"Wow...you're old" I was slightly baffled, could he not have been a bit younger? moon goddess?!

"So not only are you a rogue, but you're also a kid" he sighed rubbing his temples as he sunk into the leather chair tucked behind the desk.

"I'd hardly call myself a kid" I frowned, I've probably gone through more hardship in one day that he has his whole life.

"This is exactly why you should let me leave, I'm not mating with an old man" Okay, so maybe I was over exaggerating just a bit.

He looked up at me, just staring for a bit, "I-

He was about to say something but someones footsteps interrupted.

"Is everything alright in here?" The blonde girl shoved past me and entered the room, "I'm Katerina by the way, the Luna" She grimaced as she walked besides him and sat on his lap.

It definitely stung, "she's sitting in our place" my wolf growled, shush, our place is not in his lap, I'm not his child.

"You could be though" my wolf snickered, shut it, the age difference is not that big a deal...

"Great, looks like Katerina has everything covered here. I should be off then" I smiled awkwardly and rushed out of the room.

"Don't go, our mate is here" my wolf whined, I ignored her and kept walking trying to find that room so I could wear something decent enough to run in.

"If you leave, you'll hurt us" Her voice echoed through my head.

I don't care, I'm not going to stay here with a bunch of strangers who'll never accept me or ever understand why I did what I did.

"They will understand if we just explain" she groaned in desperation.

She stayed quiet after that, thank god, sometimes it's like theirs another person inside me.

Technically the wolf is my subconscious, I guess a part of me really does want to stay, but I pushed those thoughts away because I finally found the room.

I ditched the dress and started rummaging through the closet for anything that I could find, a t-shirt or jeans of some sort.

I turned around and jumped out of fear, I was so distracted I didn't hear him coming, I'm guessing he came after me.

He stopped in his tracks after seeing me, it took me longer than it should've to realise I was only in underwear.

A sweet smell engulfed me, I could hear footsteps coming closer to the room I was in with the rest of the council members. We were discussing methods on how to prevent rogues breaking the rules, they were increasing in number every single day, those disgusting mutts, I can't stand them.

The smell was getting stronger and my heart was beating faster, I didn't know what was going on.

Until I saw her. "Alpha here's the rogue, the one who was messing about on our territory" Leo spoke as he dragged in a girl, her face was bloody and her arms were bruised, Leo's hand was clasped around her arm, his nails dug inside her, it made me angry to see someone's hands on her, I was confused.

But when we locked eyes, I figured out the reason.
