“It’s finally the day.” Ryuga said as he waited at Ghost World Academy’s station 4 along with Alicia. That’s where everyone was supposed to meet. “Look at who's here!” a familiar person came up from behind Ryuga and squeezed him in their arm. “Kirio!” Ryuga looked quite happy to see Kirio after quite a while.

“Finally, you got some good time for your bro, haven’t ya?!” Kirio said to Ryuga with a smile. Ryuga nodded, “It’s been almost 3 months since the last time we had properly spoken with each other.” Ryuga smiled at Kirio. “Oi Ryuga…Sorry, I wasn’t able to help you with the Arkwet investigation.” Kirio said to Ryuga. “I remembered a few days ago about what happened to Alicia…That was…” Kirio looked quite disappointed in himself. “It’s alright.” Ryuga said with a smile.

(This does raise a question in my mind though...Is Arkwet's ability a temp ability or a perma ability? I won't know until I investigate his ability more)

“That does prove something Ryuga.” Alicia who was gliding next to him whispers to Ryuga, “Hmm?” Ryuga looked at Alicia. “Ryan Arkwet’s powers do have some kind of limit. I mean, I don’t see any other reasons for Kirio to actually remember my death.” Alicia says to Ryuga while gliding next to him. Ryuga nods.

“Anyways, there’s a lot of catching up to do. So, let’s sit next to each other on this train trip.” Kirio says to Ryuga with a grin. “Yeah, let’s do that!” Ryuga smiles back.

Another familiar person hugs Ryuga from behind. “Ellie, what’s with you?!” Ryuga asked Ellie who smiled as she hugged Ryuga. “I just saw that delinquent hugging you so I thought you might like a girl hugging you even better.” Ellie said with a smile. “You know I see you every day so I don’t feel like you hugging me is going to have that kinda impact on me.” Ryuga said to Ellie. “So, are you saying that Jau-Unfurn hugging you will have a greater effect on you?” Kirio smirked as asked Ryuga. Ryuga showed Kirio a thumbs up and said, “Times Hundred!” Kirio looked quite surprised as if he wasn’t expecting that answer. “I-I see…” “Of course, Of course, after all, she has the best assets.” Alicia grinned. “I see, so Ryuga prefers getting crushed by a large woman. That’s how it is.” Ellie sighed from disappointment. “Of course I do! Getting crushed by a large woman is a dream for many young boys!” Ryuga said with great enthusiasm.

“Is that so?!” Another familiar voice spoke. This time, the voice showed great malice. “Oh, hey teach, how do you do?” Ryuga looked at Freda who had just arrived and raised his hand. “What kind of perverted things do todays kids talk about?” Freda sighs. “That’s just how things work in today’s world.” Akuma who just arrived takes a squeeze on Freda’s tits. “Eek!” Freda looks quite embarrassed and angry. “Look at this carefully Ryuga, this is how you go for a woman’s tits at any time and any place.” Akuma said to Ryuga. “I see, I see, you indeed are the champion at catching a woman off-guard.” Ryuga said as he carefully inspected the tits that Akuma was squeezing.

“BOTH OF YOU KNOW YOUR FUCKING PLACE!!!!!” Both Ryuga and Akuma got a huge blow on their heads, “Hey Ryuga, always remember that a woman will always hit you when you try to do something to them.” Akuma said to Ryuga. “I got that lesson first hand from you just now.” Ryuga said to Akuma. “Jeez, like seriously what are you even teaching that kid, Jin?!” Freda looks quite disappointed in Ryuga.

Ryuga realized something, “Hey Professor, where is Slips?” Ryuga asked Akuma. “She said that she isn’t feeling well and won’t be coming on this trip.” Akuma says with a nervous smile. “Is that so?” Ryuga still wasn’t convinced.

Slowly, the students of Ghost World Academy started to gather around. One after another, everyone started coming together. In total, there were 10 students who arrived from Ghost World Academy.

“So, the students of Ghost World Academy have already gathered around.” Not to mention, another familiar arrived, this time it was Mayumi Revons along with around 10 students of Revons High School. “I just have a question.” Ryuga raised his hand. “Go ahead.” Akuma ordered Ryuga. “Why are there only 10 students from each school?” Ryuga asked. “You mean you didn’t know?” Akuma asked Ryuga. Ryuga shook his head, “I didn’t have time to read the whole thing, I just read about the expedition.” Everyone gave Ryuga a dull reaction.

Freda sighed and said, “Expeditions usually aren’t carried out by more than 10 people. So, we chose 10 students who will be going to the other world and 10 people who will be going to another city for an expedition. You lot are assigned to the other world and you are part of the other world assignment and since this is a collaboration with Revons High, 10 of each school is allowed.” Freda explained. “Understood, understood.” Ryuga looked at his group than at Mayumi’s group and sighed, “Did I seriously have to stick around with that girl?!” Ryuga whispered to himself. “Yeah, I don’t like that bitch either.” Alicia looked quite pissed off looking at Mayumi.

