Hey Guys, hope you had a happy new year...
I'll get straight to the point... this will be the last update to the webnovel Shifters...
Basically almost everything that I am doing in terms of writing is going to slowly come to a pause... The reason being is I want to try and make Webtoons
Originally when I came up for the idea of Shifters I wanted it to be a manga for Shonen Jump... so using the small amount of money I had, I joined efforts with an artist to create most of what you see, however the artist bailed halfway through the project, so... using what he left me and hiring a new artist I tried to write the story out, instead of entering their competition.
My first attempt at writing wasn't the best... and through trial and error we have gotten to where we are now with Shifters in its current state, and Prince, a project I wrote for people who may have gone through betrayal in their lives as I did being contracted by Webnovel.
It's been about a year now since I started writing, but I'm beggining to lose passion for what I do... I write stories that I myself am not interested in, but they do much better than my original ideas... I'm in a space right now where I feel like people enjoy the comic ideas I produce more than the writing itself, almost as if, I'm holding myself back, or if I want to be a successful writer I need to change my genre and stories.
So for the next year, I'm going to set out to do what I had originally intended. I'm going to be a webtoon creator, instead of a writer. I believe the stories I write don't make for the best novels, and that I'm going about this all the wrong way. Also that I'm deviating from my original goal which was to make Shifters a comic.

I am no longer as broke as I was years ago when I started, so I can afford to hire an artist, so in time I'm going to pursue making Webtoons full time.
Since RR is where I started this Journey I will be posting the first chapter here, kind of as a farewell, I won't take it down and I will leave it up. Thank you all for supporting me in my writing Journey and I am very sorry to see it come to an end. But as I said...
I won't give up on my dream! I will make Shifters a webtoon! It won't be my first one... since It will take time to find someone to match what I'm looking for in an artist but it will happen!
I'm going to be moving to California soon, another reason I won't be updating. When I finally settle down I will post an update with all of my information regarding my Webtoon account etc... I will continue to write on Webnovel for the time being but ultimately I will stop writing their as well once Prince is finished.

The MC gets 3 lives to play through the entirety of the game world, and death is extremely punishing, but not fatal. Q: Harem? Or romance? A: No and no. Q: Cursing? Blood? A: Quite a bit of cursing, yeah. There's blood, too, but it's not a gory book by any means. Q: How can I support? A: Instead of a Patreon/donations etc, I'd ask that you consider giving my debut LitRPG Shadeslinger a chance. It's free on Kindle Unlimited and the audio is already out narrated by Travis Baldree. It's an epic fantasy VRMMO where the main character gets 3 days of exclusive access to a new game plus a snarky, talking axe to guide him through it in exchange for agreeing to become the target of a serverwide manhunt once the Head Start period ends. Q: How's it similar to Wildling? And how's it different? A. The crunch level is very similar, but Shadeslinger is a much lighter, epic fantasy take on the genre. It's also VRMMO, but without any real world components aside from the first chapter. The MC is very different--he comes off as a bit of a jerk early on and can take a bit to warm up to, especially before his backstory is revealed--but he's also got a talking axe that constantly puts him in his place.
