I cut the cord to after our second baby has finally arrived in this world. I go to stand beside Alissa as she starts to close her eyes. I kiss her lips.
"I'm proud of you baby. You done amazing. We got two handsome boys. Rest up okay. I'll tell the others and allow them in." I say against her lips she nods her head before kissing me again then drifts off to sleep. I stare at her moving the loose hair from her face before i pick up our boys and look at them with a smile.
The nurse opens the door for me. I roll my eyes as she looks at me with lust. I walk down the hall to the waiting room. As i walk in, all there heads snap to me and Mia rushs to me taking one of the boys from me.
"Oh he's gorgeous. He looks like you. They both do. Even got your eyes. Mam and dad would be proud of you Alessio." Mia says with a smile. I smile back at her wishing they was here to meet there grandsons.
"You can come into the room now. Just keep it down Alissa is sleeping." I tell them. They nod there head with a smile as we head back to the room.
We was allowed to leave the next day. As Alissa had a shower and got ready i changed our babies and put them in their car seat. I place a blanket over them to keep them wrapped up warm. I sit down and wait till Lissa is ready when she is i grab the car seats and we exit the ward and hospital.
It takes 20 minutes to get to the penthouse. We get out the car, i grab Xavier's car seat while Lissa grabs Lucca's. We walk inside ignoring the stares and the gushs as some people look at our babies.

We head to the penthouse. We put the babies down and Mia comes and picks Xavier up as Jay holds Lucca. I grab a hold of my wife from behind wrapping my arms around her as i lay my chin on her shoulder.
"Proper family now baby. We got our Mafia family as well as our babies." I say to her. She giggles and turns around in my arms placing her arms behind my neck.
"Si, we do bello. One big family minus Victoria." She says making me laugh as i look at her with love before i kiss her.
"I Love You." She says.
"I Love You Too Baby."
