The old man had a serious face, he emitted some of his power in his voice and it took all I had not to drop to my knees. We stared down at each other for a couple of minutes until I walked to where I dropped the chest and picked it back up, I opened the chest and saw a book inside, but before I could give it any more thought the book started to float in the air. The book had a rune like marking on the cover and it started to glow a deep red, it opened itself up and it5s pages started to turn faster and faster. The red glow was getting stronger and my eyes started to blur. By this point I couldn’t see anything around me; it was just a deep blurry red.
“Old man! I shouted. The flipping of pages field my ears like a thousand rock being thrown in water.
“Stop being such a pussy boy, hahahah you are about to get a little history lesson so pay attention. The old man said.
