《Falling For His Nanny [Book #1]》Chapter 24

We haven't heard from Natalie since that day in the parking lot. Shortly after Levi ordered a restraining order against her, she vanished from off the face of the earth all over again.
Instead of spending everyday looking over our shoulder and waiting for her return, we decided to simply move on. And that should she make a reappearance- we will be ready for her.
"Lemonade?" Haley offered.
Nodding, I took the glass of ice cold lemonade from her hand. Taking a sip of the fresh beverage, I released a content sigh as the cool liquid traveled down my throat.
Haley took the open seat on the lounge chair beside me, a glass of lemonade in her hand. "Still no news from Natalie?"
"No, thank God," I told her.
Police have been working hard to track her down since they found traces of her DNA in Declan's room. I kept telling Levi that once she's arrested and placed behind bars we won't have anything to worry about. But he remains on edge.
"How's Declan been dealing with it all?"
"Truthfully, I don't know. His therapy sessions have been going well. And strangely enough, the nightmares have stopped. He hasn't spoken a word since that day, but his speech therapist believes he will talk again."
"Well that's good to hear. He's such a strong boy."
He really is.
Smiling, I watched from my seat as Declan happily played and splashed around in the pool with Paxton, Everett and Haley's oldest son.
Even though we were given the okay to return back to Levi's house a few days ago, I've been coming by not only so Declan could see his cousins and take his mind off the craziness of his mother's return, but so I could spend time with Haley. We've become quite close in those few weeks during our stay here.
As for Everett, not so much. We'd exchange a few words here and there, but that's about it. I thought maybe he hated me for sleeping with his best friend. But after speaking with Levi, it's clear now that he's just being cautious and protective of his heart. Which is understandable. I was the same way with Ivy when she first started dating Beau.
My phone buzzed, my phone screen lighting up. My heart did a flip at seeing that it was a message from Levi.
Just got off work. Are we still on for tonight?
Despite the little incident with Natalie, things are going strong between me and Levi. Our relationship, which still does not have a label, is growing.
Yes. Are you finally going to tell me where you're taking me, so I can dress accordingly?
We would've gone on this date weeks ago if it hadn't been for a certain bitch deciding to wreak havoc upon her return.
I think this date will be good for us. It will allow us to explore a different kind of intimacy. One that doesn't necessarily involve the act of sex.
And hopefully, I will no longer feel like such a mistress in our label-less relationship.
No.

So you don't care if I wear sweats?
It doesn't matter what you wear, because you won't be wearing it for very long.
Now I was really curious to know where we were going. My dirty mind immediately thought it would be involving some filthy, filthy sex. And knowing Levi and his high sex drive, that's probably what he has planned for us tonight.
What are you planning Levi Isaacs?
You'll find out soon enough, Laurel Emery Flynn.

"Put this on," Levi instructed, handing me a silk black blindfold.
I stared at the soft material, raising a brow in curiosity. "Do I have to?"
"Yes. Now hurry and put it on."
Nervous, I felt his eyes on me as I slowly did as I was told. I couldn't see a thing. Which had my stomach stirring with excitement.
"Can you see?"
"No."
"Good."
We weren't in the car for long. It felt like it had been a twenty minute drive, maybe less. I heard and felt as Levi parked the car, before pulling the key out of the ignition and taking off his seatbelt.
I swallowed, still nervous. I gasped lightly when I felt him reach over me to unbuckle my seatbelt.
It's strange not being able to see when you want to. It's both nerve-racking and thrilling. I'm forced to rely purely on my other senses, which seems to have been heightened.
I can hear the car door being opened and closed. I'm sitting in the passenger's seat, patiently waiting and wondering what Levi has in store for me.
The door on my side is opened, a cool breeze hitting my bare skin from the simple black midi dress I'm wearing.
Rough fingers grab my hands and gently pull me out of the car. Not used to being without my sight, I slightly stumble forward in my heels.
Levi's quick to grab and steady me, his hands on my hips. "I got you."
My face reddened hearing him say those three words, because it immediately reminded me of our first time. He'd said those three words just before I climaxed on his cock.
I shouldn't be thinking about any of that right now. I should be focused on our date.
"Can I take the blindfold off now?" I reached up to rip the blindfold off my face, but was stopped by a hand grasping my wrist and pulling my hand away.
"Don't! You'll ruin the surprise."
"But I can't see," I protested, disappointed and eager to see what kind of surprise awaits me.
"Do you trust me?" He asked lowly, his breath tickling my ear.
"Yes."
"Then trust me when I say I've got you."
My grandmother's words came to mind, reminding me to let him take care of me. So I took a deep breath and nodded.
Trusting Levi, I allowed him to take control. Placing my hands over his, which were still resting on my hips, I gave them a light squeeze.
Maintaing slow, even breaths, I listened to the sound of his soft voice as he guided me towards the surprise he had for me.

