“We aren’t here to cause you or the sapient trees any harm.” The construct started out trying to ease the worries of the tree. Of course mere words wouldn’t be enough but it should be enough for a start, which it did. 1
“I guess you have no need to lie to me, seeing as you could wipe me out without even being here.” The tree responded, there was still a familiar tension in the air but it had significantly lessened. “So what are you two? Who are you? Where are you from? Why are you here and when did you even arrive?” The tree immediately shot out the five W’s asking everything that was on her mind. It was obvious that the tree was very talkative, seeing as she had talked a lot when she knew that she wasn’t in immediate danger.
The construct chuckled slightly, of course he would be amused by how the tree acted. This tree had no one to talk to for hundreds of years and when she was finally able to talk to someone it was as if talking to devote followers that preached about their religion. The tree felt as if she could talk to these two beings like how her children talked with each other, as friends.
“One question at a time please, we have all the time in the world afterall.”
…
“So you are saying that one over there is the creator of this, what do you call it?” “Reality” “Yes that, and he created you because he was bored?” “Yes, most likely.”
“Did he create me?” From the look on the construct's face the knew she asked something unexpected, she was really curious to know though so she didn’t really think much about it.

“No.” The construct stated as if it was the most factual fact out there. “He would never even consider doing so, you gained sapience all on your own, which I have to applaud you for as you are the first living things to ever be, besides us of course.”
“What about the time there was this wave of destruction that killed all my children?” She said accusingly, she had already put two and two together but she wanted to have confirmation. Though no matter what answer he would give she wouldn’t be angry, she received much more than she lost so all that there was now was curiosity.
“Ah yes, can’t say how long ago that was since Ben messed with time to fix it but that was my doing.” The construct and Ben had long been seated on one of the many out-stuck pieces of bark from the tree but he couldn’t help but fidget around a bit. At the time he didn’t really feel anything about causing the shockwave but knowing how the tree felt he felt the slightest amount of guilt, not nearly enough to affect him but it was there.
“Why did you do it? I guess it had something to do with the night sky but it couldn’t be just that, right?”
“What I created is called the Universe, Ben, the Creator, created the planet, Sun and Moon out of his own body but he tasked me with creating the Universe. It is a vast emptiness filled with planets and stars such as the Sun but nothing there is sentient, there is a purpose to it all but that is only for Ben to know and for us lower beings to find out.” The last part might have been said as a joke but it didn’t make it less true.

“You’ve been calling him Ben and Creator, what is the difference between those two names?” It was a primitive question but nonetheless the way his construct addressed him confused even him, was all that Ben could think. Ben was currently basking in the Sun's rays enjoying the view and sometimes listening into the conversation his construct was having with the tree.
“Ben is his name, Creator is his title. You too have a name right, maybe a title even?”
“My children call me Mother Vita, I liked it so it stuck. And by title, sometimes they refer to me as the Tree of Life.”
“Vita, fitting name. It means life in Latin.” Ben chided in for the first time during the conversation. Though he would’ve just called the tree yggdrasil if it was up to him but he thought Vita would be fine too.
Ben stood up after he said that as he wanted to explore the places where the Arbor lived, the name Arbor he had given them truly fit with the name Vita of their ‘mother’. He had given his construct a look and he had understood it immediately, after which he left vanishing from everyone's perception.
…
[Vita Pov]
After Ben left, me and his construct remained, he had called himself as such so I started to call him so too. I had many more questions to ask and I was going to ask as many questions as I could, I was lucky in that regard. That he also wanted to converse with someone instead of the same person for so long.
“What does Latin mean?”

The Helena Chronicles
Espers are really no different than humans; they look like any normal human and in general behave like any normal human. However, there are a few key differences. The max life expectancy of espers ranges from forty-five to fifty. They naturally have a knack for mathematics and are extremely intelligent in general, this is because their abilities rely on the subconscious and conscious calculations. They also have a mysterious energy source they call Focus that is generated naturally by all espers. The continent of Elestveeve is populated by three major factions, each a governing force. On the west of the continent, there is the Noble Houses that subscribe to the Deity Faith. The Houses ruling with the Deity Faith as council since the religion's founding four-hundred years previous. Controlling most of the northeast is WITCH, an organization ruled by powerful espers; claiming the mysterious Genesis as their capital, they are a whispered myth among much of the continent's less technically advanced residents. In the southeast you have Tech City, a towering monolith of a capital with four sky layers and metropolis' leveled deep underground; it is a city brimming with technical advancement and cyber integration. Each faction contends with one another for their evolutionary ideology, by devout religious worship to receive miraculous gifts, unique genetic lineage to obtain ESP, and technological integration to become something more than human. Helena, a young genius and esper, awakes in a dark room with only fuzzy memories and the company of seven other children. She must determine how she got there and how to get back to where she came from. Warning: Due to time constraints, I don't have the time to keep up on my three stories; therefore, Helena will need to go in a stasis chamber until I can find more time to write between work and life. I love my first girl so much! however, it seems she is the least popular among the fans (the poor girl T_T). This world is much bigger than my other two novels and I'm not giving up on it, but simply having to put her on ice.

Impossible Devices
Twenty years after the start of the new millenium, the world was largely at peace. Crime was at an all-time low in most nations. No large scale conflicts between countries currently existed, and the people of Earth had even begun to see hope for the future. In the year 2020, all of that changed. The first occurrences of the interdimensional reality altering zones occurred. Named 'Dungeons' these supernatural and alien existences unleashed monsters and mayhem upon the world. Only after considerable loss of life and adaptation to the new world order did people begin to rally back. The discovery of a strange artificact item in one of the dungeons allowed humanity to develop powers far beyond their wildest imagination. This device worked on principles considered to be impossible. It was not the only one. Items of super-science and magic were discovered inside the dungeons of the world that could not possibly work according to the known laws of physics. Yet, they did. A special school was built to train young people so that they could specialize in dungeon exploration, in the defeat of monsters and the acquisition of the Impossible Devices.
