《Moniker's Mana》New Prologue

In a world created by Gods, there existed mana. Mana was the energy in everything. Mana could be manipulated to a god's will. Some humans managed to manipulate mana albeit in an inferior way to the Gods these special humans, called mages through extensive training had the ability to control mana by using spells. The humans called their way of controlling mana through spells: magic. Although the humans created magic they were not the most naturally talented at using it. The ones who were most talented with using magic were the demons. The humans naturally disliked the demons for "stealing" their magic. So much so that the humans and demons went to war. The humans were lead by the Royal family while the demons were lead by the Royal demon kin. The humans with their superior numbers and technology were able to win the war forcing the Royal demon kin into hiding.
Little did they know a new full-blooded god was born. Two Gods had a child. The sun Goddess Dawn and the moon God Dusk. However, the Goddess of the earth was jealous and stole the child away. The Goddess of the earth trapped the child deep underground in a dungeon far from the surface hoping for it to never be seen again. At the same time, she sealed his power away within him. That child knew nothing of the world he was in and only knew one thing. The child saw mana and could interfere with it. The child could only entertain himself by using the mana and making it change and morph. The mana would respond to whatever he told it to do. From fire to ice he could make it dance and shimmer in the dark. He didn't need to sleep, eat, or drink. The only thing he did was the only thing he knew how to do. He kept training his mana for 250 years. Until one day the door that he thought was, by all means, invincible suddenly opened. There he saw a young girl who looked about 18 or 19 years of age. She had purple hair and glistening pale skin. She had red eyes and was dressed in shining scarlet red armor fit for a king. She also had red markings on the sides of her face.

In 1866, ships of several nations spot a mysterious sea monster, which some suggest is a giant narwhal. The US government assembles an expedition to find and destroy the monster. Professor Pierre Aronnax, a French marine biologist (and narrator within the story) receives a last-minute invitation to join the expedition. As the expedition travels south around Cape Horn into the Pacific Ocean, the crew finds the monster after a long search and then attack it, but the ship is damaged with the three main protagonists thrown into the water. They are quickly captured and then meet the enigmatic Captain Nemo. ~ Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea is a classic science fiction novel by French writer Jules Verne and was originally published in 1870.