"Watch your step."
When we finally reached our destination, Levi stopped. I could hear some sort of classical music playing softly in the background, along with what sounds like the gentle trickle of a water fountain.
The blindfold was removed. I blinked, my eyes taking a second to adjust to the light.
I looked around the room, appreciating the zen-like feel it had to it. Candles were lit, the lights were slightly dim, and two white massage tables were were waiting to be warmed up by our bodies.
I felt calm and comfortable. I also felt a little tired, but Levi didn't need to know that.
I turned around, smiling up at him. "Are you going to give me a massage?"
"I would, but I plan to get one as well. After all, I figured we both could use a relaxing day away from all the drama happening in our lives right now."
I nodded, turning back around. "I suppose this is the part where I take off my clothes?"
I pulled all of my hair to one side, his fingers moving to unzip me out of the tight fitted dress.
My lips curled up into a smirk, hearing him hiss from behind me. "What the hell are doing to me, baby." His fingers skated over the sheer black lingerie set I was wearing, his heavy breathing loud in my ears.
Peeling the dress off my body, he let out a throaty groan. The smirk on my face grew, his eyes settling on my ass and the thong barely covering it.
"Fuck. I'm about to cancel this shit," he growled, smacking and squeezing my ass.
I turned around to face him, pushing his hands off me. "No. We didn't come all this way to just have sex, Levi. We came here to go on a date."
"How the hell am I supposed to focus on anything after that little strip tease?" He whined, his rugged features showing a sign of utter frustration.
His hand shot out to grab me, but I side stepped out of his reach. I shook my head. "Later."
"Later?" The pain in his voice made me snicker, prompting him to send a glare my way. "This shit is not funny. I'm so hard it hurts."
Approaching him, I began rubbing him through his jeans with my hand. "Don't worry, baby. I'll make you feel so much better." He grunted in response, unable to concentrate on anything but my hand. "Later," I added, pulling away from him.
He cursed. "You're going to regret that, babygirl."
I shrugged, angering him even more with my dissmiveness. I was probably going to regret it very much. But I can worry about that later. Right now, I'm going to enjoy this massage.
Stripping out of the rest of my clothes, I grabbed the towel that was neatly folded on the massage table and wrapped it around my body.
Levi did the same, his movements as stiff as his erection. I was starting to feel a little bad leaving him like that, but there was nothing I could do about it now.
My attention shifted to the door, two beautiful Asian women dressed in white garments stepping into the room.
"Welcome back, Mr. Isaacs," one of the women said with a bow.
Back?
I looked over at him. "You've been here before?"
"Mhm. I bought the place a few days ago."
"What? You bought a spa?"
"Well actually, it's a Hotel Resort and Spa. But yes, I did."
"Not that I mind, but may I ask why?"
"I bought it for you. I wanted you to be able to come here and relax whenever you needed."
Damn.
Now I feel really bad about teasing him. "You didn't have to do that for me, Levi."
"I know. But I wanted to."
****
"Wow," I said with a satisfied stretch. "I feel so much better now."
I've never felt more relaxed. My masseuse's hands were like magic. She massaged out every tense and achy muscle in my body. I feel like I'm floating on air.
Levi pulled out my chair, motioning me to take a seat. Thanking him for his chivalry, I sat down.
"I'm starving," he commented, sitting down in the chair across from me and looking through the menu.
Missing Declan, I sent Haley a text message asking her how Declan was doing.
I looked up from my phone, surprised that Levi hasn't wanted to call and check in every ten minutes like he normally does. He usually freaks out if he's away from him for longer than thirty minutes.
My phone rang, Declan's smiley face popping up on my screen. I answered the video call. "Hi Declan!" I whisper-yelled, not wanting to disturb the other guests in the restaurant.
Upon hearing his son's name, Levi reached across the table and snatched the phone out of my hand.
I smiled at his excitement, watching the way his eyes sparkled and his smile stretched as he spoke with his son.
"What?" Levi questioned when he ended the call and handed me my phone back.
"You're such a good daddy."
"I really am trying."
"I know. And I'm so proud of you."
A waiter stopped by our table to take our order. Levi ordered for us as the menu was entirely in French and I couldn't understand or pronounce a single word.
The waiter nodded, writing our order down. "Merci beaucoup(Thank you very much)," Levi said, before the waiter took his leave.
"I didn't know you spoke French."
"I spent most of college in France. It's where I met..." His words began to falter and he cleared his throat. "Sorry. I don't mean to-"
"It's okay. I don't mind."
"You don't?" He questioned in surprise.
"No. You don't need to spare my feelings. I'm a big girl. If you want to talk about Natalie, you can."
I knew hearing her name leave his lips would bother me, but I was willing to endure it if it meant Levi would open up to me more.
"Let's save that for another time. Right now I want to hear more about you."
"What do you want to know?"
"Everything."
