《The fashion consultant | Sherlock Holmes x Reader|》|Chapter19:Cigarettes|

I was in the middle of my morning hot tea when John called.
"Come upstairs, Sherlock's being a nervous wreck." I hummed hanging upstanding from the chair I was in taking a large gulp of the hot tea before emptying it in the sink.
"John I need something!" Quirking a brow when I opened the door Sherlock saw me and pointed to his room. "Room. Sex now." I scoffed walking over to the couch.
"I'm not in the mood. I was having my morning tea." Having a seat on his designated chair Sherlock kept rummaging around looking for something.
"Is this about the cigarettes?" I whispered to John who nodded and Sherlock whipped around to me.
"You're the one who found them? Where are they, my secret stash? Mrs Hudson!"
She was right by the door when he shouted that, I went on with filing my nails ignoring the conversation until John blurted out about harpooning a dead pig.
"Of all things, I don't think harpooning a dead pig is a good way to spend your morning." Sherlock scoffed moving me around so I was on his lap.
"I would be having my way with you if females weren't so annoying." His whisper sent a shiver down my spine. Sherlock smirked.
"Sherlock don't go forcing her into anything," John spoke rustling his paper before there was a single ring on the front door.
"Single ring," John spoke while folding his paper.
"Pushed slightly too hard."
"Client." They both said In unison.
"Guess I'll be going to my apartment." I breathed out, standing from Sherlock's lap. "I'll go let them in." Leaning forward I kissed him briefly before walking off.
....
It had been half an hour so I assumed they'd taken the case. Not sure when I'll be seeing them I decided to got out grocery shopping. The moment I left my apartment Sherlock stood there waiting for me.

"I'll be going out on a case for the next few days with John. I'll let you know when we return."
"At least something can settle down your restless mind." I breathed out and Sherlock nodded tilting my head to kiss me roughly. Humming against his lips as his tongue slipped into my mouth I had an urge from him not to leave. But Sherlock pulled away smirking at me. That tease. He left with John so I went about my day, although wondering what Sherlock and John were doing it's best not to look too much into it until they get back.
....
Dorris, a professional woman as a lawyer wanted me to redo her wardrobe. Every three months I need to replace or add clothing to her wardrobe until I've made a whole wardrobe for her. This is the second season I've gathered a large number of outfits for this season. My phone started ringing while I was going through some clothes in one of many stores today.
"(Y/n) here." I breathed softly moving my fingers down the garment... Wool 60%, polyester 5% and cotton 35%. Won't make her itch. I passed it to the employee that stood behind me.
"Dear I've come to your apartment and you're not home. A kind lady Mrs Hudson has had to make me a tea." I let out a long sigh also grabbing a coat to go with the woollen garment.
"Mother I'm working. Did you just go around to my house to inspect the place?" She laughed a little into the phone.
"Well yes, and I called to tell you I've found another place if you want it." Scoffing my eyes rolled.
"Mother I'm fine where I am. Now, will you please leave Mrs Hudson alone and stop bothering me while I'm working."

I hung up the phone. Spinning my heel around to the lady holding fifteen different items my gaze went to the PA Dorris had come with me to take back the clothes.
"That's all for today. All you need is with that employee. I have a fly to swot at home."
Travelling home in fifteen minutes it seemed mother didn't get the memo and a few men were carrying out my belongings.
"Hey, those are mine put them back down to the apartment they belong in!" Shouting this they stopped for a moment. "Mother!" I roared trying to find which room she went in.
"Up here (y/n) dear." I wanted to slap her in the face.
"I'm am not some child needing punishment. I live and rent this place with my own money you can't just...." Sherlock sat opposite to my mother pouring her some tea which he doesn't normally do for anyone.
"Oh, right I forgot to halt their jobs. I'll go talk with them. I'll be back in a moment." She stood walking out of the room.
"Sherlock, what are you doing having tea with my mother while my apartment is being taken apart?" I whisper shouted at him and Sherlock placed his afternoon coffee down.
"I'm being nice to her. Obviously she's not one to befriend so easily and I thought it'd be best if we're on friendly terms so you're not disowned by your mother." I sighed making Sherlock stand. "Not even going to ask how the case went? That's not like you." I giggled as his arms went around me into an embrace.
"I assume it was good because of your mood." Sherlock smiled going to kiss me until mother came back into the room.
"They're putting everything back where it should be. Now, little miss trouble making. You know (y/n) would go around disappearing for hours on end waiting for someone to find her."
"Mother," I whined hearing Sherlock chuckle behind me.
"Anyways. Sherlock told me how much you mean to him so don't break this relationship muffin and try to stay away from trouble. Ta ta." Mother left and I turned raising an eyebrow to Sherlock.
"You turned my own mother against me." Sherlock just laughed bringing me in for a kiss.
