Ronadak city was built by the later generation to support the school and settlements near the school. In fact, more than three- fourth of the population in the Ronadak is connected to Natal Dawn School in one way or the other.”

Fran narrated their school’s history with immense pride.

“Then every island was given a distinct name and group of teacher manage the island. It also improves the competitive spirit of the students. Our island is Dusty Zephyr Island and the teachers are headed by Teacher Ben.”

“Everything we do is cultivation; for instance, even when you are sitting Qi will be absorbed by the body. This process is called Qi-respiration it’s just like breathing the only difference is that we breathe through our nose, but we cultivate through the pores in every part of the body.”

“Then everyone will think,'Why we have so many methods to cultivate?' if we could just sit ideally and cultivate automatically?” Fran paused for a bit for them think and continued again.

“Normally, Qi enters the body and exits, this is a natural phenomenon that takes place in everything from a mountain to a grain of sand from an ant to an elephant. But only a tiny fraction of the Qi is absorbed by the body. The various cultivation methods use different tricks to increase the rate of assimilation of Qi.”

“Now everyone should have some clarity about cultivation let me test you with a fundamental question. What do you think is the most important thing for cultivation?”

Fran waited for the children to think, but he didn’t give the answer instead encouraged them to try. After some time one boy stood up.

“Teacher, I think having an extraordinary cultivation manual is the most important for cultivation.”

There are many different body refining arts each has its own properties like

Tremor recoil body art can reduce the effect of an attack by distributing through the body;

Golden metallic body art gives abnormal defence;

Cloudy Gale art makes the body light and speedy;

Fire Radiance art which provides the explosiveness of fire and so on.

The school has many body refining arts; you must carefully select the body refining art as it lays the foundation for your future cultivation. This selection is very crucial, and the art you choose must be suitable and compatible with you.

Everyone must complete your body refining before you reach 10 years. The 10th year of your life is the most important period of your life because it is the most suitable period for Spirit Awakening. I will discuss Spirit Awakening later.”
