We suck at predicting future. And our judgement is even more clouded when we've excess dopamine rushing through our brains. So we may hear things like "I will always cheer you on", "You will always be family", and "I will always love you". There's no always. Eventually everything is transient and ephemeral, even the earth we inhabit. So when you hear the word always, take it with a grain of salt.
