Ahhh, this is bad.

Not for me, but for my group. These, hmm, demons? I don't know, I haven't seen one, yet. Yeah, these demons. They are.. not getting distracted by the darkness. What I meant is that they can see in the dark, and we're fucked. We can't see shit inside this dungeon, and Chris can't cast his fire spell..

So I have only one option.

Use both of my.., Well, I wouldn't call it an ability, more like a curse. The other one is a gift, so I'll use those cheats again.. as a last resort. What? I can't afford to have dead groupmates.

Chris: *whispering* Crap.. What the hell are those..? Those monsters can talk..

Xiel: *still whispering* They're demons.

Chris: Well, what are you waiting for? Kill them! (A very angry whisper.)

Xiel: Well, we.. can't. We can cut them, burn them, do all kinds of stuff but we.. can't kill them by normal means.

Vor: *whispering* What do you mean..?

Xiel: Demons can only be killed by special weapons, from what I've heard.

Vor: There's.. something like that?

Xiel: How the fuck haven't you all heard about these? These weapons are called "Hallows".

Reus: Yeah, Hallows came from the word Hallowed, which means Blessed. Basically, they're called Blessed weapons, but they wanted to make it.. cooler, for some reason, according to Kiie. I asked him about all these type of weapons. You can put magic attributes on normal weapons, like ours, for instance. But, if you already have a hallow, you can't put attributes on it anymore. Vice-versa, if you have an enchanted weapon. You can't bless it. The only difference of enchanted and Hallows is that Hallow users often have a holy aura around them.

Vor: Wait, what? Now there are magic weapons? What's better, then?

Xiel: That's easy, Enchanted weapons are superior. Hallows can only kill demons, and people, since they are weapons. However, Enchanted weapons can kill a variety of monsters. They're much more useful in dungeons like these.

Nyx: What the fuck are you all talking about? We're here discussing other weapons, while our weapons are basically useless right now, so I suggest we discuss a way for us to get to the loot first. We aren't getting anywhere discussing weapons that we don't have right now.

Reus: He's right.

Vor: You fucking fueled this discussion..

Nyx: Anyway.. any suggestions?

Vor: We could let the monsters here handle them..?

Right after Vor mentioned that, 5 monsters gathered and attacked the demons all at the same time. Unfortunately, none of them stood a chance against those demons.

Vor: Nevermind..

Reus: There's only one idea I can think of..

Xiel: How about someone distract those demons while we run downstairs and get the loot?

Reus: Yeah, that.

Chris: WHat?! But if you do that, then you'll basically guarantee your own.. death..

I wish that was true.. for me, atleast.

Chris: We can't even see anything in here! How can anyone distract them when he can't even see what he's distracting! Let's just go back..

Nyx: Light me up. I'll do it. (Guess I have no choice..)

Chris: See! No one will- what?

Nyx: Light me up, cast fire on me.

Chris: ArE YOU FUCKING STUPID? You do know that fire FUCKING BURNS YOU, RIGHT?

Nyx: No shit, of course I know. That's why I told you to light me up.

Vor: Oh yeah, Nyx burned for about 30 minutes while we were finding a water source some time ago.

Reus: Bullshit, no one can do survive that.

Xiel: Yeah, but if you really want it, then, Chris, light him up.

Vor: He has flame resistant clothes, by the way.

Xiel: Flame resistant clothes prevent fire from getting on your clothes.. Ah, fuck, these guys are dumb.

Reus: Nyx, this is stupid, but thank you for your.. suicide.

Nyx: Yeah, yeah, if I come back alive, can I get half of the loot?

Vor: Bro, are you really gonna be ok?

Nyx: I did survive a whole city, Vor. A few demons will not be a threat. You do know what you're all supposed to do now, right? Ok ligh-

Chris: "FOLIDA"

God, burning takes a lot of time to get used to.

Demon (1): I smell something.. I smell.. fire.

Demon (2): Yeah, we're all demons, we could smell that too.

Demon (3): But, what the hell is burning?

Then in the corner I appeared, shocking the demons.

Nyx: Hey.

Demon (1): A human that's already being.. cooked? Oh wow, I probably know what the boss wants here.

Demon (Leader): Just get him.

The demons chased me afterwards, like I've planned. I don't know where I ran to, but I didn't see them here, so I guess I went the right way. I might be running for a while..

Xiel: Go, RUN!

There were 2 ways on the 5th floor. Nyx, with the demons, went to the left, while we went to the right. I hope we're making a very good decision here. Also, I'm Xiel, the only one keeping this group alive.

Kiie said that there were 10 floors here, according to the hero. He also said that the hero almost got the loot but then was cut off by.. something inside. He also said that he was not in the mood so he didn't bother fighting it. How the hell are we supposed to defeat what the hero couldn't? We're all dead from the start, anyway.

There were no signs of demons on the 6th floor, or is it 4th if the bottom is the 1st? I'll call it the 6th floor. We took a 5 minute break because we were running for about 30 minutes, until Chris decided to cast the fire spell so we could see where we're actually going. God, I didn't even notice he was there.

After that, we continued to go explore the floor. There were no signs of paths diverging. There's only one single path, and there were no signs of monsters. Then, they all came at once.

Xiel: Reus.

Reus: Got it.

Reus jumped in front of Xiel, and plunged onto the enemies. Then, he swinged his axe in circles, clearing most of the enemies. Xiel then quickly casted a spell-

Xiel: "TWIG!"

Xiel multiplied into 5, and her clones climbed on walls and stayed there, like a ninja. Then, Xiel shouted-

"NOW!"

And the clones then jumped away from the wall to the other side of the wall so fast, it looked like the roof was covered by another layer. Then, the clone layer moved down fast, killing all the monsters in one go.

