At the Kingdom, the king laughed while sitting on a throne. He kept recieving crystal orbs that records videos about Haru. He laughed when he was being ripped apart by the wolves.
*Bang*
The door flied away from the entrance as there were people came through. The king was furious as someone had invaded the castle.
"Guards! Guards!"
He shouts as he glared at the intruders. Then, a small child walked through as he was made a path by the invaders.
"King...ah, i mean demon king..."
The child act so innocent but his smile was so creepy that anyone knew that he looked like he was fucked up in the head. The king was shocked that the child was Haru.
"Boy, why did you called me a demon king? I am a human."
The king was startled because behind them was a pool of blood that was oozing out the door. The adventurers that the king recruited was blank as their smile was unnatural.
"Kill...kill...demon..."
"Demon...kill..."
"Kill..."
They kept repeating the words as they walked towards the king. The king tried to run away but was caught by Haru.
" I will save the world as a hero. I will save the world as a hero. I will save the world as a hero. I will save the world as a hero. I will save the world as a hero. I will save the world as a hero."
Haru kept smiling as he lifted the king with his hand. He then threw him towards the adventurers. As they caught the king, they ripped his body apart. Organs, limbs, every human part was ripped off like being eaten by zombies. (Arc: Ugh, can't stomach this.)
The king was screaming like a wild animal being eaten alive. Haru clapped his hands as he stared at the king.

"Yay, i have defeated the demon king. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA."
Haru was laughing crazy as he started crying with blood...

The next day,
The people was having a grand celebration as the cruel king was killed by the hero. He was mistaken as a demon but no one even cared about him. He was hated by the country for being tyranical and cruel. He was replace by his son, the current king of today.
Haru was now being treated by Hughes to recover his sanity. It took 2 years before he had finally recovered but because of the trauma, his personality changed.
"You old fuck! Where's the booze? I need that shit, Now!"

The once pure and kind young boy became an asshole. He couldn't interact with children and now loves alcohol and fighting. He challenged a muscular man to an arm wrestling competition, only to send the man to a healer to reattach his bones. He would insult and even punch women who tried to steal his money. After a few months, he decided to head to the demon king's castle to fight the demon king. Reason...
"Human's are fucking weak. I head to visit the demon king and try to fight him. I don't give a fuck about the world. I just need two things, money and booze."
He headed out to the demon kings castle...

To get things started I would like to admit that this story does not bring much new to the table when it comes to the over-saturated Litrpg genre in terms of things like mechanics and power systems. Then what exactly am I trying to bring to the table with this work? A nice slow-paced novel about people maturing and growing older think of it as the re: zero or jobless reincarnation of Litrpgs. A story that tries to take into consideration how a worldwide system would affect the economics and culture of a world. A story that is much more character-focused than the typical heavy progression-focused novels this genre is known for. The RPG system, like any good power system, is there to actually explore the themes of the story and not just as a plot device for characters to get stronger. This is a story where we will see the growth of the Mc from being a baby to when he dies of old age. With plenty of heart-racing actions and intriguing plot developments along the way. Exploring themes like; What does it mean to improve at something and what does it mean to mature as a person? How does magic, the constant threat of monsters and people so much stronger than the average joe that they can destroy countries affect one's culture both on the micro and the macro scale? How people are affected by the culture in general? Generational trauma Nature vs Nurture Talent vs hard work What is morality, society, and people's opinions on both? What does it mean to be human and what does it mean to be alive in the context of a world with multiple sapient species vastly different from one another in basic biology? All these questions are going to be explored from multiple angles using the system as a catalyst for those discussions. So if any of does questions sound interesting to you what are you waiting for, I'm sure you are going to love this story. PS - Chapter come out every Friday at about the same time.