~GHOST WORLD ACADEMIA~

“Expeditions will be carried out in 5 groups, each going to a different region.” Freda was explaining the rules while everyone was seated on the train. Ryuga who was sitting near Ellie and Kirio raised his hand again, “What is it?” Freda asked Ryuga. “Why don’t Revons High have a teacher?” Ryuga asked Freda. Freda sighed, “You seriously don’t know anything.” Freda looked quite disappointed in Ryuga. “It’s because I am a student-teacher. That’s the reason why they don’t need one.” Mayumi who stood up behind Freda said to Ryuga. “I see.” Ryuga said as he laid back.

Freda sighed, “If anyone doesn’t have any more questions then I shall continue explaining the rules.” Freda made sure she isn’t interrupted again. “There will be 5 groups that will go to a different region and help that region out with any and all kind of problems. The five regions will be The Underworld, The Orcish Country, The Ogre Village, The Elfland, and The Land of Vampires.” Freda then allotted the groups, Group A which was assigned the Underworld had Kirio in it. Freda then allotted group B in which Ellie was assigned to the Orcish Country. “Group C, Ryuga Aragi, Mayumi Revons, Clayton and Yuri Akari.” Ryuga sighed.

“Hey Ryuga, this is the worst lotting you could have had, isn’t it?” Alicia who was floating next to Ryuga said to him. “I wish I could go and die now and say thank you forever to my mom and dad for giving me birth but I shall die now.” Ryuga was spurting a bunch of nonsense. “Ryuga! Ryuga! I think so Ryuga has lost it!” Ellie said. Alicia sighed, “This isn’t what I was expecting.” Alicia looked at Mayumi who smirked. “She did this…Tsch!”

Kirio and Ellie tried to get a slot with Ryuga instead of Mayumi or at least give Ryuga a slot exchange with them but Freda stopped them by saying a rule, “You see, all of you have been assigned with value points. Kirio and Ellie both of you have high-value points. Kirio you have a value point of 7 and Ellie your value point is 10. Mayumi’s value point is 18 and Ryuga’s value point is 0. So basically, Mayumi is covering value points for both Ryuga and herself. That’s the reason why I put her in that group. Even if you wanted to go into his group, your value point must at least be a minimum of 15 which very few first years have. That’s how we rank heroes after all.” Kirio and Ellie couldn’t convince Freda.

It was all because of the value point system. The value point system is determined by good deeds, bad deeds, your mana capacity, your limiter, and your noteworthy predecessor. Taking all that into the account, Kirio had 7 value points which meant he was a D-Rank hero at this point, Ellie had 10 value points meaning she was a C-Rank and Mayumi had 18 which meant she was a B-rank hero. Ryuga had a 0 on his value points which meant he was an F-Class, a trash class only given to those who cannot accomplish anything in their life. At this point, Ryuga has nothing backing him up and so, he has the lowest value points of all the heroes and Ghosts out there.

~GHOST WORLD ACADEMIA~

Ryuga arrived at the Ogre’s village along with Mayumi, Clayton, and Akari Yuri. Clayton is a demon with red eyes and a cold expression. Even his skin seems to be quite pale. On the other hand, Yuri is a young girl who is quite short with long black hair. She is said to be a healer with a value point of 4. This makes her an E-rank Ghost/Hero.

Alicia looks quite annoyed by the fact that Mayumi is with them. “Hey, don’t be so angry. Look at the bright side as well, we have come to the Ogre village.” Ryuga said to Alicia. Alicia smiled a little bit, “Yeah, I do agree.”

Ryuga and the others enter the Ogre village. “The expedition is here!” An Ogre from a village runs to the village chief to tell them about it. Mearid arrives to greet the expedition. Mayumi moves forward as she was the leader assigned to this expedition group. “Ah! Ryuga, I didn’t know it was your group who came here.” Mayumi looked quite surprised as Mearid walked past her and greeted Ryuga. “HUH?! You know Mearid-Unfurn?!” Even Alicia, Clayton, and Yuri looked quite surprised. Ryuga winked at Alicia. Yuri thought that Ryuga winked at her and she blushed.

“Mearid-Unfurn, this isn’t a group I am leading. I am just a part of this group.” Ryuga said to Mearid. Mearid looked quite happy to see him. “I see…I am guessing this girl who walked forward is the leader.” Mearid said to Ryuga. “Yeah, but I have to say Mearid-Unfurn, it’s a surprise to know that you are the village chief.” Ryuga smiled and said to Mearid.

*Catch* “Eh?” Ryuga looked confused as a familiar person held Ryuga’s hand, “I am sorry Uncle Mearid but I am taking Ryuga with me.” The familiar figure was none other than Jau-Unfurn. “Jau?!” Ryuga looked quite surprised.

“Huh?! The famous idol Jau-Unfurn is holding that human’s hand!”

“I AM SO JEALOUS!”

“Come on, I want to hold her hand as well!”

