Air exited my nosetrils warmly holding a knife with Romano out sight,he ran to his office

I slowly lowered the knife seeing the young woman stirring his coffee

She giggled

"I never seen young master smile that wide before...he must really love you"

My eyebrows furrowed remembering his darned smiling face

I rose the knife once again

"tsk!love?bullshit! that toad is just purposely annoying me because of-"I stopped wide eyed and looked at the girl with a shocked expression in her brown eyes

She rushed towards me and took the knife

"I think I'll take care of the chopping " she said

She layed the knife on the wooden chopping board then carried the tray with coffee

"I'll be back"she said politely then walked

I grabbed a glass of water gulping it in anger

It's only the start of the marriage and he is breaking the rules!

I heard footsteps behind me and saw it was Romano behind him was Rhius holding the coffee while in a slight bow.Her posture was still and composed,she looked like a statue

I shot a glare at him

"what?"I asked in a hostile manner

"One of my friends insisted on gate crashing and will be joining us for dinner ..."he informed

"you have friends?"I asked in an innocent sarcasm

"Let me help you,that pig can eat a massive amount of food"he said walking into the kitchen

"stay right there Romano..."I said"I cant stand your face right now and I might not know what to do...I don't want to end up in an Italian jail"I said raising an index finger

"a what?"he asked in a chortle

"I would like Rhius to help me"I said

"Very well"he said facing the bowed girl and took the coffee

"I told you not to do that in my house"he said in a firm voice

Rhius flinched then bowed lower in fear

"sorry master"she apologized in her delicate voice

"I told you not to call me m-"he resorted in a sigh

"Get my laptop I'll be in the receiving room just in case the fury preditor decides to attack my wife again"he said and shot a wink at my direction

My eyebrows wrinkled

Rhius bowed then walked

He laughed while he walked to the receiving room

I took a good amount of air in my lungs and blew it out to compose myself

How will I get that cassanova to stop?I hate the way he is playing with me!I am not the one he can play with his tricks!

"you really hate it do you?"a voice asked

I swiveled around seeing Rhius

"It amazes me, the young master actually has humour "she said conversationally

I let out a laugh,how can this young girl roast him having that composed face?

My laugh crumbled as I realized she is not joining me

"I-I g-got it when I was in the mansion"she said

I turned around and looked at her

She is like 15 years of age and those scars showed time...it was done when she was younger

"That house...what is it like?"I asked

She shrugged

The tension in here eyes were now gone

"it's like any other house out there,it has rules,just like any other rules it has consequences"she said

Just what in the world is with the house these two lived in?

I wanted to ask more questions but that question already made her uncomfortable.

I bit my lip thrn carried of with cooking

I noticed she took fast but unsteady glances at my direction

I shifted my mind to how to get back at that man while I chopped the onion

The metal knife made a sound as it hits with the wooden board syncing with Rhius chopping beside me

My knife made the last sound as my hands stopped

"you are smiling"she said as if I am not aware

"uh-huh I sure am,I just had a brilliant idea!"I said

"Come on Rhius!lets make a delicious food for Niccolo's friend"I said

The table was set then I noticed Rhius disappeard

I went to Mama's room and saw it was empty

That was odd...did something happen?

I walked to the receiving room to ask Romano

While I was walking through the hall when I met a dashing man in a blue suit.He has blue eyes and curly blone hair in a faded cut.

"Dio mio"he whispered

I saw Romano appear behind him

"Remember Luke,my wife"he emphasized as he walked towards me

then I had an idea for revenge

I walked pass him and greeted his friend

"you must be Luke I am Andrea"I smiled widely

Shock was visible in Romano's face

"you must be hungry come on"I smiled at Luke handled him to the kitchen

I shot a last stare at Romano and saw his face has darkened again

I am in trouble am I?

We sat down and I was about to sit beside Luke but Romano grabbed my wrist and sat me beside him

He took a sip of water keeping his eyes on Luke and his hand still held my wrist

"So you are the girl who finally snag this heartless assho—piece of meat"his words changed track seeing Romano's darkened eyes

I laughed

I talked to Luke the whole dinner and ignored Romano and I must say I enjoy it!

I hope this dinner will not end or I hope Luke will not leave,not because I like him or anything it's because I am scared of what Romano will do after this

We were busy laughing when fist pounded on the table

Romano made his ignored presence known

"get out Luke"he said

My face straightened in shock

"what?I was just having a chat with Andrea "he said

"you are finished eating now go"he said

It was another shock to see Luke's hand rose in silent surrender then looked at me

"I have to go,someone's jealous"he said then winked at me

His shoes echoed as my heart pounded in fear

I shouldn't have ignored and embarrassed him

"what was that about?"his voice sent chills down my spine.I tensed in my seat seeing him stand from his chair and standing beside me with his arms on the table his scary eyes looking down at me burying me in my chair

"A-about what?"I asked innocently

His fist pounded again making me flinch in my seat

"you made me look like complete fool infront of that asshole!"he said in anger

"w-well Mr.R-Romano you shouldn't have broken my rules..."I bravely said

He let out a dangerous smile

"Its like any other rules,it has consequences and the consequences I shall decide..."I said standing from my seat

He laughed

"well then amore...rules are made to be broken right...lets see who breaks the rules the hardest and we shall see who taps out of the marriage agreement first"

I gulped...

tap out?what?is he serious?

I thought feeling a bit scared

I let out a smile

I will not tap out... I 'l just break his rules harder...
