I woke up the next day and surprisingly I didn't get any nightmare. It's one of the rare days I didn't get a nightmare. I did my morning routine and wore this.

I made chocolate pancakes and orange juice for breakfast. After eating I made my way out.

I made my way to the bus stop. I got on the bus and plugged my earphones in and start listening to 'dynamite' by BTS.

As I went to the front as usual Stella was waiting for me. When she saw me she rushed towards me and hugged me.

" Hey El, " I said pulling away.

" Hi Kate," She said.

" Let's go to the class," I said

" Ok," she said and hooked my arm with her's and we made our way to the first class.

It was now lunchtime I and my friends were sitting and chatting.

" Hey Kate so your birthday is coming what are we going to do this year," Ava said.

" Why don't we go on a trip our fall break is also about to start " Jay suggested.

" Sure why not, " I said.

" Ok perfect we will decide the destination but it will be a surprise for Kate," Stella said.

Everyone nodded there head in agreement.

After college, I went to Dominic's cafe with Stella.

We went inside and I hugged Dominic and said " hey how was your day ".

" It was good what about you," Dominic said pulling away.

" you guys forget about me hmm " I heard Stella say.

" Sweetheart how can I forget about my cute girlfriend," Dominic said as he went towards Stella and they start making out.

I cleared my throat and said, " guys, please stop kissing in front of me and reminding me that I am still single".

They immediately pulled away and Dominic said in a stern tone " you little missy are not going to date till you are at least 30 ".

" ok dad whatever you say," I said playfully.

" So babe we are going on a trip for Kate's birthday you are going to come right," Stella said to Dominic.

" Of course I will come, " Dominic said.

After chatting for some time we started working after my shift was over I went home and took a shower and changed into an oversized hoodie that reached till my mid-thighs.

I went to the kitchen and made garlic bread for dinner. After eating I cleaned the kitchen and did the dishes and went to my room and cuddled my plushie and went to sleep.

It was now a day before my birthday and the second day of the fall break. Today was the day we leave for the trip. And as decided they didn't tell me where are we going. I am excited about the trip but I don't why I am getting a feeling like something is going to happen. I shrugged it off and ate my breakfast.

Oh little did I know that my gut feeling was right.

I waited for Dominic and Stella to pick me up. A few minutes later my phone ringed. It was a message from Stella saying that they were here. I grabbed my suitcase and backpack on my way out. I made sure to lock my apartment before heading down.

I get in the back seat and said: " hey guys".

" Hey, Kate, " Both of them said in reply.

Dominic started driving. My and Stella's favourite song ' Perfect' by Ed Sheeran started playing.

"I found a love for me

Stella sang

When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath

Soon we reached the Airport and we met up with Ava, Mason, Elijah and Jayden.

As soon as they saw us they pulled us In a group hug and I said: " Hey guys ".

In reply, I got hi's and hellos.

We all pulled away from the hug. And made our way inside Elijah's private jet. Yes, Elijah's family was rich and they have their private jet.

We all get settled in. " Hello everyone this is your pilot please put your seatbelts on as we are going to take off. " The pilot said. I put my seatbelt on and plugged my earphones in and start listening to music.

After some time we all watched Conjuring. During the movie Stella, Mason and Elijah were screaming like little kids. After the movie was over we had lunch and I went to one of the rooms took a nap.
