《Eternal Teacher》Chapter 12 The Enemy can Always Be an Ally

As camellia and myself walked back to the village she asked me questions about what it was like being a golem and why did I help the village and what was the pill I gave here.
As I recalled why I helped the villagers I realized I had no motive to help at all, maybe the reason I helped was my duty to people from my home country and my duty as a medic to help them in need. During the war I recall saving more than a dozen or so enemy soldiers and even some pretty nasty people. As we walked we ended up at the spot we were attacked , looking around I noticed that the adventures had left and the hole created by my fist when I killed the Mage was filled and a small cross made of a pair of branches marking his grave. Seeing the cross I asked camellia if that was religious, with that she told me she didn’t know because they were humans they follow different gods.
Back at the village we entered the Inn to find the place in full swing from the influx of travelers. When we entered The Innkeeper called me over
“Hey Mora we got some injured people i recalled that you fixed the blacksmith's hand mind taking a look at them?”
With a nod from me we entered the back room of the Inn, closing the door to still have some privacy for the people involved i turned around to see four people sitting in chairs and on the floor
“Oi innkeeper u didn’t say that the healer was the giant!”
As i looked closely the four people in front of me were the adventures who were mind controlled, Camellia noticing this too got behind my leg and began to sob. Seeing her action the adventures look confused and with me looking torn between wanting to punch the archer for shooting Camellia and wanting to consult her the innkeeper said

“Hey what did you four do to cause Camellia to cry!”
In shock the four looked to each other and said to the innkeeper
“We don’t have a clue we saw the giant yesterday at the tavern and then left to do some hunting when we woke up in the woods injured and our acquaintance blue or groups mage was dead in a hole”
“So you don’t recall seeing them after you left?” the Innkeeper said
“Nope we got into a fight with something ferrous and it killed our teammate.”
Recalling events from my former world i remembered that just because you mark someone as bad for what they did when they were not in control does not mean that they are terrible people, Heck i had made friends with some of the very same people that had shot at me after the war was over.
As I motioned for the innkeeper to take Camellia outside the room she looked at me with a worried expression
“Don’t….Worry….It’ll…...Be….Fine”
patting her head she left with the innkeeper .Turning around i looked at the four adventures and told them to take off their armor and place their weapons against the wall. A little reluctant the four did as I said and sat back down now i took the warrior and walked into the next room.
“Where….Does….It…..Hurt?” I asked
“Ummm mainly around my chest and my wrist seems to hurt more” The warrior said
“Take….Off….Your…..Shirt”
Doing as i said i noticed that the right side of his chest was slightly inflamed and his wrist had a bright red color to it, lightly touching his chest i asked how much pain he felt from 1 to 10 and he gave me a 4
*Cracked ribs nothing too bad he can’t wear his armor for a while though*

Finding out what was wrong there we moved on to his wrist, asking for him to try and rotate his wrist like i was he was able to get half way through the motion before he winced in pain. Seeing this i knew he had dislocated his wrist ,I called in the innkeeper to help me straighten it out. After we finished with the warrior i bandaged him up and put a splint on his hand. With that done i took him out of the room and did the other three adventures with a grand total of 6 broken ribs, 1 twisted ankle,3 dislocated joints, and a nasty headache for the preiset. With them bandaged up i told them to see the local potion maker and the mage to get slowly healed for the next week for eh dislocated and sprained ankles and the ribs should be okay as long as they don't over do anything.
Leaving I got another notification from the system
Field Medic has Leveled UP!
Field Medic will now heal low level damage with minimal items
*So it lets me conserve my resources that's good*
At this thought Camellia came back into the room and looked at me with an angry face
“You could've let me say ,what if they had hurt you?!?”
At this i smiled the fat that she wanted to keep me safe as much as i wanted to keep her made me happy and it showed as i lightly lifted her up and hugged her.
“Don’t...Ever….Lose….That…..Feeling”
As i could feel my shoulder getting warm for some reason, the innkeeper walked back in.
“Thanks for the help Mora me and the rest of the village got a surprise for yah come on!”
As me and Camellia looked at each other we followed the innkeeper out and towards the edge of the village.
-Back at the Ruins-
As the sun faded away two figures appeared at the edge of the building, one was a short figure of three feet with a red tin to his skin while the other stood around six foot with almost no distinguished features at all.
“So this is the place they sealed her hmm” the shadow said
As the goblin looked to the being he asked
“Sealed who master?”
“Just the master of the shadows the one i call ruler” it spoke
As the shadow was about to walk into the building a bright light sprung forth to attack him.Backing off with the feel of electricity flowing through his body he said
“Damn I should've known they would put something up like this those dam monks!”
Seeing what happened to the shadow the goblin began to step back
“Oh no you don’t my little friend!” as the shadow grabbed the goblin by the neck “You will go into that building and destroy the statue that is in the middle and bring me the container in side!”
Throwing the goblin into the room to get the job done the shadow waited till the gobin returned.
“Well where is the container?” it spoke
as the goblin looked at him with sweat crawling down his back he spoke
“Ummm there is no statue in side master….”
“WHAT!?!” the shadow yelled as the entire area around them became darker and seemed to absorb all the light.
“Th-th-there was the remains of a fire my lord perhaps someone took the statue?” The goblin said afraid for his life
“I have spent centuries in finding my master again and i will not lose her now!” it yelled “You better hope they have not gotten fair Snarl or you might join Ziotic!”
“Y-y-yes my lord” Snarl spoke as they both faded into the darkness

The Elemental Arena
*A Rational-Adjacent litRPG Survival Series.* The time for the trials has come, pitting the mortal species of the galaxy against one another. By completing challenges, clearing dungeons, and defeating rival species, the players may forge themselves stronger and smarter. But only one species will be declared the winner. Earth has finally qualified... ...and participation is mandatory. A twenty-nine year old data entry clerk works together with a group of internationally diverse players to survive. Learning synergistic skills and using teamwork, can humanity achieve an upset? If they don't, their lives are forfeit. Author's note: Chapters will be anywhere from 6k to 10k in words, varying based on the plot beats instead of specific word counts. Realistic actions and teamwork will be important aspects of my story. I'm trying something a little different in writing a realism focused litRPG, hoping to capture the essence of how real people would react to their situation. People are complex and don't always get along. I don't recommend starting the series expecting wish fulfillment tropes just because it's tagged litRPG. It's a survival story with the game settings on Hell difficulty. The plot hasn't gotten there yet, but in the future of the series I want to recreate my nostalgia of forty person raids on Ragnaros, but with the high stakes of boss battles in Sword Art Online. I also love puzzle rooms so expect one of those each book. Warnings: mild PG-rated language, graphic violence and gore, and graphic medical content.