Vor: Damn..

Chris: A.. guillotine...

Xiel: Wooo, that was easy. Nice job, Reus.

Vor: Wait, if you could do that, why didn't you do it from the start?

Xiel: Every time I multiply, I get gradually weaker because my strength is being equally separated to each of my clone. So, that technique is mostly for cleaning up monsters. That's why I always get paired up with Reus, you see.

The monsters that attacked us are a bit strong. They were human-like monsters but they're animals.. somehow. Humanoids. They're common in dungeons, but the monsters that attacked us ambushed us, which is unusual, because humanoids usually just charges right at us. Weird.

Then we continued. The floors below has the same type of monsters, and we did the same type of way to destroy all of them.

By the time we noticed, we have already reached the last floor. The 10th floor. Knowing that the thing is in this floor, the thing that defeated the hero, we were clearly scared. But, I gripped tightly on my staff. Vor and Chris also seemed like they were going to fight now, I don't know what Vor could do, but I could definitely use Chris.

I could see it, I could see the end of the dungeon. There was a blinding white light coming out of the room at the end, and we all knew that there was something.. something waiting. Then, Vor talked.

Vor: Fuck, why are you all still standing there? Let's go.

Then he ran towards the room.

...

Nothing happened. Vor then sticked his head out and said-

Vor: Oh come on, I need help here, it's hard carrying all these.

Then, the 3 of us went inside, and saw what we expected. Diamonds. We all then took out each of our bags then stuffed all that we could get. Although, the only thing that's missing is that unknown item that the demons were saying..

It felt.. anticlimatic. Nothing happened.. so what was that thing that the hero couldn't beat? Ah fuck it, let's go back, we already got what we need it.

Demon (1): HOOW THE HELL ARE YOU STILL ALIVE?

I have been running for about an hour now.

Demon (2): WHERE THE HELL ARE WE ANYWAY?!? I'VE LOST TRACK.

Demon (3): IT'S THAT GUY'S PLAN ALL ALONG!

I've lead them.. somewhere.

I think we're on the 9th floor now. The monsters that swarmed me all got destroyed by those demons while chasing me. Why couldn't they just let me go? *sigh*

Demon (4): Leader, the reinforcements are here.

Nyx: Shit.

Then after a while, I found the last floor. The 10th. I immediately saw a.. violet light encompassing the whole floor. The violet light comes from that room.. the room at the end of the floor. That's where the loot is..? I thought I was going the wrong way. The demons slowly caught up and saw the violet light.

Demon (Leader): From what the King said, it's here.

Demon (2): How could you tell?

Demon (Leader): The violet-fucking-light. It's so obvious.

Then without hesitation, I ran to the violet light.

"And I've made it!" is what I would've said, but there was a pointed object coming out of my chest. I got fucking pierced again.

I looked back to see what pierced me, and it was a.. scythe? That was unusual, there was no demon who was holding a scythe. Then, a black flame embodied me..

Nyx: Aw.

Then I played dead, because why not? I'll see how these demons handle this... this.. monster?

The monster isn't really a monster. It was more like a human mixed with an animal, and was holding a scythe. The monster has a wolf for a head, and a body that was like mine, a human.

The demons all charged at the wolfman, and with the single swing of the scythe, the wolfman singlehandedly destroyed all of the demons that were charging at him.

Wait, the wolfman actually reminds me of something... wait, wait, I need to take him down first. This should be easy, I have a plan.

I stood up, and looked at the wolfman.

Nyx: Hah, a scythe doesn't suit you.

"ANTISTROFI!"

I reversed time to make sure I still have my pole. The wolfman attacked and swinged his scythe, cutting me in half. I immediately regenerated, and the wolfman pierced me with his staff. The wooden pole broke, so my plan was useless. I had to reverse again.

"ANTISTROFI!"

I reversed time again, and I got my pole back. Then, again, I reversed my time.

I reversed it on the point where I got pierced on the scythe. The wolfman, dumbfounded, immediately swinged his scythe, cutting me again, but I continued to reverse until I was pierced back on the scythe. It didn't work. So I had to fight the wolfman using a wooden pole. I didn't stand a chance. Without immortality, or this rock, I'd be dead by now. So, like what I did to all those knights, I jumped on the ceiling, it was high enough to do a diving.. attack.

After landing, I charged at him in order to close the distance between us. Then, I reversed my time, teleporting me above him. I dived right into his scythe, and he swinged the scythe again, cutting me in fucking half, again. After my body get halved, I reversed time again, then I appeared, right infront of his fucking wolf face.

"God, I hate furries."

Then I threw the pole.. in the air, on top of his head. I quickly reversed the time again to the point where I was above him, and also above the pole. I kicked the pole downwards, and the kick made the pole went straight through his head, like a bullet, and onto the ground. Talk about fatalities, damn.

Now that the main obstruction is gone, I could go in now.

The violet light encompassing the whole floor is because of this room.. So I went inside.

There was nothing inside the room. Nothing, except the scythe. The same scythe that the wolf used.

Wait, what? I then looked outside the room if the scythe was still there, and as I expected, it wasn't. It got transported in the room, somehow.

Is this like a.. holy weapon or some shit? Like in games? Maybe this wasn't a side quest after all!

I took the scythe, and felt a black flame embodying me, like earlier. But, it didn't hurt, unlike earlier.

*RuMBLE*

*Sigh* What the hell is it this time?

I looked out and saw.. demons.

A lot of demons. Maybe this was the reinforcement they were talking about, earlier?

*Grin*

Such a nice way to test out a brand new weapon.

Demon ???: ALL OF YOU! SURROUND HIM!

*grins more viciously*

Am I going to have to take out a whole army, again?
