn't keep.So there's that. I won't enact any self-pity, or be foolishly obsessed. What I did was wrong, and I must deal with it. I let down readers. And I apologize.I hope I can find forgiveness. This is a writer's sin.I won't promise I'll finish this. I intend to finish this, at some point, because writing is fun and I want to write. But how things are don't reflect that. Maybe I'll finish this at some point. Maybe I won't. I won't be naive to make that promise.I thank everyone who has read this if this is the end. If not, and hopefully not, I thank everyone who is to read future chapters. I thank everyone who allowed me to live in the miniscule little dream of mine as I passed my days. I thank everyone who cares enough to read this. Until next time, peace everyone. Thank you. You are all great readers and great people. I wish everyone the best in whatever reading/writing endeavors follow you henceforth.
