《Tourism Record of the Origin Dragon》Record 023: Titles

On the paved road connecting the town near the Origin forest and the Northern Kingdom's capital city, four uncanny individuals are running like flying. Their figures are blurred due to the speed but anyone can clearly see that they aren't a group of human because there is a huge brown blur along with two other green blurs.
"I've never ran this fast before." The only human in the group says in excitement. He has trained mainly in STR and VIT with a tiny bit in AGI and DEX.
In this world, Speed isn't that important despite its seemingly overwhelming effect. When someone wants to move fast, they can hire a Speedster who can cast Wind Walk to share Speed with them. This skill might sounds overpowered but its effect only works for moving and will dismiss when doing something else.
The brown streak running behind them is a huge wolf. He wants to say how pathetic this human is to not know about their world where Time seems to be slowed, but all he can do it barking incomprehensibly.
"Brother iss aw.. awes.. great!" One of the two green streaks - lizards, the older one, says. He can't pronounce 'awesome'.
Being a Ranger, he has also trained in DEX but neglected AGI for SPI. Because he was born with Green scales which represents Nature element, his parent had decided that he would be a Ranger and had him train in DEX. Luckily, before they wasted his Stat Limit on training AGI, they found out he had second aptitude to Earth when he accidentally cast Earth magic as he mimicked the tribe's druid. A Nature-Earth Ranger means a Trapper Ranger, thus they had him train in SPI, a mandatory stat for Trap Skill and Magic.. As for why his parents had to decide everything for him... his intelligence is lower than the average lizards.
"Don't compliment me if you can't speak properly." Despite being the younger brother of the other lizard, the Speed Ranger doesn't seem to have much respect to his older brother. After all, they are only one year apart.
"Aww... meany!" The older lizard speaks in a childish manner.
Since young age, they had trained DEX together but his brother had always had a few more points than him. Then when he trained SPI, his brother had helped him a lot, to the point the Speed Ranger gained a few useless points in SPI, wasting his Stat Limit. The older has always felt guilty about this but his lacking intelligence doesn't let him express his feeling in words well. Still, he always acts like he is the younger one as compensation for that.

