Part 62

Angel's Pov 

"Please tell me why am I dolling up again?" I asked Benny with a pout. 

"Because you are going on your first date." I shook my head in denial.

"No, I have already gone on so many dates with Blaize so no it's not my first date. Now I can wear something less sparkling?" I raised my brow at her and she glared at me. 

"Technically it's your first date after you two married each other so yeah this date is worth dolling you up." She said and put a dress on my bed.

I sighed and huffed. It's all because of Blaize, he should have made it a secret between us. Why did he even text Benny to dress me up?

It started when Blaize got back today from his meeting.

Flashback 

At lunchtime I was completing the file of his current project when he came after his meeting with Adrian. 

"Hey, how was your meeting?" I asked him sweetly. He gave me a nervous laugh and said, "pretty bloody" 

"What? Bloody? What are you saying?" I asked, scared. 

"I mean we didn't like that investor and then things got violent but we all handled the situation. Now there won't be any mess made by them." I looked at him with a frown.

Why do I feel like he is talking in a riddle? I shrugged and let that go. 

"It's ok, I'm glad that you handled that but please take care of yourself. You still need rest for your wound." I told him and walked near him.

He pulled me on the sofa and put the bag on the table which he brought with him. 

"You had your lunch?" He asked me and I shook my head in denial. 

"I knew it, that's why I bought you lunch." He said and pulled out my favourite sandwiches. 

I gasped and clapped my hands happily. "Oh my god, thank you so much Blaize. I have been craving these sandwiches since morning." 

"Why didn't you tell me then?" I bit my lip and looked down. 

"I didn't want to disturb you or anyone." He sighed and pulled my hands to him. 

"Please Angel, if you need anything even the stupidest thing, just tell me okay. I'll get you anything you want, even if I'm damn busy but nothing is more important than you." He said kissing my palms. 

I smiled and nodded. "Okay, I'll tell you. Now can I eat them please" I am being very impatient for these sandwiches, it never happened before. 

He chuckled and gave me a sandwich. I happily ate it while Blaize kept chuckling at me. 

Then he cleaned my mouth even when I told him that I have hands I can do it but does he ever listen to me? Nope. 

"Angel, I wanted to...ask you something, can I?" He asked after cleaning the table. He looked very nervous.

I took his hand and kissed it, so he won't feel nervous in whatever he needs to ask. "What is it? Temme."

"Angel, I. .I. .I mean, will you go on a dinner date with me tonight?" I was quite shocked that he asked that. 

A billion dollar smile occurred on my lips and I nodded happily. "Of course I'll go, what did you think? I'll say no? Blaize, I'll go anywhere you take me. Anywhere. I love you so much." 

He pulled me on his lap then cupped my face, dropping his head and he kissed me passionately making me moan. 

I could feel butterflies in my stomach dancing like a maniac. I moved my hands in his back hair and tugged them hard while he continued his magic of kisses. 

We let go of each other when the need for oxygen kicked in. 

I was breathing heavily while he looked like he didn't just kiss me breathlessly.

He smirked and put a tendril of hair behind my ear, I looked down as I can imagine my face looked like a tomato. 

"I love you too, you can't even imagine how happy I'm right now" he said showering kisses all over my face making me giggle. 

"Okay, but I should start working again before anyone comes inside and -" I didn't even complete my sentence when Bryan entered the office without Knocking.

"Seriously guys? You don't have any work then gluing to each other." He said rolling his eyes and I sighed. Yup that's what I was about to say. 

"You also don't have any work other than spying on people's personal lives" Blaize said, commenting him back. 

"Of course I would also like to show them the right path then following some love blindly." I shook my head at him and stood up from Blaize's lap.

Blaize glared daggers at Bryan and he chuckled in return.

"Okay I know when I'm not needed" Bryan said and left the room. 

"So Angel-" Blaize started but again cut off by Bryan. 

"I just want to remind you guys to lock the door before you start throwing each other's clothes off." I gasped and Blaize stood up to chase Bryan. 

But before that Bryan ran out of the office. I laughed out really hard on their Childishness. Seriously no one can say that they are the most dangerous businessman to cross with. 

"You look really cute with this beautiful laugh." He said hugging me from behind.

"Nope, stop. I don't want him to walk in again in the middle of something." I told Blaize sternly.

"Oh really, in the middle of what exactly?" I giggled again when he nuzzled his head into my neck. 

