Demon

How the fuck did this happen? Well I know how but … fuck Chief is going to kill me for knocking up his neice. I'm a dead man.

I shouldn't have said it wasn't mine. I shouldn't have left her alone to deal with it. What is she going to do? Will she keep it? I guess I should go back and talk to her.

I was on my way back to her room when I was caught by my little sister. "You are such a fucking asshole, Brian Fallon."

Holy shit am I in trouble. I stood in front of her shocked that she was swearing at me and using my real name. She hasn't called me Brian in years.

"I know, Venom. Call me what you want I don't care." I told her. I can't deal with her little bitch fit right now, I need to talk to Rip.

"Did you know she was so scared of telling you, afraid you would bail out her. I told her my brother wouldn't bail and leave her to deal alone, I was wrong and you aren't the brother I thought you were." She was in tears by the last sentence.

She pushed past me and ran down the hall. When did my little sister stop looking to me as her brother?

Probably when I yelled at Rip and told her the baby isn't mine.

I need to clear my head and go for a ride.

Ripper

Once I had finshed crying and talking things through with Venom, I had made my decision on what to do. I can't raise a baby on my own and what am I supposed ro say to it when it starts asking about its dad? It's ok baby, dads always been just down the hall?

I decide to call the clinic tommorow and book the abortion. I lay on my bed and rub my stomach. "I'm sorry baby, I can't do this alone."

I may end up regretting my decision for the rest of my life but I know its the right thing to do.

Morning comes and I get up, dressed and ready for the day, schools out for the summer so I atleast don't have to deal with them. I book an appointment for the abortion and am told to go in the following day. I rub my stomach and go to the kitchen for breakfast.

Chief is sitting in his normal spot drinking his morning coffee, when I walk in. He looks up and smiles, "I hear congratulations are in order."

I frown, confused. "What are you talking about?"

"The baby. Demon announced it lastnight."

That mother fucker. I stormed out of tge kitchen and went straight to Demons room.

"Open this fucking door, you cunt!" I yelled banging on his door.

A sleepy eyed, shirtless Demon opened the door. "You told everyone? Are you that fucked in the head that you first tell me its not yours, then you tell the whole fucking club about it."

"That's why you were banging on my fucking door? It is my kid right? So why can't I tell my fucking brothers about it?"

At this I'm so angry that I just blurt it out. "Because I'm not keeping it, you dumb fuck. I can't raise a kid on my own!" He looks shocked and a little hurt but that could be a trick of the light. "You should be happy, problem solved and you can get back to your man whoring, carefree ways. No old lady and best of all, no kid."

I turn away and run back to my room, oblivious to the small crowd of members that had heard every word.

Demon

I watched her leave, speachless. The next thing I know I'm staring at the ceiling with a sharp pain shooting through my jaw. Chief comes into view glaring down at me.

"You better fix this Demon. If she gets an abortion then you better start digging your own grave." He said while still glaring at me.

The crowd in the hall left, not one of my brothers offering to help me up. I deserve that. How the hell am I going to fix this? I thought announcing the fact that she was pregnant and publicly claiming that baby as mine would make everything alright. I made evrything worse.

I pull myself up from the floor and make my way to her room. I knock on the door before entering. She is laying on the bed, her back to the door, crying.

"Why does he hate me Venom? I actually thought that he was coming around, that I could fall in love with him, stupid right?" She whispered between sobs.

"I don't hate you. I was surprised when you told me babe. I'm sorry I reacted that way, and I'm sorry I told everyone without talking to you first." She turned around at the sound of my voice, her eyes going cold. I had never seen her this mad or upset before.

"I won't change my mind, Demon, I can't raise a baby on my own. Especially not with the father right down the hall fucking his flavour of the week." Her voice was cold and void of all emotion.

"You won't be alone," I said thinking quickly trying to come up with a way to make her stay with me and keep our baby. "Marry me."

A bitter laugh escaped her. "I won't trap you in marriage you don't want with a women you don't want because of a child you don't want."

"I do want this, babe or I wouldn't have said it. I want you and I want our baby." I hadn't realised I wanted a life with her and our kid until right then. "Marry me."

"No, now get out." She turned away from me, expecting me to just leave.

"No. Fuck you are the most infuriating woman I have ever met. Why can't you say yes and just fucking marry me? When are you going to realise that I may just fucking fall in love with you too?" I shouted.

"What?" She was now sitting on the edge of the bed, watching pace and frustratedly run my fingers through my hair.

"What? You want me to be on one knee declaring my love and asking you to be my wife is that what you want?"

"No, thats not what I want Demon. I want you to look me in the eye and tell me that this is what you want."

I stopped pacing, took her hand and looked her in the eye, "This is what I want, so cancel the appointment at the clinic, make obe for a scan and say you will marry me, please."

"Ok, I will marry you."