"Yet you complain well." The older lizard sighs quietly.
Although they are running at wind-breaking speed, due to the effect of Wind Walk, they don't feel any pressure nor have their voice muffled by the raging wind. In fact, they are almost running on the wind itself.
"Aww..."
"You two have been quarreling every now and then. Do you even remember why are we heading toward the Northern Kingdom capital?" The bare-handed fighter runs to in between the two lizards.
"To resscue the Dragon of Ge..gene..." The older lizard tries to answer that rhetorical question.
"Dragon of Genesis." The younger continues his brother's words in annoyed tone.
"I still don't get why your kingdom calls him like that. Doesn't that word also mean Origin?"
"The reason why we call him Genesis instead of Origin comes with a history. If you visit one of the kingdoms in our Alliance, you can find the reason in any big Library."
"I don't think I can live that long... After we rescue him, I will be his Exp..."
"You are despicable. That honor is only reversed as the highest reward, yet you begged for it." Despite his accent, the lizard's mocking tone is clearly delivered.
"I didn't. It was offered to me!" The human frustratingly explains but his word is ignored. The wolf snickers quietly at the thought that the dragon would let it eat the human.
"Gene.. Gene..." The older lizard is still trying to pronounce the words without success. "Why hiss name.. hard to.. ssay?" After awhile, he voices his complaint.
"Brother, stop trying." His younger brother bluntly says.
"It's not even his name.. Speaking of which, I don't think anyone knows his name."
The scenery flies like an arrow as they run in silence again, thinking about his Name.
I'm back at the Endlessly white space after "visiting" the knight I killed in the Endless black space. Although it seemed to be impossible to communicate with the soul I absorbed, the former knight's soul didn't make any trouble to me. Also, the monsters' souls didn't show up on my scale anymore. I shuddered at the thought of them being inside me...
Now I'm staring at that woman. The so called Goddess of Life. I can't chase her out of my mind in direct way so I try indirect way: Staring at her to make her feel uncomfortable. But that doesn't seem to work, she keeps rambling on and on about this and that. She doesn't have anyone to talk to, does she?
Because she purposely talks to my mind and from inside my mind, I can't ignore what she said and ended up remember almost everything.. "Stop filling my mind with these useless information!" I screamed (roar) that at her a few times but she ignored me. That's so unfair. Though our conversation this time went well unlike the last.
"You have so many names. None of which you consider your real name, although there are some you keep reusing." She mentioned a sensitive topic (to me) so I ignored it. "We of this world don't know how to call you. The human call you Origin Dragon. Some races call you Genesis Dragon. The Demonic and Spiritual creatures who live on Mana call you Mana Dragon..."
Because I keep ignoring that topic, she switch to complimented me for the vastness of my memory. She tried to read my memories in the pass dozen of thousands years but it was endless. Her life is a grain of sand in comparison to mine, an endless ocean.
I don't even remember how long my consciousness has been existing, traveling from dimension to dimension. I have to archive my memories in the form of Singularity in an endless 4-dimension space, giving each Life I had a coordinate. If I hear a "coordinate", I will recall it, though I'd never do it myself. To me, the past should stay in the past...
"You secretly gave the coordinate to those you loved, like..."
"Don't remind me of my past's incarnation!" I interrupt her.
Despite saying that, I recall my most recent life. A wife who died early. A son who had a happy family. A grandson who visited me every now and then, who loved watching me and his dad playing tennis. I promised to teach him playing tennis when he get older although I knew I'd die very soon. He wanted to be the best tennis player in that world... 12000 years... They are all gone just like any other family I had. It's the price of immortality.
"It's different now." The deity responds to my thought. "Your descendant in this world... As long as you stay, they would all be immortal."
"Nothing lasts forever." I reply bluntly. "I will leave, someday."
"I doubt that. With your power to travel between world sealed, you can't leave this world even if you die. So, don't even think about it."
"I will kill myself, just watch!" I say and try to raise my arm, planning to pretend to bite it. However my arms feel so heavy as if something is pressing on them.
"Oh no you don't." The high-priest says.
She did it, again. Snapping myself out of my dream just as I'm about to say something.. dangerous.
I'm laying on my belly, my head is using my arms as a pillow. I vaguely remember when the priest voodoo'd me to sleep.. How long has it been? They had removed the cuff on my wrist.
Open my eyes then lift my head up, I notice that I'm still in the cage. It's night and the weather's temperature is relaxing. Looking forward, I see a huge lake with various boats from small to big is docking around a bridge-bay.
The blue moon and the red moon are both at zenith, reflecting beautifully on the lake's surface. I am amazed at how the two moons seem to phase through each other like ghosts. Like a Venn's diagram, I can see two complete circles, one red, one blue, and a purplish area where the circles intersect. However the two moons don't seem to be completely overlap each other tonight. I guess that when they do, it would be something similar to an Eclipse.
The deities did a good job making those Celestial bodies, Water and Reflecting physics. I didn't create Electromagnetic field, so how does Light work?
"Beautiful, isn't it?" The high priest who is standing in between two of the cage's bars speak. I can only vaguely see his tiny silhouette but I'm sure he is looking toward the lake. "If you leave, this lake along with those beautiful moons will disappear."
Ah, now he is trying to convince me to stay using the nature's beauty?
"Not my fault."
"I'm not convincing you. Don't try anything funny though, or we would have to lock you to the point of immobile." He suddenly changes into the more scary tone.
I ignore him to not ruin my mood and also this beautiful atmosphere. I ignored a lot of things today, didn't I?
"Speaking of which... What should I call you?" The high priest suddenly asks.
Ah, not again!

