Wow, a month has passed grinding. Let's see my progress.
Day 1 of grinding: It's quite hard, taking control of my spirit and energy, probably due to the fact I have a lot more than I used to have. To think that I used to be in the mortal realm. I'd also started studying the knowledge I had from the truth.
Day 2: The formulas and knowledge had extraordinary effects on me! I'd only digested small bits and pieces with some help from Robert. They gave incredible benefits just for comprehending them! Not only did I gain some spirit and mind, but I also got a skill called intense concentration which boosts my thought process on what I'm making, which helps to grind in many ways.
Day 3: I gained a new skill called energy control. You can tell what it does from the name, control energy.
Day 7: I found out that skill levels are proficiency levels. Another thing to note is that my skill, intense concentration has leveled up to 7.
Week 4, Day 1: Skills can evolve. My intense concentration became intense clarity, which makes things more clear, obvious, and allows me to concentrate even better.
Week 5, day 4: I started to train my reality bending skill.
