"Wiliam!! Despierta, tienes que ver esto!!" Grito Ron entusiasmado.
"No ves que estoy en una cama y no en una red, idiota" Respondió el capitán medio dormido, tratando de entender que pasaba, luego recordó lo de anoche y un rostro lleno de preocupación apareció en su cuerpo.
El capitán miró a sus costados con miedo, luego palmo su cuerpo, sintió él es estuche , lo abrió y la astilla seguía donde tenía que estar, una sonrisa de astucia se formó en su rostro, él había logrado adaptarse a la situación otra vez, logrando que importaba: Salvar el alma de La Vieja Ana.
Ningún capitán quería que se descubriera el secreto del barco y Wiliam no era la excepción, con cara amarga, le dijo a Ron las siguientes palabras: "Busca a Esteban y mátalo!"
"Que? ... A Esteban no lo veo desde anoche, hay un bote salvavidas menos, creo que se escapó..." Dijo Ron algo aturdido, sabía que la situación era complicada si Wiliam pedía eso.
"Sabe el secreto de mi barco, hay que matarlo, son las reglas de todo barco, no se escapó, se escondió en el barco y vamos a encontrar a la rata que se pasó de lista". Dijo Wiliam con algo de apuro, su identidad como capitán había sido lastimada.
"Tranquilo… vamos a encontrarlo y se le dará la pena de muerte, el secreto nos pone en peligro?... Digo el de verdad, el que jode nuestro viaje al mundo espiritual" Preguntó Ron; si la respuesta era sí , iría y rompería las velas, pero Wiliam estaba tan aturdido por lo de ayer que dijo la verdad por primera vez en mucho tiempo.
"No... solo es por seguir un protocolo, Tusha debería valorar mi cariño por mi barco y el hecho que logre protegerlo, pero por las dudas, es mejor matarlo". Dijo el capitán , algo preocupado en fondo sabía que era una deshonra como capitán tener un marinero sabiendo el secreto del alma de su barco, pero también había pasado por 3 motines y a Tusha parecía no importarle a estas alturas.

"Es un barco mercante ,lleno de cajas, somos únicamente 3 pobres diablos, va a ser complicado encontrarlo en menos de una semana... pero más importante aún, deberías salir y ver que encontramos en la cubierta esta mañana". Dijo Ron con algo de pena por no poder ayudar, pero luego alegría por la noticia.
"Una semana..." Murmuró el capitán, parecía que las dos ratas lo lograron y salvaron sus almas de ser esclavizadas por Wiliam, digo ser nuestro tripulante a bordo en el mundo espiritual - Reflexionaba el capitán , lógicamente , pensando en tercera persona consigo mismo...
'Si sobreviven por su propia sangre, sudor y lágrimas, bien porque ellos, fueron marineros de verdad...' Reflexionaba Wiliam mientras salía del barco con cierta expectativa.
Al salir los rayos del sol inundaron su rostro, Taras estaba feliz , alimentando con vísceras de pescado a unas aves marinas. Las aves eran chiquitas del tamaño como un puño, pero para este marinero estos pájaros representaban su camino a casa tras un largo viaje.
"Como...?" Se preguntó Wiliam, aunque ya intuía la respuesta.
"Parece que nos olvidamos de cerrar las velas anoche por el cansancio y el viento fue muy favorable en la noche, ya estábamos cerca, a velocidad estándar son solo unos días más ... Como siempre, salimos vivos ... Al menos nosotros dos, Wily" Dijo Ron con una sonrisa mirando a los pájaros comiendo.
"Ja, ja, ja" Rió el capitán al ver los pajaritos jugando, le importaba tres carajos todo lo que ocurrió anoche, Ana estaba salvo, llegaron a la isla y llenarían el barco no de mercadería , si no persona y navegaría hacia el fin del mundo buscando la muerte.
'Lo que es la salvación para unos pocos, será la condena de cientos' Pensaba Ana, su plan maestro se había ejecutado a la perfección, ahora tendría otro viaje más para recolectar almas... Todo gracias al joven náufrago que se dirigía ... A bordo de un barco salvavidas, rumbo a Los Álamos.