Obligate of a Self-Ordained Sorcerer
Come join the Discord! It was a typical late-night friday for Mara, secluded in her apartment in front of a digital expanse, relentlessly mashing code into a keyboard. An introverted workaholic, but this was what she wanted - what she had strived so hard to achieve. So why did she feel so lost? Her life was productive, comfortable, satisfying. Plenty had it worse but she still felt... ungrateful? Stunted? The right word escaped her, but she could feel the general revelation settling upon her. With it came a choice that would set events in motion far beyond the meager scope of a 'New Game+'. So taking an intrusive portal to god-knows-where, Mara will come to find that her new world offers boons and banes with equal abandon. Magic, skills, and unforgiving difficulty. For a frail human shut-in, finding herself stranded in the middle of a sprawling dungeon was one of the least desirable outcomes. Food and water would be the least of her problems, why oh why couldn't she just get summoned by some pervy king to slay a demon army or something? This is a story of magic and adventure with skills and stats galore. A litrpg / isekai epic that I've been inspired to make after years of wonderful works like "So I'm a Spider," "Rimuru the Slime," "Azarinth Healer," "Negima!?," and plethora of other isekai and fantasy novels and animes. Special shout-out to Douglas Adams, a big influence on narative humor that's had a non-insignificant effect on my writing style. I hope you enjoy joining Mara on her journey as I attempt to scratch the itch they left behind.Chapters target 3-6k~ words. Though I'm personally aiming for a chapter every couple weeks, I think I can at least promise one a month with how busy work's been. I made a Patreon due to requests, if you'd like to support me there I'll be using it to fund artwork and RR ads for increased exposure.

Arduous New World
Alright, so I'm using this as a whetstone to practice my fiction writing. I have dyslexia, so bear with me if I have any mistakes, if you point them out I'll try and correct them. The story is LitRPG, I'll try and avoid some of the tropes, see FAQ. What happens is that the world turns out to be a simulation coming to an end, and beginning on its new simulation, in this process the system of the universe declares that the new simulation will be rpg-based. The protagonist however is thrust into an empty space before the simulation comes to an end, he escapes and finds that the world as he knew it is gone.Chapters will come sporadically as I'm quite busy IRL. FAQ1: There will be no Harem. 2: If any sexual content, it will be be below the screen, example sentence [they made love - or - they had sex]3: I'll try to keep character motivations steady instead of having characters who says and does one thing in one chapter, only to change their mind in the next one. 3: Villains or "bad guys" won't be charicatures. Of course, as in real life, you can meet these people, but as far as big bads or antagonists goes, they will have some modicum of intelligence. 4: The MC does not have an encyclopedia of random knowledge. 5: OP'ness won't happen overnight, and it is something that I'm wary of in terms of adding it, of course eventually the MC will grow more powerful, but there won't be any cheats, except hard work; and the luck factor will be more or less similar to the rest of the population. 6: He won't be opposing the universe, no matter how powerful he grows, he is too insignificant7: he won't become friends with god/the ghost in the shell etc, no matter how powerful he grows, he is too insignificant, and an ancient simulation ai has no interest anyway, why would it ? Okay that's that for now.

The Spark
Michael Locke was a normal student, who went through his normal day in a normal fashion, until the day became... unnatural. Shot into the country of Aldemar and thrust into a new world alongside his many classmates, he agrees to work for the king in exchange for shelter and to learn magic. Fate however, is indifferent to his wishes, as he quickly realizes that he may be a hero, but his purpose in this world is quite opposite. Suddenly surrounded on every side, Michael must work to survive, and if anyone finds his secret... He's as good as dead. The Spark is meant to be a murder mystery style isekai, focused on the existence of basically an anti-hero, with every one of the large amount of heroes attempting to discover who the traitor is. This isn't made to be a lovey dovey easy going isekai with an OP mc, it's made to stir around an emotional story, with many dark tones. Still, the goal is to stay fairly light hearted as well, and the perspective will pass around to several characters throughout the story.
