3 years after the final battle,
In the butterfly mansion,

There was a black haired man laying on his bed with a beautiful woman beside him,covering her body with a loose kimono.
This man was Harada,and the woman beside him was his wife,her name was Koku.
She had a gentle personality and was a very sensible woman,she was from a middle class family and as Harada was very rich,her parents were more than just happy to marry her off to him.
He was currently living with his brother Tanjiro and sister-in-law Kanae.
Everyone got married,and was living a life of luxury.They even contacted each other a few times a month.
Today it had been 1 year since he married her.
After the demon slayers killed Muzan,there was a big feast to celebrate the victory.
Since everyone was seriously injured and the demon slayer corps were going to be disbanded,each of them were given 2.5 million yen.
Harada was happy with the wife he had,and the rest of his family as well.
After a few years,
Harada had 2 sons and a daughter.
Tanjiro only had 2 sons.
They bought land,and property.
They now had several sources of income,they were one of the richest people in the entire japan.
After a decade,Tanjiro and Kanae died due to the side-effect of the flame marks which they got during thier training however, Harada and his wife didn't die and their children stayed with us.
Harada's wife died at the age of 66,and Harada died around 2 decades after that,at the age of 90.
He had a happy life.
He was satisfied.

In an unknown place,
"Where am I?....Ah I remember dying,so Is this afterlife?" I thought.

I try to open my eyes and find myself in a place which I couldn't describe in words.
There infront of me was a ball of light.
"Harada,or should I call you Johan,tell me are you satisfied?"
"You said you always wanted a family which you could take care of,but by the end of your demon slayer carrier,your concern for your family had drastically decreased." said the ball of light.
"Hm,you see,with time I matured,you could say.If you have a family that you love,then it dosen't mean that you must stay with them,I really,really loved my parents,wife,siblings in the demon slayer world.My concern for them had never decrased,but it's that they grew old enough to take care of themselves." I replied.
"As for by which name you should address by...call me whatever you want.It's just a name in the end and there's no one else other than us,is there?" I replied to the ball of light in a low tone.
"Hahaha,I see,I see" the laughter came from the ball of light.
"Hey,I have another question for you,now tell me,why did you even become a demon slayer? You could've stayed like a normal person,living a normal life but you choose otherwise, and became the PERFECT side character! Why?" the ball of light asked.
"I...always wanted to become a demon slayer.I was young and strong,, narutally I wanted some action in my life and as for becoming a side character....I never really wanted to be the Main character in the first place, all I wanted to do, was in fact, fight the demons." I replied.
"Oh,one final question,now, if you cared so much for your family,then why didn't you react strongly when they were killed,at least you could've shed a tear?" the ball of light asked.

"Hm,I already knew that they will die and death is just a part of life or maybe it was due to the circumstances at that moment that I didn't cry....or perhaps,I just a bit colder than I thought." I replied calmly,
".....Oh,I see,so you truly have matured!" the ball of light said.
"So,what will happen to me now?" I asked.
"Well,now your soul will go into the reincarnation cycle like any other soul." the ball of light said.
"....Okay,then,goodbye." I said in a calmly.
"Hm,bye then,seeing you fight the demons was fun." the ball of light said as I heard the sound of a clap as the entire place became like a tunnel,at the end of the tunnel I could see light.
I charged towards that light by instinct.I felt as of my entire soul was purified in a fraction of a second as I thought "Who am I?".That was it.That was the last thought I'd ever have as Johan or Harada as my mind went blank.
