Needless to say, Lana and Laura didn't know what to be surprised about the most, the fact that a total stranger was able to effortlessly beat the serpent or the fact that this stranger knew who they were and and their current status. Lana being the oldest decided to take the initiative and figure out the identity of their would-be savior.

"Seeing as how you know who we are, I can only assume that you were sent here to keep an eye on us or in fact that you're a total weirdo and have no idea where you are" - Lana

" Wrong on both counts I'm afraid, I'm actually a guest at your castle for the time being with my grandfather" - Felix

"Guest, what Guest?"- Lana

"Um Launa, I think he may be guest that Uncle Nathan said he was bringing to the castle" - Laura

" Wait Uncle Nathan said he was bringing a guest? How come I didn't know about it?" - Launa

" M-Maybe it has something to do with the fact you were half-asleep during lessons so you barely remember" - Laura

"Well, I'm glade to see someone still managed to stay informed. Knowledge is also a great weapon if properly used." - Felix

"I-I knew that. As a warrior how can I ignore the benefits of knowledge." - launa

“ Um sister considering that he just saved us I think we should at least give him the benefit of the doubt” - laura

“Look whether you believe me or not I really don't care. All I came here to do was train. If you really despise me that much, I will gladly leave you guys behind and be on my way” - felix

“ What, now hold on a minute. You can't seriously expect us to get out of this forest alive given our current situation. First of all, all my equipment is ruined and secondly, I'm nowhere near ready to get out of this forest yet.” - launa

“Actually I wouldn't mind getting out of this forest like, right now.” - laura

“ Quiet Laura. Anyway, if you are who you say you are, then the least you can do is provide us protection while we continue to explore this forest” - launa

“Really, are you so certain of that. Do you really want someone you just met and could also be considered your enemy to be protecting you? “ - Felix

“That is exactly why I want you to tag along, this way if you aren’t who you say you are, I can have you nice and close so when I need to eliminate you, you will be within range of my weapon so I can slice your head off.” - launa

“ Wow, if this is how you treat your allies, then I'd hate to see how you treat your enemies.Very well, I will tag along with you, but if you try attacking me for stupid reasons,I promise you, you’ll regret it.” - felix

“ Come on everyone, can we please try to get along here.” - laura

“ Hmph” - launa

“Haah, I'm sorry for what all my sister put you through Mr Felix” - laura

“It's alright, I'm used to dealing with her type. By the way just Felix will do.” - felix

With that, Felix began his next journey with 2 new followers.Needless to say he wasn't all that happy with this new development, especially since Launa wanted them to follow her , however with a simple game of rock-paper-scissors, Felix won the wager to lead them through the forest, but that didn't stop Lana from trying to overpower his authority.This a little team up also inhibited Felix's opportunity to go all out cuz he didn't want to expose too much of his power. of course this didn't mean he had much of a problem fighting, just meant he actually had a harder time both fighting and defending since only Lana was a capable fighter, but her and he sister’s equipment was damaged. He knew that he may have to give them better equipment, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to expose any more of his tricks.As they continued hunting beasts, the girls grew less and less guarded around him. It got to the point that they even began to ask him for certain pointers in combat. While they fought some of the beasts, Felix was able to grasp the girls current skill set. Launa possessed certain speed and power, but was a little weak in technique. She also had magic, but it was a very small amount. Laura had more technique and much more magic but unfortunately for timidness constantly overwhelmed her. When Felix pointing out these flaws to them, they were impressed by how accurate his details were of them.This further improved their judgment on him and even Launa began to soften up to him.

Realizing that it was finally getting late, Felix decided that it was time for them to head back. on the way back to the castle, the girls Wouldn't stop talking about all the odds and ends that happened in the castle they even informed him of an upcoming ball for the summer solstice that was happening tonight at the castle. Felix was listening attentively until his heightened senses caught wind of something going on. It was the scent of blood and killing intent. realizing someone was about to go down, he rushed through the forest with both Laura and Lana barely keeping up with him. When he finally got close he took it upon himself to hide his presence, unfortunately this also meant that Laura and Launa weren't able to see him. As the girls entered the clearing, what caught their sight were there two other sisters being surrounded by what look like assassins.

"Oh no, that 's Lucy and Luna! Why are they surrounded by assassins! More importantly why are they even in the forest in the first place!" - launa

"They must have come to try and find us since we were gone for so long. They are usually the ones who bring us back. As for the assassins, I have no clue as to who hired him" - laura

"Who cares, I've already seen enought to know that they are our enemies! Therefore they must be eliminated!" - launa

"Hold on where's Felix? He was just right in front of us so were did he vanish to?" - laura

"Doesn't matter, we can't wait for him. We're going to hve to do this ourselves. Charge!" - launa

"L-launa! W-wait! Think about what you're doing!" - laura

.Realizing what was going on, Launa with all her hot bloodedness rushed into it without a plan to save her two younger siblings with Laura following her. She was only able to take on at least two assassin's before she was beginning to be surrounded and overwhelmed.