“Come with me, right now!” Jau commanded Ryuga. “Wha-Wait!” Jau ran along with Ryuga. Alicia followed them. “What the heck?! She just casually pulled away Ryuga!” Mayumi looked quite frustrated. “I am really sorry for that but if you are all from the expedition then you wouldn’t mind helping us, right?” Mayumi and Yuri didn’t feel good looking at those menacing Ogres. Clayton sighed and looked the other way on the board that was hanging in the middle of the Ogre Village. It had quests posted by the Ogre’s Village. “Understood, I will take this quest and get these berries.” Clayton says and leaves.

~GHOST WORLD ACADEMIA~

Jau kept on running with Ryuga as she smiled, “Jau? What’s the matter?!” Ryuga asked Jau. Jau and Ryuga stopped in front of a mountain cliff, “You know Ryuga, I came to know about your group assignment ahead of time. Since you don’t have value points, Mayumi was the one you would end up with. So, I decided that I will take you away from that group since you don’t like being with Mayumi.” There was a huge smile on Jau’s face which made Ryuga blush. “You should compliment her, shouldn’t you?” Alicia helps out Ryuga. “That smile…” Jau looks a little on edge. “It’s cute. So, keep on smiling like that.” Ryuga said to Jau with a smile. Jau smiled and nodded, “You too!”

(What the hell is this development?! All of sudden my heart is racing and I am feeling some kinda attraction towards Jau.)

Ryuga snaps out of it soon.

(Don’t get too attracted Ryuga! Don’t get too attracted! That’s bad! It’s just attraction, I haven’t fallen in love or anything like that. It’s just an attraction! Attraction!)

Ryuga sighs.

“You know Jau, I appreciate your efforts but…I have been assigned to help out the Ogres. I think I will do that.” Ryuga says to Jau with a smile. “Are you sure about this? Going back means that you will have to be with Mayumi Revons, you know that, right?” Jau asks Ryuga. Ryuga nodded to her question, “I do but how much longer am I going to run away from my past. If I want to be stronger, I will have to face my past. Without that, I can’t do anything.” Ryuga replied to Jau. Jau smiled, “Alright, it’s as you wish.” Jau said to Ryuga. “Hey Jau, a day before we leave the expedition, let’s hang out. All-day, just you and me, how about that?” Ryuga asked Jau. Jau looked quite happy after hearing out Ryuga, “Sure!” She smiled as her horn glowed light pink.

Ryuga made his way back to the Ogre’s village. Things looked pretty messy there. It’s almost as if Yuri had almost run out of energy and Mayumi had already collapsed from exhaustion. Ryuga sighed, “What kinda idiots am I dealing with?” Clayton arrived just a little after Ryuga and looked at the same scenery.

“Ryuga Aragi, are all humans so weak?” Clayton asked Ryuga. “I wish I could answer whatever the hell is going on here but it seems like even I don’t know what the hell is going on here. Have you got any idea?” Ryuga asked Clayton. “Not really, I went out to get berries for an old Ogre in this village.” Clayton said to Ryuga. Ryuga sighed.

“Oh Ryuga, need something?” Mearid asked Ryuga. “Mearid-Unfurn, would you please take them to some kind of resting place. We will clean up the village.” Ryuga said to Mearid. “What?! They already got exhausted? Man, you girls are really weak.” Mearid said to Mayumi and Yuri. “Come on, Shika! Take them to the Ualitao.” Mearid ordered a strong-looking Ogre girl to pick up my Mayumi and Yuri. “What’s an Ualitao?” Clayton asks. “It’s a hospital but it’s a hospital for Ogres. They named it Ualitao. It is said that Ogre has the most natural medicine out of everyone and those medicines can heal pretty much anyone especially female Ogres are known to have the better healing medicines.” Ryuga said. “But I don’t know what they use to heal people.” Ryuga looked lost. “You better not know either.” Jau appeared behind Ryuga with a scary smile. “I-I-I see…” Alicia looked the other way, “I am not telling you either, or else you might misuse it on our little Jau.” Alicia arrogantly said to Ryuga. “Aren’t you the little sister?!”

“Anyways, I think we should start cleaning up the village, Ryuga Aragi.” Clayton said to Ryuga. Ryuga nodded, “Yeah, let’s clean up the village.” Ryuga said to Clayton. “I will help you too.” Jau said to Ryuga. “Alright!” Ryuga said with a smile.

“Ryuga Aragi, Shiezel Jau, Clayton, Kirio Dakai, and Ellie Norvich, keep a close eye on them. They will be quite important for us in the future. Especially the boy with no limiters, Ryuga Aragi. Keep a close eye on him because I want to meet his parent, Mad Man and for that, I will need him. So, make sure that he doesn’t die.” Alicia remembered the words said to her by her father. “Why are you the son of such a dangerous criminal? Even if you are, why do you act so casually? It’s almost as if you don’t know that you are the son of The Mad Man.” Alicia looked quite frustrated by Ryuga’s carefree behavior.

Ryuga held Alicia’s hand and pulled her with him. “R-Ryuga?!” Alicia was quite surprised by Ryuga’s actions. “I told you, didn’t I? Don’t leave my side even for a single bit when we are on this expedition.” Ryuga started sweeping the ground.

“Maybe, you just don’t know anything…I would like to think that.” Alicia whispered to herself as she gave a small smile.
