Hey Wishful Dreamer here,
tldr: I'm going to take some time to rewrite the novel. It will likely be posted as a new novel under a new title etc. When I get around to posting it I will link the rewrite to this story as a new chapter. Thank you for reading the story and I hope to see you again soon.
I've been looking back on the story and im not very happy with how it turned out. I honestly just did this to pass the time and to give me something to do. It was a reason to get out of bed and having the internet hold me accountable to arbitrary deadlines gave me a type of schedule.
However, the story is full of errors and is honestly not something I feel very good about. As many of you could probably tell I usually just sit down and write a chapter then read it over quickly and publish. This has led to abundant spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and a disjointed story.
I had tons of ideas for the novel but failed to properly put them on the page. Believe it or not readers can't know about plot points and systems that I haven't written in the chapter. As was posted in the blurb I was always planning on editing the story as I went but I kept putting it off and now there is so much to fix I might as well just rewrite the story. So that's what i'm planning on doing.
The goal of the rewrite will be to fix most of the stuff im not happy with. This includes;
redoing dialogue and action, removing Hokron and Virgil story in favor of some other type of world building, using a normal time system, fixing naming system, new title, new blurb, new cover (hopefully), changing some of the characters personality and giving them more time to develop, explaining magic and divinity explicitly and early on, give Daniel access to bone dagger's different powers earlier, and more, so much, much more.

I don't know when I will start posting the rewrite. The goal is to actually have most of the chapters of the first part done before I start posting. I just wanted to be transparent with you guys about what I am thinking.