"Stop Blaize, tell me about this dinner date today. Where are we going and how do I need to dress?" I asked untangling from him. 

He sighed and pulled out his phone, he texted something then looked at me. 

"I already told Benny everything so she will handle what you need to dress with, and about where we are going then that is a surprise." He said booping my nose.

"That's not fair, she will doll me up." I pouted and he chuckled.

"Then you should go now, you'll get some rest too." I opened my mouth to deny it but he held me shoulder and pulled me gently to the door. 

"Adam will take you home, so buh - bye." He said and Adam came in front of nowhere. 

He planned it already. "Okay but don't overwork yourself. You need rest." I told him and kissed his cheeks before leaving with Adam.

He chuckled before flying kissed me. I giggled and went with Adam.

After Adam left me at home, I decided to take a rest because I don't know why but I'm feeling very dizzy suddenly. 

My sleep was brutally broken by Benny, she showed me time that it's already 5pm and I need to be ready at 7pm.

"Benny, I still have time." I said sleepily. 

"Nope, don't be silly, it's your important day." She forcefully took me to the bathroom and asked me to take a bath so I won't be feeling sleepy anymore.

After sleep got sided I got really excited for this date, I'm going out with Blaize after so long. 

I wore the bathrobe after bathing and came out of the bathroom.

That's when this started, Benny showed me so many sparkling dresses like I'm some kind of Disney Princess who is going to meet her charming prince. 

"Please Benny these dresses are so sparkling, I don't want to overdress or something." I pleaded and she sighed. 

She pulled up a cream color dress, "Okey how about this. This dress is simple yet elegant" 

"Yes it's lovely but it's off shoulder. How am I going to wear it." I pouted and she sighed again before smiling like a radiant sun. 

"Wait here, I have something for you." She said and went out of the room. 

I shook my head and looked between the swarm of sparkling dresses, I love this cream color dress but I don't like this off shoulder thing. 

"Ma'am your coffee" I heard a made came into my room. 

"Oh thank you so much, and please do call me Angel." I told her and she went out after passing me a beautiful smile. I think she is new here because I have never seen her before. 

I smelled my coffee but it did something very bad. I had to put coffee on the table and rushed to the bathroom.

I puked my guts out and my head felt very very dizzy. Oh god what did I even eat? I washed my mouth then and brushed my teeth. 

I was even feeling a little pain in my stomach, I think the sandwiches were bad. 

I thought about that and came out of the bathroom. I think the coffee wasn't good or with an expiry date because it never happened before.

"Angel? What's wrong? You look really pale." Benny said coming into my room with a jewellery box. 

"Yeah I'm good, I'm just confused with what to wear." I lied because I didn't want to worry her with anything. She is already doing so much for me. 

"Oh for that, see I have this thing. Shoulder jewellery. It will look really good with your off shoulder dress. Now will you wear it please?" She asked with innocent eyes and I sighed. 

"Okay I will." She clapped like a happy kid and made me sit on a chair so she could make my hair, she again made a messy Bun with my hair and completed it with sparkling hairpins.

She then helped me in putting the dress on and it fitted me perfectly. I like how it flowed down like a river. 

 I really wonder how Benny has dresses which always fitted me. 

She then gave me that shoulder jewellery and helped me in wearing that. After that she gave a butterfly earring with pink diamond on it and many bracelets for my hand. 

"Benny it's only dinner date, not my wedding. Why do I even need to wear these many things?" I asked her while she was searching for the matching heels for me. 

"Well you need to wear them because they also need someone who can compliment them with their beauty which you are doing perfectly." She giggled and took out cream coloured heels, thank God it doesn't have that high heel. It's looking beautiful yet elegant just like my dress. 

"You know my mom always says that beauty is not on people's faces, it's in their eyes, who sees the world beautifully." I told her and she looked at me with a very very beautiful smile. 

"You are truly an Angel." She chuckled and moved to do my makeup. Again she didn't use much except, foundation, compact, liner, pink eyeshadow and pink lipstick. 

Wow it's still too much. 

"Perfect" Benny said and we heard a knock on my door. 

It was Adam and he said that Blaize is waiting for me at the venue. 

Thanking and hugging Benny I went out with Adam, I asked him why Blaize isn't here but he said I'll see Blaize at the venue. 

He also speaks very less like Nathan. I wonder where Blaize found these people.
