Me and Adira are standing at the front door.
“ What’s it like?”
“What’s what like?” I ask.
A small fist collides with my leg
“ You know like the outside. What is the outside like” She slowly came to hid behind my leg as she said that. Her eyes on the door. She shivered slightly in the cold. It was at this point in time I truly looked at her
. She had a small braid of silver hair and deeply purple eyes. Hmmm are those natural human colours. The novel didn’t really care much about her appearance other than her eye colour and hair colour but do humans don’t usually have purple eyes right? When I was a dragon the elves came in all shapes and colours. Flavours to. But their wasn’t many humans around… no wait she was a human… Kung.
Small amount of drool where constantly being wiped off her mouth. She didn’t have the hunger in her eyes. Now there was only fear. It was a simple fear that I have forgotten about long ago. Fear of the unknown.
Originally I plan just to carry her out a window. But now I want my escape to be different. I am going to walk out the front door. Kill all the guards without leaving Adira side than leave to raid the local church for participants who I will use to frame this hole thing on the church. In other words I will dump a lot of holy people blood here. Trust me Adira!
But before that. Adira needs clothes. If I am suffering through clothing than she needs to. It's only fair.
“Adira go back though the house and take any clothing that looks like it might fit. You probably won’t find anything but just get close ok… Or you’ll get cold and die.”

Adira look into my eyes. Than she nodded her head. “ ok. Death bad.” Than once more she ran away making sure her hands were ready to catch her fall when she was close. She was sprinting as if I would run up and kick her. No it’s pretty good that she doesn’t trust me. If she felt no concern towards me than she would be stupid.
While she does that I raid the kitchen for all its Knifes and forks. I think about taking the spoons but they feel less like a weapon for throwing and a deadly torture device. So I don’t because of my bias feelings towards spoons. Spoons are stupid.
****
A few minutes after I returned to the front door.
Adira return. My god. She wearing a crown. And a red robe that looks like she cut sleeve holes in a blanket given how much it drags on the ground. This isn’t what I said. Ha is that dragon scale gloves on her hands.
“ What is this?” I can’t help but smile at this. I send her to get clothes and she comes back with a treasury . How did she even find this. How could a small noble family have this.
“ It was so cool. I found a hidden room with a giant cross inside it and like thousands of like small plates of gold. And in the center was this super shiney hat and an extra soft blanket. And you said valuable so I thought the shiny hat and soft blanket must be the most valuable thing in the word so I dumped any idea of getting a shirt and went with this. Instead isn’t it cool”
I like her already. I can tell where going to be good friends. It isn’t time for me to build my dragon money cave but when it is the crowns going straight in. But let's keep that between ourselves for now there no reason to tell her let.

Ok now in the kitchen I found like seven knives. Lets hope theres no more seven people from her to the tree line where my dragon sexy time painting painting.
Now before we go. I have one last thing I need to do.
********
He reached for my throat but instead stokes my chin. Then with a tug be pushes it up. Now me I am staring directly at his eyes. It hurt a bit But I feel like I should be quite right now. There's a madness is his eyes. He takes knee and as he does so his hands slide up to my face. Once more he makes our eyes meet. I try to turn way but he grabs the side of my head with one hand while he places his other hand on my back. He is strong I knew that before but it's a different sensation when he moving you like a doll. He pushes my back while forcefully keeping my head in place. It hurts as he does so he say in a deep voice. It's not a human voice. It's like the shadows themselves are speaking. I fell his voice just as much as I hear it.
“ Chin up and back straight and walk straight. When we walk past this door you simply need to do these three things. Do not stop. Do not hesitate. Do not think. Know this you are my thing now. I do not share my things. Much less lose them. And I WOULD NEVER! EVER LET ANYTHING TAKE WHAT IS MINE. And you are mine. Even if the world needs to die to make it so. You shall be mine.”
And it was at this moment I think I became his. As his strong and powerful hands pressed down on me. The weight felt like it would destroy me. But I knew he wouldn’t. Because I was his. It felt like these hands would stop anything that tried to destroy me. Because it was at this moment I became his. I nodded to him. And he smiled at me.
I was his. I now understood what that meant.
But I did not know back then. That I truly felt like I was his.

Another world
For some, this old story would always be altered, but the outcome was always the same. 'The Evening Celebration.' Some blame humanity for provoking them, while others accuse monsters from another realm, and a few believed it was all merely the devil's fault. There is now a killer in the city. Attacking all the young ladies, pulling something from within them, and abandoning them on the doorsteps of their loved ones. Exactly similar to the old story. Will this issue ever be resolved, or will it be the start of something new? Ignoring the matter is also an option. Continuing with their everyday routine is generally a wise decision. That's just for the time being, of course. Till the plot leads them to someone they should have never encountered.
