.

A girl who is four years old was crying while sitting on the park bench.

This girl was Katelyn, today there was a business party at her house and her parents didn't want her in the house so they asked one of the servants to take her out.

The servant was a girl in her teenage years and was irresponsible like right now when she should be with Katelyn. She just left her in the park and went to meet her boyfriend.

Katelyn didn't know why her parents didn't let her stay in the house. She didn't steal candies or troubled anyone then why?

But she didn't ask that to anyone? Otherwise, her mommy and daddy will be angry and hit her and she didn't want that. So she stayed silent and did what she was told.

After a while, a group of little kids approached her and started bullying her.

Causing her to cry, it wasn't that she didn't want to fight back but one kid against a group of kids, is not possible and them talking about her family which was a sore spot for her.

A while later a boy who was 11 years old came to the park. He saw the little girl crying and went to her and hugged her tightly, the girl hugged the stranger back and cried.

Vladimir coaxed her and whispered sweet things to her and she finally stopped crying and looked at the stranger and said: " Sorry I made your shirt wet ".

Vladimir chuckled and introduced himself and asked her name and she too introduced herself.

From that day the two were best friends despite the age gap. Vladimir's family loved her too. But whenever they asked her about her family she changed the topic or didn't answer them.

They too didn't pressure her much and didn't think much about it. Vladimir's mom loved cooking and taking care of the plants with Kate. His dad every day told them an interesting story. And his siblings also became good friends with Kate.

Everything was good for 2 years until Vladimir's family had to move back to Russia. That day Katelyn and Vladimir cried very much.

Over the years Kate didn't remember much about them because most of her memories were filled with her family abusing and hating her.