"Well, well, well. And here I thought we would have exercise more effort to find the other two. Yet here you are making our job easy for us" - assassin 1

"Bastards, what do you think your doing? Do you realise who we are." - launa

"Launa, they clearly know who we are. Not caring who we are is a given in their field" - lucy

"Nice to see someone actually has a brain and is not just another pretty face" - assassin 2

"Okay we've waisted enough time talking. Its time to do what we came here to do and complete the mission. " - assassin 3

"Right, it's a shame I won't get to play with them. But all good things must-- " - assassin 1

Felix quickly eliminated the rest of the assassins in less than a minute. Even without the use of his contract, with his knowledge of all martial and miscellaneous skills, the assassins didn't know what hit them and left all the girls in total awe. After all the assassins were taken down, Felix went to check up on the current condition of the siblings.

"Quite a way for us to meet again you two." - felix

"The fact that I was able to see you again brings relief from this ordeal." - Lucy

"Well I must say, your way of eliminating these undesirables really eye-catching. The way took them all out without must effort, it had a certain grace and finese to it. My interest to you just got a whole lot bigger." - luna

"Thanks for high opinion now how about we ---" - felix

"Now hold on a minute. How do you know those two and why are so close. Wait, that's not important rigth now, where the heck were you during all this." - launa

"Observing an assessing the situation so I could find the oportune time to save them all. I also factored in a certain hot head losing her cool and nearly getting them all killed." - felix

"P-please it's not like I --." - launa

" Don't try to hide your stupidity, that's one of the few things I hate about people when try to cover there own shortcomings and blame it one someon else. It totally lowers their character." - felix

"You-who are you to judge my character." - launa

"Me, I'm nobody but I'm sure you'd care if it's your sisters." - felix

"He has a point launa. What you did was very foolish." - lucy

"Indeed, you didn't just nearly get yourself killed, you almost got Laura killed. Your the oldest of us, so you should be the one to have the better judment." -luna

"I-I'm sorry sis, but I have to agree with them on that." Laura

"I, I, haaah your right. I'm sorry for accusing you felix." launa

"Admitting your mistakes is a sign of a good warrior Launa. I'm sure you'll go far in the near future. Now that we've got that out of the way, perhaps we can all shed light onto what's this all about.

" Indeed, these assassins knew what they were doing. They knew our routine and tha we would be out here which means that their was an inside job" - Lucy

"Unfortunately, since we wiped them all out we know have no way to know who hired them and what their true purpose is." Luna

"actually we just might. If you young ladies would follow me." - felix

Felix lead them a little further from the fight were they saw an assassin completely knocked out and tied up.

"Felix, did you capture this guy all by yourself." - Laura

"In case you haven't noticed, no one can see if I don't want them to. I'm very sensitive when it comes to hidden dangers." - felix

"I must say, I've got to give credit where its due." - launa

" Just give me a minute to make him tell us what we want to know. Though I'll need you to turn a round and cover your ears. Trust me you don't want to this." - felix

With felix's contract he was to tap into the memories of the assasin to see what's going on. He also used the power of forsight to get a betterpicture. It turns out the queen's leader guard has staged a plot to overthrough the kingdom. With only daughters and their father dead he believed this was the opportune time to over throw the kingdom. With both the queen and her children dead, he would be next in line to rule the throne. Felix remembered the guard from the training ground. His gandpa called him sir Alekay. He said he was a good fighter but also a little ambitious. When Felix told the girls what he learned to say they were distraught would be an understatement.

"I can't believe sir Alekay would exercise such a plot, that traitor." - launa

"I new I had misgivings about that guy, but to pull a stunt like this, it's unthinkable." - lucy

"And I thought he was better than that, guess I need to get better at judging people." - laura

"The big question is how are we going to move from here. " - luna

"From what I was told, he is going to begin the elimination of your mother in a discrete method during the ball tonight for the nobles. With all those people around it'll be hard to distignuish from the rest wh the killer is.' - felix

"Then we have to get their and stop the killer in the act and expose Alekay for the traitor he is." - Launa

"You make it sound so easy but the guy has hid his tracks well. He always used discreet methods of going about this and he also has a few of the guards on his side. Needless to say we're on our own." - felix

"Plus the only one who can really fight right now is Felix. The rest of us don't even have the necessary skills to go about this operation.

" You mean not yet. " - felix

"What do you mean" - Laura

Listen don't mention this to anyone but I have access to stash of very unique gear and equipment and it also has ancient combat methods and I'm willing to share it with all of you but you have to swear to me to never reveal it to anyone and never use it for malicious intent." - felix

"Really, your that trusting of us to give us the means to fight back?" - lucy

For you to reveal this to us means you think really highly of us. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I swear to live up to you standards." - launa

"If it means to save my mom than I will agree to anything you give. I'd even marry you." - laura

" For even Laura to be so bold, I myself can't be stingy either. I accept."- luna
